We’re in Vegas with our dogs and needed healthy raw food. In comes Healthy Tails. They have EVERYTHING we buy in San Diego and then some. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They also had gorgeous hand knit sweaters, bought one for my French Bulldog. They also carry Canidae, this is the first time I have found it in Vegas, now I won’t have to bring bags with me when we travel.

This place is amazing! The men that were working were so helpful and knowledge able about what types of food and things to help your pets. They were very sweet and accommodating. The store had lots of variety of foods, treats like jerky as wells as cookies! They also had supplies like bowls and leashes. They gave us lots of free treats for my dogs too! Love them and will always be coming back here!

Love this place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable and always happy to help. All the food is good and free from rubbish. The only place to sell our favourite pet food and the pups love to visit too!

Today was my first time and it was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Great with questions, recommendations, and they even give little samples so you don’t waste your money on something your pet doesn’t like. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

Our English Bully is sensitive to a lot ingredients so after trying a few different food options and not being satisfied, I found Happy Tails and decided to go in and see if they could help me find the right food! Wow! I am a customer for life just after my first visit! Mike was extremely knowledgable, friendly and gave me a huge bag of different samples for free to see which one our Bully likes the best before we buy a whole bag! The customer service here is outstanding! Thanks Mike!

This place rules! I drive 20 minutes from my new neighborhood to this place just because I trust their products and prices over anyone else.

I’ve only been here once and I’ll never go anywhere else!
The store is pretty small, but they pack a lot of different product. Really clean place.
The owners’ names are jon and mike. They display some of the best courtesy, knowledge, generousity I’ve ever seen in any store owner. I can really tell they care about their costumers and pets. I recently bought a puppy of a breed I didn’t do enough research for. Mike took me through the store, explained where all the foods they have come from, what they contain, what my dog needs in regard to protein and fat, etc. They’re very picky with the quality of their product. Mike went so far as to give me lots of samples, so I could be sure that my dog loves what she gets.
The store also has an abundance of toys, cleaners, cat supplies, raw food, canned food, dry food. Everything I can imagine. The prices are amazing here. I expected it to be at least a little over priced on the count of a family owned store, but it was so cheap! And without sacrificing quality.
When I was checking out Mike also took down my phone number, just in case anything was recalled they will notify me. Who else does that? He even offered to help me out to my car! I truly cannot express my gratitude towards these men. Thank you Healthy Tails!

AMAZING PET BOUTIQUE
The 2 brothers that work here are awesome. True animal LOVERS! We moved away, however they always remembered my dog by name, every time we came in. He loved looking around, drinking the water they have by the door, picking out a toy and a bully stick, AND peeing on their floor when he got too excited, which the staff was literally happy to clean up, though I usually offered to do it if they let me.
We got our crate for our pup here (just for training purposes, our guy can now be trusted to roam freely in the house when we are not home to watch his every move), picked 2 different dog foods from their vast selection. One is a dehydrated raw food, and the other is a «kibble» by PetCurian out of Canada, and is a healthy and reliable choice for dogs. We get treats, toys, shampoo, and even a probiotic for our burpy baby. The main ingredient: cheese. Naturally, he loves it.
Each time I left with my excited, social pup, large bag of food, purse, keys, plus bag of goodies, John assisted me out to the car, carrying my purchase for me. This was just outstanding customer service, and courtesy.
Any questions about products and what is best, this establishment can talk to you all day about anything pertaining to your pet. Happy people who clearly love their job. It was as much a treat for me to come here as it was for my dog. They get down on the ground and give the animals a legit belly rub and some scratchies behind the ears. Love it here.

Very friendly staff and I love the quality of product they sell. If something isn’t to their standard they won’t sell it.
They will give you samples so you don’t have to commit to a full bag of food for your pet. This allows you to figure out what your pet will eat.

