The staff at GLVPM have been so kind and easy to work with. Cindy is very accommodating and personable. They made the process of renting a home as easy as possible. They are diligent and dedicated to ensure the rental is in great condition and that their clients needs are heard and met. I would recommend using their services to my dearest friends and family. We will continue to rent through GLVPM until we are again ready to purchase our own home and hope to be able to use them in that endeavor as well.

I had a great experience with Greater Las Vegas Property Management at 7380 W Sahara… I am grateful for Cynthia Gonzolez’s experience and assistance in finding me a beautiful unit, in a fantastic location, and it was just what I was looking for! I love my place. She wrote the contract, took care of the check, all the details, and everything all from out of town. I recommend them highly and especially recommend asking for Cynthia — she takes care of it all, even before you move to Las Vegas!

I have been waiting 10 days to have something done about my broken AC unit. After it took us 4 days to get moved in and finally sleep in the house we find out that the upper AC unit doesn’t work. So after a miserable Sat and Sunday night we have been unable to sleep in the house for the last 10 nights. The response from the property management is we are fighting with the home warranty company about who’s going to pay for it. Then they say well legally it’s habitable since you have 2 units. True we have 2 units but the upstairs where the bed rooms are is the one that’s broke. So unless they can change physics and have cool air rise, 90 degrees at night in your bedroom is not habitable. Stay Away from renting from them.
