I’m so happy with Dr. Benson and her entire staff. I decided to have Lingual Braces instead of traditional braces as I didn’t them to be visible when I smile. I’m so pleased with how much the appearance of my teeth have improved. I would recommend this for everyone who is looking for a perfect smile.

Dr. Rana and Dr. Tongsiri are always smiling and happy. The staff here are awesome!!! Especially Mario, they always follow up. Sometimes crown do break, they got me in ASAP, didn’t charge me extra or nothing they finish what they started to my satisfaction. Mario took customer service to a whole new level. My van battery gave me problem and wouldn’t start, he came down and gave me a jump start, highly recommended!!! Oh Doctors are great too !!!

One of the best, if not the best doctor /​dentist experiences I have ever had. Everyone is superbly professional and nice. Went in for cleaning, x-​ray, and exam.
All of my questions were answered and procedures were explained. I knew exactly what was happening, how much the cost is, and I was made super comfortable.
They have very modern equipment (360 panorama x-​ray machine!). Office and equipment are clean and well-​maintained.
Overall, fantastic experience. «The work» should get a 5-​star by itself but staff’s interactions put this place in my «highly recommended» category.
Automatic reminders via text for appointments were much appreciated.

This place is the best in town for orthodontics! I looked into about 12 orthodontist offices for clear braces or Invisalign. I actually chose this place even though my insurance didn’t cover the Invisalign treatment because I was confident in the execution of their plan based on the service that I received from the start. I was quite demanding and they actually exceeded my expectations somehow.
Dr. Kate Nguyen first met with me even though she was just about to have a baby. She covered everything in great detail and knew all the answers to my questions (I did a lot of research prior to meeting with her). Dr. Saoly Benson took over when Dr. Kate had her baby and was extremely helpful.
She was incredible actually. She really expedited things (I was coming in every week for a while there) and remembered every detail of all of the appointments. She was flexible with her schedule and made a few impressive changes in my treatment. She would also explain everything that she was doing so it was easy to trust her.
Another thing — part of my treatment required oral surgery and she got me in with a different surgeon when my first choice cancelled on me. I was able to have the surgery not that long after and it was a great success and a quicker recovery than anticipated. This was so clutch as there are waitlists for this type of surgery.
The reception staff is super friendly. They always knew my name and were cracking jokes even though they could tell I was always tired after work. That’s another thing, this place is usually open until 6 or 7pm. This made it very easy for me to come in after work and the treatment did not affect my work schedule. They also send you a text and call the day before as a reminder.
One thing to be careful of though, the orthodontist team isn’t there every day of the week so double check this when you are booking your appointment. Sometimes the receptionist will be looking at the dental calendar availability instead of the orthodontic availability.
My treatment went by quick but during that time, the office had invested in several new pieces of equipment that improved the efficiency of almost every appointment. There were some waits when I first started, but those went down after almost every visit.
They hired some more staff as well. These new faces were just as friendly as the reception desk and helped with a ton of prep (xrays, molds, scans, retainers).
Their whole team is extremely honest and caring. They truly want the best results possible for you. I definitely wanted to be done at certain points when I was basically finished with my treatment but they tinkered with some things that made my smile absolutely perfect. I get compliments EVERY day on my smile so it was well worth the wait and money!
Dr. Benson genuinely cares for all of her patients and I was lucky to have her assigned to my treatment after Dr. Nguyen had her baby. I’m extremely thankful to the whole team though for helping impact my life in such a positive way! Thanks Braces LV!

Sho-​nuff a quick check in Unilocal… Thank you people… A dentist with good reviews and still open got him right in and repaired the damage in under an hour and at a great price!
Found out they have 11 offices in the Vegas area and other places including Bird Rock in La Jolla.
I hope the doctor in La Jolla is as good as Dr. Rana!

I was suffering from a horrible toothache and Image Dental was the only dentist open after 5 p.m. and was willing to see me immediately. Within minutes the dentist was able to diagnose that I, in fact, had a sinus infection and not a problem with my teeth. She gave me a prescription for my sinus infection and sent me on my way. They could have very easily taken advantage of me and performed any number of dental procedures and I would have gladly paid to get out of the pain. Everyone in the office was unbelievably kind and the customer service was amazing. I am so grateful that I went to Image Dental. I will be back regularly… This is my new dentist!!!

