History
Established in 2000.
The first Las Vegas location, which celebrated its 9 year
anniversary in September of 2014, has achieved an outstanding track
record under very adverse economic conditions. Serving upwards of
1,000 guests for each Saturday and Sunday Brunch — the West Las
Vegas restaurant has become the «go to» place for breakfast, lunch
and dinner in the city. Having won almost every award available for
new and existing restaurants Hash House has built an amazing
reputation in a highly competitive restaurant market. Sales for 2009
2010 and 2011 finished up in comparative sales for prior years. Hash
House a Go Go added 3 restaurants to the Las Vegas market in
2009, 2010 and 2011 which have all shown strong initial results.
Hash House a Go Go inside Harrah’s Reno opened in April 2011, at
the Plaza Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas in September
2011, in the downtown Chicago Gold Coast in July 2012 at the
Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut in December of 2012 and in Orlando Florida in April 2014

From 1986 to 1996 he was executive vice president of operations for Hard Rock Café America, a chain of 17 restaurants located across eight states and three countries with sales of $ 180 Million. He was also accountable for the development and training for all food and beverage operations at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
