VERY DISAPPOINTED! The last time I got my lashes done by THE OWNER SARAH, she damaged my natural lashes by putting too much glue. I noticed when I was finally able to take them off that she had glued 2 lashes to each natural lash. I had to take them off bc on my left eye I had much more lashes than in my right eye and they were painful. It was painful when I blinked. Not only did she put too much glue that damaged my natural lashes and irritated my eyes, it was always extremely difficult and painful to take them off. She was also very unprofessional. The entire hour that I was laying on that bed she kept talking. The smell was unbearable. She spoke about her life that’s full of drama, which I had no need to know about especially being that it was my very first time getting my lashes done by her. She stunk of cigarette smoke even though she «washed» her hands. It was unbearable to stand the odor. I wish I could have just left but I would have lost the $ 50 I had already payed in advance. I tried to get my $ back but they refused to give me a refund. It was my very first time getting my lashes done by her. I have had my lashes done by other professional and friendly staff at the same place, Nela and Kayla (love them, they’re both very sweet girls) BUT THE OWNER SARAH is a whole nother ball game. On top of that horrible experience, I spent 15 minutes driving around looking for them because come to find out they had recently moved to a different suite and THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY HAD MOVED!!! I called and called and texted the contact # that day and got no answers. Finally I saw Sarah, the owner, comfortable as can be smoking a cigarette outside. I told her I had been calling them and nobody ever told me they had moved locations. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Thanks to that horrible experience I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO iLash Lab!!!

Unbelievable! I purchased a Groupon a week ago and have been trying to contact this business to simply schedule an appointment. In a text message since they will not answer phones I clearly stated I would upgrade my sale hoping that they would get me in. She replied that it would be extra $ 150 for a nice full set. That is on top of the $ 50 I had already spent on Groupon. The price isn’t exactly my concern here. it’s the fact that I have been trying to contact them to book an appointment and she says they don’t have phone reception and are very busy. Now I have to call American Express cancel my charges an informant groupon. I would just beware. If this is the way they handle their business then I’d be in fear of what happens after your lashes are on. What if you needed a fill?!

Making an appointment was super easy, they responded (via text) extremely fast. I had an appointment with Vanessa she was polite and her room was cute and cozy upon completion of services my eyelashes looked amazing! I tipped her generously and scheduled a new appointment for 3 weeks out. 5 Stars all the way.
3 days later my right eye has a visible chunk of lashes missing so I call the salon 2x and the voicemail prompts you to text as they don’t have time to get to the phone (understandable) they are very busy ladies you see that going in. So I text and ask if I can please come in as I have an event to attend and the bald chunk is noticeable and bothering me. Nothing. No response. No text back no call back and I’m so very disappointed. I would’ve paid or even tipped again that’s how badly I wanted the bald chunk fixed. A full week later and my right eye is almost bald and I’m looking like Yzma and that shit ain’t cool.

I too have purchased a Groupon (twice). The first time I went (in January for my birthday) I was okay with the experience. I loved that she explained everything but my lashes were falling out after just one day. I wasn’t that upset because they stayed in for my birthday weekend long enough for me to take pictures and be a fine Diva.
The second time around I will say was great. I believe the girl that did my lashes was name Nicole. Not only was she efficient but she was also very nice and played great music while I got my lashes done. The Groupon the second time around I got the refills with it because I wanted to see if I would continue to like them. I like this place. I would definitely go back.
I will say that NO ONE answers the phone when you call but once I text I get a response.

I would absolutely discourage anyone from becoming a patron here.
It’s seems they are more worried about quantity over quality, they frequently run Groupon deals and as a customer you’ll feel it. Anytime you text them, which is their preferred method of communication, they’ll simple text back, «who is this?» even if you’ve contacted them before using text. If you need a last minute appointment or are hoping to be seen in a weeks time, you’re out of luck. I had an appointment that I had to book two weeks in advance, several days before my appointment I contacted them about coming in slightly earlier as I had a last minute time constraint that day. Their response was they could see me in two weeks after my scheduled appointment if I couldn’t make it. My eyelashes started falling off the day I had them, poor eyelash quality and lack of volume meant my eyelashes absolutely could not wait two days much less two weeks.
My advice would be to skip this place unless you want to feel like you’re going through an eyelash assembly line, poor quality and even worse customer service.