Dr. Rana and her staff were amazing! When I first arrived I was a little nervous, but ready to get my wisdom tooth pulled. The day before a different dentist began the process of extracting the tooth but after an hour of tugging and pushing and pulling he couldn’t finish the job. It was horrifying and excruciatingly painful. But Dr. Rana and her team were very kind and helpful and gentle which made all the difference. She explained what was happening with my tooth, why it was so hard to remove, and how she planned to extract it. During the procedure she numbed me very well, we joked a little, and we even sang to some of the songs playing over the radio!
I’d definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I’m not going to another dentist!

I love this place! The office staff are wonderful and helpful. The assistants are gentle and compassionate. The doctor took the time to explain what I need and why, and talked with me about my wants and needs. I am so glad that I found this place! I will be bringing my partner here asap.

Had my teeth cleaned by Hazel there. She was good. Efficient and kind. However, I waited 20mins in the lobby, then after the cleaning, waited another hour in the chair. Ended up walking out. I get the feeling they just don’t care anymore. Used to be great service. Not feeling that anymore.

Love this place!!! All my life I have been very particular about my dentist so moving to a new state was a nightmare to find a new dental home. I have had many negative experiences in Las Vegas in my search for a new home but have now found my perfect new home! That’s exactly what it feels like… home. From the moment you walk in the door you feel nothing but warmth and a very welcoming and professional environment. From the front office to the back, everyone is kind, courteous, professional and centered on an exceptional customer experience! Both Dr Rana and Dr Amy both are truly the best. From beside manor and clinical expertise to professionalism and courtesy. She was centered on my overall dental plan customized and tailored from my very first visit. Truly what you want in dentistry. I highly recommend this place!!! I have referred many friends, family and co-​workers whom have all shared the same sentiment. «Image» truly is everything! The manny is great. The wait can be long, however when I got to the back he made me very comfortable. I bought a family dental plan I believe was $ 200 which can be used for a family up to 5. Children can be seen here for exams and cleaning but thats all anything else is referred. Well thats a waste just paid for a plan that cant really help my children. Other then that i really like this dental office.

Just left my appointment. Best dentist office ever. Been a customer for over 5 years and have seen it grown. The staff is knowledgable, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend image dental!

Dr. Amy is like the golden goddess of all things teeth. Seriously I look up at those beautiful browns and just do whatever she tells me to. No, in all seriousness, you could not be in better hands both in skill and bedside manner. After you catch your breath, take a minute to listen to her professional advice. She’s helped me a lot and I feel great about my smile.

I have been coming to Image Dental since April 2015. I began my relationship with Image Dental by first receiving their teeth cleaning services and eventually I asked about a consultation for braces and they were able to provide the consultation for free. Since then, I have been coming regularly for my orthodontist appointments and teeth cleanings.
The staff is most welcoming, everyone from the front desk to the doctors are incredible and are genuinely concerned about how satisified you are with your smile. They are always prepared to alleviate any confusion with insurance coverage, co-​pays, etc…
Have a busy schedule and don’t have time to see the dentist? The Image Dental staff does everything in their power to work with your schedule and address your needs.

My daughter and I loved Dr. Amy Tongsiri when it was just Silver State Smiles. Her office was small and comfortable. She made a mistake merging with this other company. You wait in the office forever, the receptionists could be a lot more welcoming. They state it is a family practice and had no problems doing work on my 9 year old when it was SSS. But at this new office they stated they didn’t feel comfortable doing the work and did not have the right tools. So guess what? They referred me back to a pediatric dentist. I came to Silver State Smiles to get away from pediatric dentists. If you don’t or can’t do the work then don’t agree to see kids under a certain age.
Since the company has responded I’d like to say that she possibly needed a pulpotomy which is a fairly simple procedure.

I am prompted to write this review to warn others of unethical practices engaged in my Image Dental. In my specific instance, the practice booked me for additional cleanings beyond what my insurance would cover. When I pressed, they made it clear that they knew all along that I would have to pay out of pocket for the cleaning in question, yet I was not warned of this at the time of booking three months prior. The office’s tone and demeanor made it clear that this was a standard practice.
When I asked why I was being booked for quarterly cleanings, rather than the standard bi-​annual covered by most insurance, I was given a mealy-​mouthed excuse about having «gum disease» (beat in mind I have never discerned the slightest sign of this or been told this was the case by other dentists).
Save your money. Save your integrity. Go somewhere else!

