Beware, their billing department sucks. Went there for my sons deep cleaning that they said my insurance will cover it since he’s just turning 19 (deadline is 18). After the procedure was done and months went by, I got hit with a $ 400 bill that my insurance didn’t cover. I love the dentist but I hate their billing dept. you suck ! Have your insurance approve any work being done or you’ll be stuck with the bill !!

After I post this review, I got a phone call from the billing department that they will make an adjustment. Satisfied customer now ! Thank you Unilocal for your help. I’ll be coming back to this dental office for sure !

I love this office. I’ve seen a few dentist come & go through the years, but the office staff is awesome. Dana & Melissa are the greatest. They are very personable & warm. Crystal is the new hygienist there & she is awesome as well!

The group at Hospitality Dental could not have done a better job. My recent experience was as good as it can get at a dentists office, as I am not a dentist fan. In fact I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They ALL put me at ease. I received an exam, cleaning, and two fillings done all at the same visit. As far as I know that is going above and beyond! I was saved another trip by them doing everything in one visit and as a busy mother and student that was very valuable.

I went to this Hospitality Group back in May and they could not even get a temporary crown right. They also lied to me as to have me think they were part of my dental plan with United Health Care. After receiving poor care especially after the doctor walked out on my treatment to go to the restaurant called Polo Loco to stuff his face. Me and my health care company paid upfront for services never rendered. Hospitality dental returned the $ 2150.00 back to my health care provider but I am still waiting on the $ 253.00 they owe me that I paid out of pocket and that was six months ago. I definitely would not recommend this dental group to any one.

The staff at the Hospitality Dental Group is very professional organization. Recently I had a dental emergency while traveling, 150 miles south of Las Vegas. I contacted the Group while in the car and explained my situation to them. They took charge and had me in their office as soon as I got into town. The issue was handled quickly because the staff is extremely efficient and best of all very friendly, they made me feel right at home and very comfortable, hard to accomplish in a dental office. That was my first encounter with the Hospitality Dental Group and you can bet not my last.

Dr. Catalano and her staff are terrific! They were on time as scheduled. I was welcomed and even offered a blanket, in case I got cold. They treated me with great patience as I am a new client.
I would gladly recommend Dr. Catalano in the future.

I have had many experiences with dentist in the valley and have never felt so well taken care of as I have here with Dr Catalano. She is one of the kindest and sweetest dentists that I have ever known. She helped me with my toothache and when another dentist told me that I would have to pull it she saved it, and its never felt better.
She has also seen my husband who hates dentist and she put his mind at ease. My husband actually doesnt mind going to the dentist anymore, so this is a great thing. Anyways I would recommend hospitality dental to anyone