My favorite pet store!
Right when you walk in, you’re immediately greeted by the people who work there. I bring my dog every time so they ask me my dogs name and offer her a small treat that she usually gobbles up! (Very rare for her to do that)
I let my dog browse through the treat section, letting her sniff what she’s interested in and fill up a small bag with goodies. We can literally spend 20 minutes doing this and I enjoy it too.
The owners and employees and very very helpful. They know their stuff and will help you with what you need.
I drive 20 minutes to come here and I don’t even think twice about it, I love this place.

Great, helpful, and positive employees, and crazy-​awesome selection of specialty dog foods and toys. Unfortunately I’m on Team Cat, and came here in search of prescription food, which a friend mistakenly told me they stock. Team member apologized, clarifying that they’re only able to do so if they have a vet on-​site, which they do not.
The store, though bright, welcoming, and stuffed full of product, seems to cater almost exclusively to dogs– minimal cat items available. Will send my canine-​loving friends here, but unfortunately they don’t stock what I need.
Store selection is big despite the small space. Location is a bit hidden, you might miss it next door to the pizzeria. I will note that all the parking lots on that corner of the intersection connect, so it’s easy to wind your way back to if needed.

This place is absolutely amazing! I’m so lucky to live so close by. I recently got a puppy and had no clue what to feed it or how much. Mike was very helpful and had great suggestions on what brands he recommended. I’ve only had my puppy for a little over two weeks and I’ve been here four times already! They’ve got great treats, food, toys, anything you could possibly want for your little friend.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could just by the staff alone!

The staff were extremely helpful in answering my questions. They took the time to make sure that we had all our questions addressed. We are in the process of switching our two chihuahuas from homemade food to raw food! Their selection of raw products was great.
For those that think this is costly! Trust me… We spend about $ 70 for a 2week batch of fresh homemade food. The prices are not bad at all.
We will continue to return! The first meal went well tonight:-)

We love Healthy Tails beause they have a lot of trial size of dog food — our dog is only six pounds and eat so little, that a typical 5lb bag would take more than a month to consume.
And the selections! We always check Dog Food Advisor before purchase new items but were pleased to find that it’s easy to find 5-​star brands here. If you seriously care about the quality of the dog food, this is the place to go.

In my search for dogie stores I came across this one in summerlin. I live in summerlin so this is very convenient for me. I met with Michael, who is one of the owners with his brother. First thing that I noticed is that most of the food he carries in the store is unique. The food products are second to none. But here is the best part, michael took me through nutrition 101 like a professor of bark university. I mean I have met some very nice people in stores of this kind but this was a real education. He spent at least 30 minutes with me explaining grades, nutritional values, toys.etc. Since it was my first time i really didn’t know what coco would like or not like, so i bought a few items, but here is a real example of building loyal clients, I was given generous amounts of samples from several different product lines. This is a very powerful motivational tool to encourage me to make this my go to for coco. I mean some of this stuff looks good enough for human consumption. So far I have given her about 75% of the samples and she has not walked away from any of it. I am at the stage where she is a puppy and i want to ween her to more dry food to help with poopies. At the same time i want her to have the best food available. This morning i gave her a sample of 4 different dry kibbles from one supplier and she liked all of them so I made her a mixture of all four for her breakfast. I also noticed after giving her one of the canned foods last night that her stools are much firmer, which to me indicates the wholesome nature of the food. She had brots and tots last night, when i opened the can i was really impressed, solid chunks of meat with gravy that contained various vegetables. I know a few people who probably wouldn’t mind that for dinner.lol.well nothings too good for my little princess.
The experience i had with this store was first class from top to bottom! 6 stars!

Amazing service! The owners are some of the best business owners I have the privilege of knowing in this city. You are always greeted upon entering, and the help and knowledge is incomparable.
My new adopted cat was fussy about her food and treats and they were so good to take the unused portions back in exchange for food our cat liked.
Prices are very reasonable and with service like I get here I would pay no matter what.
