Globe is far more than the best salon in Nevada. Nowhere else do I leave a space feeling as rejuvenated, young and confident. The staff is gifted at creating a relaxing and comfortable experience and envisioning the best in me. As a man I never gave much thought about my bad hair until I found Globe Salon. Lindsey and Summer are like sculptors from Italy, they fashion my hair in a way that, without fail, garners compliments and brings out my happiness. Staci is the owner. She’s like a Bohemian version of Bette Midler but smarter, younger and thinner. The pricing is congruent with the value of presenting my best possible appearance. I say give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

I have been with Stacy at Globe for over a year now. And I love them even more. I fly to Vegas from Hawaii every few months and Stacy is at least 50% the reason. I won’t go to anyone else not even for a haircut. So when I need my hair done I just tell my honey, time to go to Vegas!!! I always love my hair. And Stacy, knowing I live in humidity always does my hair so it will work well at home. She is a rock star

I absolutely love it here! Not only do they do great hair, they are always on time, greet you with a smile and a beverage. The salon is a pleasant environment. The owners always come say hello, and no one is every pushy about selling product. And their prices are reasonable. Home run!

I am from Hawaii and read the reviews on Unilocal and scheduled my «me» time appointment in between meetings while I was in Vegas. They were SO professional from the minute I called to schedule my appointment.
I got there and Summer sat me down and gave me her opinion and recommendation and I did a color retouch, highlights and bang trim and I must say that this was the best highlight I have ever had! I was SO happy with the outcome! This will be my stop every time I’m in Vegas! Mahalo Globe Salon!!!

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE ! :D Before getting my very complicated look that i pieced together in my head LINDSEY went through my hair discussed everything i jad in mind and she started by shampooing and then once wet she DID MAGIC with my hair. That lady was not only Super nice but made me feel absolutely incredible and SHE GOT MY VISION PERFECT!!! I AM GOING BACK Next month to Dyey hair!!! SHE MADE ME FEEL WONDERFUL AGAIN after wondering from 3 Salons where the people were so rude and made me feel like i wasn’t even worth their time. I’ve been to this salon a few times. Some visits were better than others. The last couple times I felt rushed because the stylist’s next appointment showed up. Overall they do a good job, so I’d probably go back.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Globe and Staci! She’s been doing my hair for a little over a year now and everytime it’s even prettier than the last! I usually just give her a brief description of what I want and I let her do the rest. LOVE her!

I went in to go a little lighter since beach season is quickly approaching, and hair and color extraordinaire Andrew delivered!
He gave me a full balayage and I am absolutely in love! I will definitely be returning again.

My husband and I are new to town and started looking for hair salons. We chose Globe based on the great Unilocal reviews and its proximity to our downtown condo. We were not disappointed! Friendly staff and hairdressers and a beautiful atmosphere. I had Desiree (sp?) and she was knowledgeable and personable, and just happened to be from Kentucky, which is where we just moved from! I’m growing out a pixie cut so my hair looks a little weird most of the time but she touched up my color, cleaned up the ends and styled it beautifully. 4 stars out of 5 just because it’s much pricier than I’m used to.

Extremely unhappy with the service provided by this salon! Or lack there of! I have been seeing Desiree Mitchell for the last 4 months for tape in extensions at Diva studio, she moved to this place unexpectedly and now the salon owner called me the day of my booked appointment and cancelled the appointment I was scheduled for! She went on to say they don’t believe in the type of extension they are! So does this mean Desiree is unable to take her clients in the Cirque show??? I’m feeling singled out and I feel that I’m being lied to! It was less than a month ago I saw Desiree and her n I got along great! As for this salon, I will be directing everyone I see away from here! Go to Ceasars and see Dawn! She will take care of you! Leave GLOBE OFF THE MAP! Sounds like they think they are too good for certain clientele!!!

Andrew was my stylist and what an amazing experience I had! He did a great job on my hair and our conversation was refreshing. I wish I could give them ten stars! I left the salon looking and feeling like a thousand bucks!

I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Staci’s at Globe Salon for well over 10 years. She is talented, always professional and never runs late. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and I am treated like a brand new customer every time.

Globe Salon has taken care of me for 10 years and I would never consider going anywhere else. I have high maintenance hair, and I always feel fabulous after my appointments. Staci takes the time with me to understand my needs and my concerns. She also knows I am a busy working mom/​professional with three primary salon day needs: (1) beautiful hair; (2) a relaxing spa like experience; and (3) efficiency; I don’t have the luxury of spending over 2 hours getting my hair done. Still, Staci — like a genius — does it all: color, highlights, shampoo, massage, cut/​style, and blow dry.
Aside from Staci, all of the stylists at Globe take time with their clients. They listen. They ask questions. AND, they are artists. They are truly able to take a client’s vision and turn it into a reality. People walk out with smiles on their faces and swings in their steps.
The Globe experience is my treat to myself every 6 weeks, and I sincerely appreciate the fact that I’m treated like a star during every single visit.

