We have been in the Energy Efficiency Industry for 25 Plus years, and are committed to the Greater Las Vegas Community of homeowners and businesses.

History

Established in 2009.

Although our company is young, our founders — Tim Sr. and Tim Jr. Fromhart, as well as Dr. Gary bring over 25 years of experience serving the Las Vegas Valley.

We got started doing Energy Loss Tests and Energy Audits in homes to determine where homeowners are experiencing energy loss. It is a thorough test that measures the transfer of energy (hot and cold air).

Our Energy Efficiency Consultants are highly trained to be able to evaluate your home or business and provide cost effective solutions to increase energy efficiency, install solar electric panels and HVAC equipment.

As our business grew, we entered the Weatherization market, where we do cost efficient services, like adding insulation, solar attic fans, radiant barriers, and perform duct sealing — to prevent energy loss.

In 2015, we started Commercial LED Lighting — which has taken off rapidly. We are doing many commercial projects in the areas of Education, Retail, Non-​Profits, Manufacturing, and Hospitality.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim Sr. F.

Business Owner

Tim Sr went to Western High School, where his Dad was a winning High School Football State Champion Coach — 6 years. All of Tim’s brothers and sisters went there as well. Tim has resided in Las Vegas since 1959, and loves his family, Las Vegas, and of course, the UNLV Rebels. Tim saw the opportunity in Las Vegas and became Certified in HVAC. Having worked for some large national franchises, he opened Air West, which grew rapidly. He later founded another HVAC Company which again grew to become one of the largest residential HVAC, Weatherization, and Plumbing companies in the State, operating both in Southern and Northern Nevada.

As solar became more prominent across the country during the mid 2000’s, Tim decided to get on the cutting edge — and what better place than Las Vegas with 320 days of sunshine.

Tim Fromhart Jr. came on board as an owner to handle the growing operational aspects, and now resides as General Manager. In 2015, Tim Jr was voted Distinguished Men of Nevada.
