I heard about this place through groupon, and learned a valuable lesson. there are certain things in life that you should not take at a discounted price. I asked the girl (very nice girl) to do an ombré for me, she stated it will take a couple tries because my hair was so jet black to begin with, i agreed. She bleached it once, it turned orange (expected) and then we decided to do it again, (she hesitated because of the potential damage it could cause) i urged her to move forward and bleach it a second time (my mistake) the girl didn’t even use gloves, she left me under the dryer way too long and my hair broke off. So now i’ve gone from hair in the middle of my back to above my shoulders, and she still charged me full price, i had to leave there with sopping wet hair and in tears. her technique was okay, but the way she handled my situation was terrible, i feel like they owe me an apology or a refund– im very upset, a girls hair is very important to her, and well now i just dont have any
On top of the X$ that i had to pay for this terrible experience, i had to purchase extensions and color my hair back to black all on my own, how embarrassing, what a waste of time!!!