Just a quick update to note that I’m still very much a satisfied customer of Globe Salon. Aesthetician Diena has moved to another salon and I followed her there. Staci continues to give me exactly the look I’m going for, helping me change it up to keep it fresh — a little shorter, a little longer, more layers here, new styling products and techniques, all that jazz. I love the fact that I always leave Globe happy with the appearance I’m presenting to the world.
I kept my natural color until about a year ago, when I finally decided to take the plunge and try going a little lighter, a few highlights. I’m so thrilled with the results! I showed Staci a picture of the color I wanted and she made it happen. Over time we’ve adjusted it a little bit lighter until I found the exact shade I want, and there is where it stays. I feel like it really lightens up my whole appearance and brightens my face. (Knowing I look good helps me smile more brightly, too, no doubt!) What bowled me over was the compliments I’ve received when I see old friends with my new look. I’m certainly no fashion plate, but there’s nothing better for one’s ego than hearing a gasp followed by «Wow! You look great!»

Since James has commented on my review and put back on me– I will assure you I can afford ANY price structure!!! But — I expect top notch work when paying for the prices you charge! I should not have to complain to you — it should last more than two weeks. So most wealthy people do NOT like to waste money.

I am NOT a bad review writer & rarely complain directly about or to an establishment… unless I feel truly wronged and/​or mistreated. I understand things happen, I understand people have bad days, I understand working with the general public can be trying at times & I understand you can’t make everyone happy no matter what you do to rectify situations. However, what I DO NOT understand is a business (who I believe is IN the business of making money & pleasing customers, unless I’m missing the point of owning a business) that is rude, entitled & arrogant, & who seems to not care about making a customer unhappy due to their errors. In enters Globe Salon & its owner/​salon director Staci.
I have gone to Staci for a bit over a year. She first did highlights on my blonde hair, which I loved & was amazing. She turned me into a brunette, which I loved & was truly pleased with! So, when I decided to return to a blonde, I of course returned to Staci to do the job. Let me start by saying i am very detailed & go in prepared with pictures of what I want & discuss it in great length before anything occurs thoroughly. I always make sure to go over things again to be sure.
So when I go in for my appointment Saturday the 21^st at 10:55 am, I went prepared with pictures of what I wanted. Staci discussed it with me & she said she knew what I wanted. As I sat there & she finished foils & applied an all over color, I began to panic a bit inside b/​c the color looked dark. I asked her about it & she said «no it’s no brown». Got washed & my hair was dark! Ashy and grey. Dull and dark. her response? We had to start somewhere! I’ve been a blonde my entire life except the last year I was brunette & know a bit about how it works! I barely saw any blonde highlights through it & Regardless, it was NOT what I asked for. I understand taking a brunette to a blonde is not an easy task, but at no point did Staci say I wasn’t going to leave with a result close to what I asked for. At that point, I told her it was too dark & was trying NOT to freak out b/​c I still had faith in her. So… she highlighted again. Re-​foiled & put in more bleach. I stayed under the dryer for quite some time & got washed. Staci dried my hair & it was still dark, uneven color & ashy. Again, this result after my second attempt was NOT anything close to what I asked for. I went to pay & leave & literally began to cry. I really disliked my hair & after being there for 5 hours I was starving, emotionally irritated, frustrated & very nervous about the state of my hair after being bleached twice back to back. Staci said she wanted me to be happy & would «throw in some more foils». She sat me back down & I showed her a picture of what I wanted to which her response was «well if that’s what you wanted you should never have shown me the other pictures, just this one, because they are all different colors». Ummmmmm… am I the professional or are you!!! Last I checked Staci was the professional & to me, someone who DOES NOT OWN THEIR OWN SALON AND DECIDED TO MAKE THIS MY CAREER, the pictures I showed her looked pretty much like the same blonde colors I was wanting. And if Staci hadn’t thought so, the time to discuss that with me & go over any misunderstandings would have been at the beginning of our session, NOT when she felt she needed to defend herself & place blame on someone, clearly me, the client! So… she put in more foils. The result??? Orange streaks in the front of my hair & roots roughly ¾ of an inch long that looks like I’ve had a month or two of regrowth. On my way out I caught a glimpse and said to Staci that it «looks orangey». To which she responded «I think it’s just the lighting in here». Its not the lighting! It’s ORANGE!!! Ashy & grey in back, underneath sooooo much darker the the rest of my head. ¾ of an inch at least of roots all the way around my face & a terrible straight line on the right side of my head. I’m horrified! Called Tuesday morning & Staci returned my call. She asked for my CC# & said she wanted to just give my money back b/​c she «couldn’t make me happy». Mind you, she was short, arrogant & COMPLETELY unapologetic. She did not apologize, ask what she could do to help the situation or say she was sorry once for even it not working out. While I appreciate the money back, I now have damaged hair (3 bleachings back to back!) & not even a sorry for the situation! Perhaps I missed some fashion trend where orange is the new blonde & Staci thought she’d school me, just go ahead & do what SHE wanted, not what i wanted? Did i miss something!!! I’ve never been so unhappy with a business or so disappointed in the behavior of a business owner!