This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions and I love them. I got the owner Sarah and she was amazing. My lashes were so beautiful because of course I’m being catered to by someone who has been doing this for years. Thank you so much for beautifying me ever more. 2 thumbs up from me.

I originally found iLash Lab through Groupon. Since my initial appointment, I’ve been back for multiple fills! Amazing quality, great employees and very adorable compared to the rest of the industry! Clean, fast and always great lashes!
Don’t skimp by going to someones house or a cheap nail salon.
GO TO ILASH LAB where you are guaranteed great service, lashes and prices!

There is no rating for 00… in order to post this review I had to chose 1 star. I went for my appt & arrived early as requested… there was no one there to greet me or let me know what to do. After waiting 15 mins past my appt… Courtney came out said she couldn’t do my appt no explanations or apologies. Come to find out she came in sick. I understand ppl get ill but she came in that way… give me the courtesy of calling & canceling my appt. They were able to send me a text an hr before to make sure I was reminded of my appt. I was asked if I could return the next day at 10 after I told them I had a flight to catch at 12… REALLY…the appt takes 1 ½ hrs. These ppl are very unprofessional & it was a good thing I didn’t get the service done… I’m sure it would have been a disaster!!! Would NOT recommend this business!!!

The owner of iLash Lab, Sarah Hughes, responded to my last review and refunded my tip. Sarah did take issue with me using the words «credit card fraud» to explain the unauthorized charge to my credit card and texted me: «I issued the tip to be returned. Now if you would please be so kind as to remove your Unilocal review. As we both can agree although it was an accident it didn’t warrant a credit card fraud claim. An over charge yes but credit card fraud no.» I’m willing to concede on the use of the word «fraud» and rather state that there was a billing error made to my card by iLash Lab and I’ve removed the words «credit card fraud» from my last review and updated it with this most recent review. I will say there was definite difficulty in getting hold of the manager in my case, even on the day when I called iLash Lab and she was in with a client (she never called me back after). She said she had been unavailable due to medical issues, which, as someone working in the medical field I have complete empathy for, but as a client, I would have appreciated being able to get a hold of someone in charge of the business (even a temporary supervisor) who could have responded efficiently to resolve the overcharge to my card in a more timely matter.

Purchased the groupon deal but the website is no longer working and been calling and texting there business phone number nobody’s answering as well, I assumed this place is now CLOSED! Please dont purchased the deal, money wasted.
So I finally booked my appointment after how many attempts to contact them and the day after I go there I called to confirm and been told i didnt have one or whoever i spoke to never put it on the system. Great! I’m a very busy person and everything needs to be planned in advanced. So I gave it a shot and still continue on then they said they charged $ 20 non refundable booking fee, I’ve been using groupon for a long time and this business is the only one that charged a booking fee. I called groupon to confirm and been told that’s not what supposed to be because its not stated in their fine print so when I told ilash lab about that they just canceled my appointment because Sarah the owner said I was complaning too much! What a great customer service they offer right?! After waiting so long to get in touch with them and was very patience this is what they’re going to do with me!!! I uploaded some photos of our conversation just so everybody could see how rude they are! Again dont waste your money and time, look for somewhere else it could be a cheap deal but the stress is overwhelming!

Went and got a full set of lashes on today from Courtney, my lashes are beautiful! She was so friendly, nice and very knowledgeable in what she does. The atmosphere was really wonderful. The air conditioner got turned on and she offered me a warm cozy blanket to cover myself. I felt totally pampered! All those little extra touches along with the quiet music playing and just enough conversation to know what she was doing but to relax… she’s got me won over as a new long term client! Love this place! I world highly recommend this place … and her!

Bought the Groupon, they called a week before said I HAD top give them and extra $ 20 to hold my appt in case of no show and then they would refund after appt. Now they say no that it goes toward next service. I only got them for a party, i do not want them ALL the time, THEY LIED. DO NOT USE THIS VOUCHER. I tipped her $ 20 too.

