My family and I started High Quality Service, Inc. because we saw an increasing need of friendly, fast and reliable appliance repair service in the Las Vegas Valley. We started this business with a few promises to ourselves. When we are customers we appreciate honesty, efficiency and professionalism. That’s our promise to you. We’ll show up to your home and bring a higher standard of quality. Through this, our goal is to change the face of residential appliance repair and service, while raising the standard for customers in our community.

The owner David is everything you want in an appliance repair man and more! He’s honest, on time, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, fast but takes his time to do the job right and will educate you on what needs to be done in a way you can understand. He will only fix what needs to be fixed and give you advice to avoid repairs in the future. We have used him a couple times now and wouldn’t think to go to anyone else. Don’t hesitate calling anyone else and just go here first!

I called and David, the owner answered. He was able to come by the next day. He fixed my dryer, cleaned it out and went on the roof and cleaned out the dryer vent. While the dryer was completely disassembled he showed me how the idle pulley wasn’t moving. It was causing the loud screeching noise. He showed me that the rollers were working fine. The idle pulley needed to be replaced and he had the part with him. From now on High Quality Service is the company I will go to for appliance repairs!

I would recommend this service to anyone having problems with an appliance. David, at High Quality Service, was knowledgeable, professional and affordable. He was at my home when he said he would be. He fixed my refrigerator and tested the appliance and when he left I felt comfortable that it was in good running order. Yes, FIVE of those doohickies belong to him.

It’s hard to find a competent and extremely knowledgeable tech here in Vegas. We are glad we found David. He was able to diagnose and fix our built-​in fridge with ease and was able to procure a hard to find part expeditiously. He also owns the business so he can make things happen! It is obvious that he has decades of experience. He is the real deal!

My fridge was out due to my own negligence, he fixed it then showed me how to keep it from going down again… .even after I asked if I could pay him to come back every 6 months. He said he’d be happy to do that, but could show me how to do it myself instead.

I found High Quality Service on Unilocal when I looked for appliance repair services in Las Vegas and listed the companies by rating. High Quality Service was at the top of that list and deservedly so. The owner, David, answered my initial phone call and set up an appointment to repair my Kitchenaid dishwasher the following day. He arrived within the two hour window we set, examined and determined the problem (door spring assembly), provided a quote and efficiently completed the repair. He even improved the leveling of my dishwasher during the reinstall. I couldn’t be happier. David is knowledgeable, professional and highly competent. He’s the kind of independent company owner who deserves your business. I’m happy I found him and will be certain to call him for any future appliance repairs.

I’m too old to use the word awesome as many other reviewers have, but I will say that David, on behalf of High Quality Service Inc., is polite, professional and very personable. His knowledge of numerous appliances is vast and inspires confidence. David gave us a quick appointment date and arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem with our cook top over the phone and had the necessary parts needed to make the repairs on the spot. I was very happy with the amount I was charged for the repairs and thought it was more than fair, although after reading the reviews on Unilocal I did not get a second opinion. My wife and I laughed while reading all the glowing reviews, no one could be that good. David is the real deal and all the positive reviews are true. The next time one of my major appliances messes up, I would not call anyone else.

Wow, I got David on the phone just as he walked in the office. I barely finished describing the problem and he told me what to do to reset the control panel on my KitchenAid refrigerator! In the blink of an eye, it was done, no service call, nothing. I am keeping this company on my call list for any and all appliance issues! Happy days! When David was behind schedule, he called to tell me, before my appointment time, that he would be running 20 minutes late. At my home, he worked quickly and efficiently to repair my squeaky LG dryer. He also unclogged two sprayers in my washer. Before leaving, he tidied up and gave me some great advice on how to maintain my appliances. Combined with a 30 day guarantee on his work, David can’t be beat. I will definitely call again.

Had to wait over 2 weeks for the parts to be arrived then he wasn’t able to repair the washer with the parts he ordered. had to wait almost a month without a washer. we ended up buying a new unit :-/​plus the company has absolutely TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! NEVER ANSWER THE CALLS ALWAYS CONNECTED TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE!!! Scheduling time was such a hassle!!! Sorry for the bad feedback but the experience with this company was nothing but trouble and frustrating.

Davey is awesome. Came out to my house the same day I called. He knew everything about dishwashers. Looked over my dishwasher and gave me a very fair estimate. He even offered me a credit towards a new install from the money I paid for the service call.
If you need an appliance fixed, Davey is your guy. I hope I don’t have an appliance break again, but if I do, I will 100% call Davey.

Yes, as good as it gets. David was professional and showed up within his two hour estimate. He had my dishwasher draining again within 30 minutes and even gave advice to keep the unit running strong. Davi was great. He was able to go out the day of the call with no extra fees. He assessed the problem, fixed it, and gave me the invoice within 24 hours. Very happy to recommend again. He also offered a 90 day warranty for the parts and labor, so hopefully if there is any issue it will be fixed no problem.

Dave is awesome. Honest and non-​nonsense. Not only did he fix my washer, but he showed me how to fix it should it ever go out on me again. What kind of service guy would show his customer how to fix it when he could instead keep collecting money from future service calls? He also fixed my door without me asking him to. Unilocal really came through for me on this one, I’ll use High Quality every time for appliance repairs. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I called after a terrible experience with another company. He came right over and unfortunately had to order my part, but he said he would have it in three days and would give me a call as soon as he gets it. He is even willing to work around my work schedule so I don’t have to miss anymore work. He also was less then the other company.
Thanks again and I can’t wait to not have to wash dishes.