My girlfriend wanted to get her hair done, so we made an appointment here, at Globe Salon. I honestly wasn’t planning on getting my own hair cut but I thought, who knows, maybe I will, maybe I won’t.
Finding the place was easy and it is honestly is good spot. It’s a convenient spot and there’s tons of parking (not that you’ll be showing up «Rollin Deep» thirty cars in, but if you did, there’s space for that) so that’s not a problem. When we went in we where greeted and seated. Looking around the place, it was really clean and smelled awesome, must be the hair products. As I was scanning the room, I can see all kinds of crazy futuristic machines for hair drying and whatnot. I was really impressed and excited at the same time. Now I’m always a thirsty fellow and my nearest Starbucks was not a throwing stone away, but guess what, there’s a drink menu if you’re thirsty. After we enjoyed our Coke and Arnold Palmer it was time for the greatest hair cutting ever!
We desided on a hair style that would go well with my head, the last time I was in a salon was five years ago so I didn’t know what I wanted. I got my hair washed and head massaged, it was awesome. As I was laying in this hair washing seat that lifted itself into a bed like thing, I was so tempted to fall asleep but it was time for the cut. The cutting went by fast cause I was distracted by how awesome my hair cutting master was. When he finished, he washed my hair again and styled it so I didn’t have to deal with the whole hassle of getting home and showering off all the little stay hairs that fell onto my head and ears and stuff. I was, basically, ready to continue my day looking fly as Fuuuuuuuuu.
My girlfriends hair was also looking amazing. The dying, the cutting, everything. She got the same treatment as I did so I know she loved it.
I’m definitely coming here whenever I need a fresh new look on my head. Watching how Andrew (the greatest hair stylist) did both my head and her head, I super approve. You can tell he loves what he does and he does it oh so well.

I LOVE this Place So Much everyone There Is so Polite and Andrew did a GREAT JOB, the Manager Stacy Completely followed through even Towards the end. My To go Place ABSOLUTELY!!! Color in My hair &A Wonderful hair Trim, First time Ever Going there &The only Salon I’m ever Going to From now On.

I am so glad I found this place!
My hair was to the middle of my back, straggly looking, starting to be a pain to maintain, so I decided today it was time to cut the length and give my hair a new look.
I began my search for a stylist. Found Globe with great reviews.
I called and got lucky to get a same day appointment — Scheduling in advance is recommended and I can see why– This place is great! From the moment I walked in, I was comfortable and felt welcomed. Definitely a great feel to this place! Nice downtown location, Comfy salon with products not tested on animals (bonus for me!)
I arrived early, so while I waited, I browsed my phone looking at short hair styles, trying to decide how short I wanted to go.
My stylist, Andrew, is awesome ! We chatted first– He is an excellent listener! I never felt rushed. He gave me suggestions which were perfect, and I felt comfortable he was going to give me a great new look! We decided to take about 5 inches off.
We started of course with a shampoo, with nice massage chairs.
I was happy that Andrew did my shampoo.
The cut turned out great! The blow out awesome! Outstanding results!
To me, I look younger!
I am So glad I decided to chop off and go shorter! My hair feels and looks healthier.
So much easier to care for too
The best part is how I Look and Feel!

Just moved to Las Vegas from dallas Texas and was really nervous about getting my hair colored lighter in a city I didn’t know any great salons, so I got pretty lucky to have found globe salon ! Lindsey was really confident about lighting up my hair and taking me the healthier route to achieve my desired color. Also, Andrew was also awesome by just giving me a great cut that just fits my frame perfectly ! If you are looking for people who know what there doing, and who do it well… This is your place! Not to mention customer service was an A + from entire staff!