I have been here a couple times and have always been pleased with my lashes. Scheduled an appointment for today about a week ago. Go in today and the girl who was supposed to do my lashes didn’t show up.
I get it, stuff happens. But no one rescheduled my appointment or told me when to come in next or called someone to come in for me just kind of left me in the dark and didn’t tell me what they were going to do about it. So, I guess I’ll be trying somewhere else now because my eyelashes need done ASAP and I don’t want to walk around with partial eyelashes anymore.

Love this place. I was iffy about it since it was a groupon. I called in Saturday to make an appointment right away they put me in for Monday at 10:00am I texted all my info witch was convenient since I was in a hurry (always easier to text) walked in and right away they had everything set up asked if I had to use the bathroom since it was my first application it would take about an hour to an hour in a half.
I had Kayla do my lashes she is AMAZING, Funny and Friendly! She made me feel so comfortable (I had just had a BA) she definitely helped me out. Not to mention my eyelashes look amazing! She gave me her personal number just incase anything happened. I’ve had them done in several places around town and will definitely keep driving from Henderson all the way to Summerlin to see Kayla. Not to mention ILash Lab is super clean compared to other places the owner is the sweetest she asked me multiple times if I needed anything.

Great place! All the girls seem super nice and its easy to get a hold of the front desk if you need to call to reschedule an appointment. I saw Sarah for my first time and and then some other girl the second time but both had great customer service and did a great job on my lashes! As a personal preference i liked Sarah a bit better, she was more speedy and didn’t lean on my head or face as much lol!

Wow, wow, and wow!!! I had a lash appointment with Sarah. She told me about her new product Syberian Mink lashes. I promise, I almost did not try them because of the price but Omg!!! These lashes are everything!!! I cannot stay out if the mirror! I washed my face and they fluffed right back in place. I’m so glad I tried them. It was well worth the money I paid for them. Gotta have the Syberian Mink every time now!

Bought this off groupoun after a friend went and was super excited to get my lashes done. Got them done today and they are amazing. This place knows what they are doing. My lady was Courtney she was super nice and awesome at what she does. Purchase this Groupoun with fills, you will be back.

I came here today and used the groupon deal $ 74 for full set and refill. I believe her name is Nela and she was very nice and personable. She finished it in an hour. I was quite surprised as I used to go to another place and they took about 2 hours and nonetheless she did a great job.
The place is clean and the bed is comfy.

I went in with a Groupon and it being my first time getting eyelash extensions.
Initially I loved how they looked and thought they were worth the maintenance for special occasions. After about a week, the eyelashes began to fall out with my actual eyelashes attached! Once they all fell out, I barely had any of my own lashes left. Now I can’t even put mascara on.
Here’s the worst part: I texted them to let them know what had happened and asked for a refund ONLY for the fill appointment I was pressured into booking and paying for ahead of time. Their response was that they don’t do refunds.
They care as long as money isn’t the issue.

Nela was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my eyes. It took about two hours for a new set and about an hour and a half for my fill, and both times I left with my lashes looking spectacular and really full. I had asked Nela for the curliest lashes and she was more than happy to get me the «D» curl lashes. My friends have all complimented me on how beautiful my lashes are and I will be going back here many times in the future.

I got my lashes done for the very first time a few days ago and boy am I sooooo satisfied, not only was the technician a delight to be around the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Ask for Rina when booking she did a beautiful job. I will most definitely be coming back for my fills at ilashlab! Love, love, loved them!!!

