Ideal Community Management, Inc. (ICM) opened February 2006. We are a locally owned and operated corporation offering community management services to homeowner associations. It is our objective to provide professional guidance to assist the Board of Directors in the day to day operations of the association. Raynie White, President of ICM, has been in the association management industry for over 18 years.
We are the proud recipients of the 2011 Outstanding Management Company of the Year award — From Community Association Institute Nevada Chapter.

History
Established in 2006.
The ICM team currently consists of a supervising manager and 2 provisional community managers. All managers have been trained to ensure that the association remains in compliance with the Nevada State laws and community governing dcuments while also making sure the overall needs of your community are being met. All managers are dedicated to continuing education and staying updated on the ever changing laws that govern associations. Throughout the year the Management team schedules educational seminars for the Board of Directors to keep them informed on key items.

Business Owner
Raynie White, President of ICM, has been in the association management industry for over 17 years. Starting as a receptionist in 1993, Raynie worked her way through several aspects of the industry including, bookkeeping, collections, compliance and community management. Raynie now holds a Supervising Community Manager Certificate and is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service to the associations managed by ICM.