When I called to book my appointment, I thought I was going to Silver State Smiles (SSS) with Dr. Amy Tongsiri. However, the phone receptionist let me know that SSS is now Image Dental and provided the new location. I was a bit wary, but decided to give it a try.
I’m glad I did. The front desk, dental assistant, and hygienist were very nice and conversational. I was impressed by how they always asked to make sure I was doing okay. Although I didn’t see Dr. Amy, I saw Dr. Rouhina Mehregan. She was fantastic– very attentive to my many questions (including the admittedly very annoying, «Well, I read online that…»). The cleaning session was a lot more quicker than other places I’ve been to; I suspect it’s because of the different (more modern) tools they use.
What I really, really appreciated is that they don’t try to up-​sell you. I previously went to a dentist who wanted me to spend $ 14k for veneers/​crowns because my current ones look «masculine» (he brought this up every time I saw him– «Are you happy with your smile? Are you sure? Really?») None of that here! I highly recommend this place.
The parking is easy, but a bit weird depending on the direction you are coming from. You might have to make a U-​turn at the next light. But, rest assured, there is a decent-​sized parking lot directly behind the building. The building is also big and has the name «Image Dental» on it, so you won’t miss it.

Bait & Switch! Dishonest, sloppy, unorganized business.
Booked specifically with Dr. Amy Tongsiri via Zoc Doc based on the great reviews I read for her online. All the texts and email confirmations I received – from both Zoc Doc and Image Dental – noted I had an appointment booked/​confirmed with Dr. Tongsiri. The office even called me the day of, about 2 hours before my appointment, to confirm my insurance information yet failed to mention that Dr. Tongsiri does not work on Mondays!
Even worse, when I got there, they didn’t tell me she was not in that day or ask if I would be okay with another dentist. Also, they insisted I get x-​rays done despite my having had them taken a few months earlier already when I was just there for a cleaning. I explained that I relocated from NYC but can have my old dentist send over the x-​rays and reschedule if they really need them for the cleaning as I don’t want to take another set and expose myself to radiation unnecessarily. Their response? «Well I guess we’re not the right dentist for you.» Obviously, they have too much business to care about customer service.
The icing on the cake, the receptionists never actually told me Dr. Tongsiri was not in until I corrected them after they kept referring to the dentist as «he» and called them out on it saying that it should be «she» since my appointment was with Dr. Amy Tongsiri – only then did they admit she was not even in the office Mondays and was only there on Wednesdays. No apologies or remorse for the false advertising and misinformation. Simply «Ok, thanks for coming, guess we’re not the right dentist for you» again.

I was eating soup, I felt something hard in it and spat it out. It was my molar crown! It’s fallen off before, I’ve had problems with that one as it was made by a pretty careless and painful dentist — the kind that scares you off from coming in for proper care.
My dentist for my visit was Dr. Amy Tongsiri. She was just so adorably friendly and bubbly! We chatted and felt at ease– I absolutely loved her! Her whole team was so nice and gentle as well when handling my teeth and really mindful of the water/​saliva stuff pooling up as I feel like I tend to choke at most dentist chairs. It’s so simple, but why don’t more dentist put sunglasses on people?! It was nice not to get blinded by the light.
I was hoping that I can just cement it back in, but she recommended that I get a new one made that fit better. I had it from when I was pretty young and my mouth shifted since and it’s probably why it popped off again. What also sucks is that I had 2 cavities now — on the tooth in front of this crown and the one behind it. Boo! I do have cavities from when I was a kid, but I’ve gone a long time as a adult without new ones.
It’s such bad timing, as I don’t have insurance, but will in a few months. It’s always a expensive fix to do dental work, but they worked with me to make it as affordable as possible. The cost of this crown was actually cheaper than what my original one cost. Much better made as the material is stronger, has a lifetime warranty in case something does happen and has zero metal like my old one.
Ever have something made, had to have a temporary and then come back two weeks? What’s great is they have a lab downstairs and for some items can be made in a few hours and put in same day! I went to grab some lunch and came back to have my crown put in. I actually had Dr My Tran put my crown in and he is how I found out about this place. I met him and his wife years ago at a event so I’ve always had it in the back of my head to come here.
The office is also run impeccably well. I appreciated that my actual appointment time is when I get in to be seen as I’ve been to offices that was perpetually 1 hour behind. The front of the staff and billing were all friendly too. When I came back a few hours later to place my crown, they were on it of informing the dental team and I was back having it placed in no time.
Let’s face it, dentist get a bad rap. It only takes one bad trip as it is a pretty vulnerable experience that is frankly scary for many people. When someone is all up in your grill, it’s important to feel they care about you. I’m not scared or hesitant to come back here. This is one of the most pleasant dentist experiences I’ve had.