Wow! Worth the wait! My eyelashes are amazing! They look completely natural and my eyes look huge.
I really enjoyed my visit with Sarah. She explained the entire process and gave clear instructions for after care. She is very personal and you can tell (and she’ll tell you) she loves what she does.
So happy with my visit. More eyelash technicians are starting soon and I’m sure they will give the same quality of care as Sarah does.
I will have to update this review if I ever have my eyelashes done here. At this time, however, I am extremely frustrated with the scheduling and customer service.
I purchased a Groupon in August to get my eyelashes done. There were no appointments available until the end of September. I scheduled an appointment for Sept 28.
On September 28, as I was driving to the appointment, ten minutes before my appointment, they called me and said there has been an emergency and they would have to reschedule my appointment. I said no problem, the girl on the phone said she’d call me back and reschedule tomorrow. So Tuesday comes and goes and Wednesday I call back to see when we can reschedule. The girl on the phone recognized me and had said she was sorry for not calling me back she didn’t know which «Amy» I was. We reschedule for Sunday — even though they aren’t open Sunday.
So today I drive out there and call to find the place because it’s kinda hidden and the girl who answered was rather short with me and said I didn’t have an appointment and I had to reschedule AGAIN for Wednesday.
Long story short, if a company is going to charge a $ 75 same day cancellation policy I think they owe me $ 150 for cancelling on me twice.

I used my groupon to go see Nela. She was sweet and did a wonderful job! I also had the chance to meet the owner and she was wonderful as well! I highly recommend their products and them!

This was my first time at this location and I had my lashes done by Nela. I have had my lash done everywhere but the place gave me the best experience overall. The first thing I want to mention is that they have the most comfortable beds there with pillows and blankets. This just made my experience even better since putting lashes on is a long Process. During the whole time, Nela made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to relax. There are other technicians there so the environment is really nice. Nela made sure to check on me often and made sure my lashes were perfect! I just loved how Nela made my lashes look very natural and yet dramatic and the same time. i would recommend this place for anyone who is considering on getting their lashes done and to go with Nela if you are trying to get that look!!!

Got my lashes done by Nela and had such a great experience. The office is clean, bed is comfortable w a comfy blanket and had great music: p
She along with the other tech were greatly informative and open to answering all of my questions. I loved that Nela was always checking up to make sure I was ok throughout the process (something I’m not used to with other eyelash services) but my favorite part of all was noticing how much more thorough she was with applying my extensions. I truly felt like she was attempting to get 100% of my lashes covered!
If you’re looking into getting eyelash extensions look no further than the ilashlab. Very worth my time and money! I can definitely say my first visit won’t be my last :)

Went there for the first time today and had my lashes done with Nela. I normally don’t do reviews unless I have a bad experience but I had to write about my awesome experience here. I walked out with confidence .
Nela was super patient with me and didn’t mind my million questions. Like many I’m sure ur afraid if your eyelashes will be ruined afterwards. Or that might be me trying to make myself feel better after drilling the poor girl. She was also very professional and got me super relaxed that I even napped during the process .
Will defiantly be back for my fills in the next few weeks

I saw Sarah for my full set last week! Beautiful lashes! I asked for a cat eye and she hooked me up! Sarah works fast and her taste in music is great ;)
I can’t wait to go fuller next week.
Plus they offer 3 fills for $ 150 that’s a great deal!

I’m always skeptical trying new places, especially when it comes to my eyelashes.
I’m actually taking the time to write this review because I want all of you to know where to go!
I had a few trial and errors with eyelash extensions out here in Vegas. I’ve had places put way too much glue where a cluster of lashes stick together and can’t be separated until they all fall off, or cut my eyelashes when getting a fill to fix the mess they made, and I’ve also had to argue because they just don’t know what they’re doing, have no clue, and simply lacks confidence and knowledge of their profession. I’ve had some make my eyelashes look trashy, like they’re running away from each other.
If you’ve never had extensions before let me tell you… They shouldn’t feel itchy or heavy at all! If they do, you’ve got 1 of 2 problems. 1) allergy or 2) stupidity
By far, hands down this place is the best place to go! I won’t waste my time and money anywhere else again.
First thing I look for is knowledge. How much do they know? Are they good?
If they don’t know what they’re doing then there’s no point.
Next, do they care? Are they going to take good care of me? How well do they do their job? Are they passionate and dedicated?
You want someone who not only knows and cares about what they do but also understands what you want and how you want to be treated.
Sarah is very knowledgeable and cares about her clients!!! She shows dedication and explains what you need to know.
Sarah makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She has a great personality. I fell in love the 1^st time I met her.
She takes care of my eyelashes and is extremely careful. I can’t feel a thing when she’s applying them on or taking them off.

I went in the other day for a fill. I felt a bit discomfort afterwards and thought it would go away after a day. After a the 2^nd day my eye was a little irritated, not swollen but just a little red from irritation. Probably a loose hair or glue, who knows. I didn’t want to mess with it because I care about my eyelashes and would rather have a professional look at them rather than me pulling away eyelashes. Anyway, I texted Sarah to let her know my eye was irritated and asked if she could help me. WITHOUT A PROBLEM or a single question, she squeezed me in her crazy hectic schedule that day and fixed my eyelashes. The minute I got there she looked at my eyes and was concerned it might be an allergic reaction. She said, «Thanks for letting me know. I’d rather you call me and tell me so that I could help you rather than you scratching your eyelashes off!» That made me feel so relieved. As if she read my mind. Whether or not its an allergic reaction or a mishap, she took care of ME! And this poor thing, came to work sore, barely able to move her arms and body from a falling accident the other night, and still managed to give me perfect eyelashes.
That’s how dedicated and how much of a hard worker she is. She won’t let us down and won’t take a day off for pain because she knows we’re all waiting for our sexy eyelashes.
I know I found my girl! Regardless what the issue is I know it would be fixed. Who doesn’t want good customer service?!
She’ll tell you straight out and won’t lie.
She’s always checking out new and better products. She won’t cheat you. She offers good deals and seems pretty fair, especially for the AAA service she provides. She often takes continuing education and training classes to keep up-​to-​date with new products and techniques. She’s so passionate about her job.
I usually get the cat eye look but I can’t wait to go back for the Russian volume. I saw it on one of her clients before and it looked fabulous. It’s so worth it!

Try her out! It only makes sense. You won’t go anywhere else after her. If you do I’ll know it’s because you’re crazy and don’t care about your eyelashes.

I call two days. No one answer the phone. I have been arrived here 4:25pm at Thur, there is no one at the front, I wait until 4:45, still there is no people at ilashlab answering the call or come to the reception. This is my first time been here. I will never come back.

If you want to tell people that you «woke up like this» and not be a liar, then go see Sarah. If you’ve never had lash extensions before, she’ll explain the process to you and inform you about any questions/​concerns that you may have. Don’t feel intimidated by her personality – she’s actually very friendly, understanding and honest. If she feels that something won’t work with your features, she’ll let you know. I like my lashes simple for an everyday look, and that’s exactly what I get from her every time!
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. I knew nothing about lashes, but now I feel like I could hold my own in any conversation about lashes (seriously – ask me anything)! I find that when you’re dealing with something as important as your eyes, you’d probably want to know that the person working on you is competent and knows what they’re doing. Sarah has been doing this for years and only does lashes. That’s some serious dedication to your lashes, ladies (or gentlemen?).
What I love most about iLash Lab is the booking system. The website allows me to book my appointments ²⁴⁄₇. I don’t have to be put on hold by someone just to book an appointment! Talk about convenience! Book online right now. Seriously.

I just moved here several months ago and finally found the go-​to person to do my lashes. Sarah knows her lashes. I told her how I wanted my lashes to look, more natural and she did exactly what I said. The glue she uses does not make my nose burn. From all the previous salons I been to before her, the fumes from the glue were harsh. I would literally have blood shot eyes for a good 24hrs but with Sarah I do not have that problem anymore. Thank god!
It’s worth the trip from Henderson. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable with the fluffy bed and good music. I will definitely keep getting the bundle fill till I leave Vegas area.

My honest opinion.
I had my lashes done once (set) with 3 fills.
Sarah was the tech.
I was very happy with my set.
After my initial appt, I noticed many uncomfortable things about them when I washed my face.
The office and location was good, Sarah is polite and has good customer service skills, though she talks way too much about her personal issue that I didn’t care to sit through.
After weeks of the fills, they didn’t look as good as the original set.
After 2 months I decided, the cost and time weren’t worth it, and opted out of the lash extension fad.
Now I have stubs and bald spots… I have no eye lashes anymore.
I’m upset because I was never warned that the aftermath would be THIS.
Although not having to wash mascara off of me was a huge plus, I decided they aren’t for me.
