If I could, I would give them NO STARS & a GIFT WRAPPED bucket of untreated sewage. WHY? Because these idiots REPORTED me to a collection agency, claiming that I owed them money AFTER i PAID FOR 2 years AND THEIR OWN confirmation email after I paid back in december 2014, I had paid THROUGH DECEMBER 2016! If you’re thinking about getting these idiots LISTEN to what others are saying because it’s the ABSOLUTE truth! I plan to SUE THEM asap!!!

Viviana Tobon is a toxic account rep and toxic employee. Snide, arrogant, nasty and she makes statements that constitute legal advice. She’s not an attorney.
My remaining LLC will be switching to a different company in the next 1 – 2 weeks.

Incorp services inc is a scam. according to the state of delaware they are part of a widespread scam that makes businesses think they «have to» have a street address in the state to do business. my accountant in Los Angeles who handles hundreds of delaware state corporations says do not pay them.

I consider this a ‘middle of the road’ type of review: on one hand I went several rounds with their billing (and sadly) collections department to correct and fix some outstanding invoices over the past two years. This past week I was contacted by a service rep who went the extra mile to sort out and fix these issues timely. I was honestly expecting this to escalate, but at the end of the day the problems were fixed and the rep was very professional and polite in the handling of the matter. Their billing and collections departments get a two stars and the rep should get a much deserved promotion. Thank you.

I was with Incorp for several years (about 8) and I was quite content with their professional service. I was naïve to believe that they actually cared about me or my business. Their true colors were exposed when I wanted to change the state that I was using their Registered Agent services for. After the latest increase in the Nevada annual corporate filing fees, I decided to switch to my Corporate Seal to Iowa (where I get the same privacy protections at a much lower price). That is where the trouble began.
I had just paid Incorp their annual $ 99 fee 3 – 4 weeks earlier when I decided Nevada was getting too greedy. I asked Incorp to switch my Resident Agent services to Iowa and apply the $ 99 which I had just paid, and use that money to start my Iowa RA. They said they had RA services in Iowa and could make the change. When I tried to get clarification about the payment, the run-​around began. I spoke to several people over the next few days, asking to speak to supervisors and employees higher up the food chain. No good, I got the inCorporate shaft from every soft spoken Incorp employee. I told them I had been a long time client and was prepared to stay that way for years to come. They don’t care one $bit about customer loyalty or retention. And they flat refused to give me a refund. My lawyer says they only fill out 1 form (1 piece of paper) per year to be in State compliance, and for that they are paid a handsome fee. They happily let customers go because they refuse to give clients a fair break on future services or issue a refund. I would have been satisfied if they would have just gave me a 50% discount on my second years fees. I got the feeling that I was dealing with organized crime… the money only flows one way at Incorp. When I asked who owned this company, their answer was «shareholders». Buyer beware.
I took my business to a TX «mom and pop» RA services company that treat their clients fairly.
I give 1 star because I felt they were good for several years… until I found out I was dealing with shysters.

People you can trust! Always paying attention for your needs and easy to communicate with. Ginny was wonderful.

The service is horrible. State of Delaware charge $ 20 for a Certificate of Good Standing (InCorp charge you $ 75)
I asked for a Certificate Good Standing of a LLC and they charged me $ 75 for the Certificae of Good Standing plus $ 34 to send it Overnight (after 4 business days I am still waiting). I ordered online October Thursday 22 @ 5:02am. On Friday nothing comes, Saturday nothing comes. I call them Monday and I have to pay $ 99 EXTRA for overnight. Today es Wednesday and Viviana Tobon said «Maybe is in the mail and you will receive tomorrow» I believe overnight is usually less than 24 hours but for InCorp is at least 48horas… and I still waiting.

I was contacted by Incorp and they spent some time with me on the phone to sort out the issue. I was very surprised that they cared enough to help solve my issue.

I am using InCorp to secure registered agents in other states for my growing small business. I normally do not have any problem with the online feature, but when I did, customer service was right there to help and got it done quickly. I will continue to use InCorp.

Needed their services in Florida, we are an Engineering Co., signed up with them and they have been great. It was a huge relief knowing we had an agent such as Incorp Services, that was on top of things and reminded us when bills were due, filings, etc. We stopped doing business in Florida, and they were great helping and guiding us with all the needed to be filed for dissolution of entity. Highly recommend them and will use them again, should we need to go back to Florida for business! Thank you to Ginny Duke for all her help and great attitude, especially patience!

I made my payment on May 18, 2015 thinking that it would be a straightforward process getting my LLC formed in NM and using them as a registered agent. How wrong was I? I admit I had some questions which could have slowed the process down but to my knowledge as of May 21 they had gone ahead and I was told that it would be approx. 5 – 8 days for this all to be complete. I received an email TODAY– May 26 asking me for more info meaning that they are yet to actually file with the SoS. To add insult to injury when I asked what the hold up has been, Sean decided to have a foul attitude the size of Texas!!! Ridiculously slow service. Being given the runaround and then being insulted on top of it.
Stay away from this company!

Incorp sent me on a wild goose chase. They were giving me legal advice on various state legal business practices and how to get it done. Each advice came with Incorp receiving some sort of fee. If you choose to deal with incorp save all of your correspondences so you can sue them in small claims court in your own state.
Additionally be sure to report them to the state attorneys office in Nevada for practicing law with out a license. They do this by giving out legal advice and speaking about how the law works. The nevada state bar 702– 382‑2200
If you have a choice, DO NOT deal with Incorp!

This business is so much of a scam I wonder if they are writing their own positive reviews. They were unknowingly «attached» to a service I used to self file an LLC years ago. Each year I receive a bill, each year I say I don’t want this I never asked for it, please stop. After several exchanges ending with pay us to take ourselves off your listing or pay us to remain on your listing (oddly the exact same fee), I am STILL trying to get this service, one I have repeatedly told to stop charging, and please to leave what is now, NOT EVEN A BUSINESS. Instead they sent me a screen shot of my business listing with the state? I don’t even have this business, it doesn’t even exist but yet they found it and stated, since it still is in existence you need to pay us, If you have any problems contact your state.
This is the biggest and most costly scam anyone can accidentally fall into.

As a CFO of a growing company, I found InCorp’s service to be very attentive and pleasant. I would highly recommend them to any business, large or small. I would also like to add I had a fire drill trying to get copies of forms on an extremely short timeline, and InCorp’s local team made it happen.

Naturally I was really disappointed to see Mike Bertrand depart. Then I was assigned to Jay Guzman who has melded well with our firm in providing ‘top shelf’ guidance and assistance. I’ve worked with multiple competitors who speed dial me on a regular basis. I do take a peek at their tempting offers but after careful consideration and dealing with the various agencies I find that Incorp is not only competitively priced but their service far surpasses their competitors. Jay is an exceptional account executive… I trust him! Incorp is worth every dime!

I used InCorp; they only completed one step and failed other steps as my agent for TX. I was told I would need to pay additional fees to fix their error (after they made a mess). They said the error was mine! Yes, I did hire them, first error! The more questions I asked the more they confused me; they communicate poorly at best at worst they do that to keep you confused as to what you need to pay they to do. I moved on; found a new agent company who was clear and to the point, not at all confusing what needed to be done. The new company emailed me details to fix errors and costs were transparent. Yes, it did cost me a lot of money to fix the problems caused by InCorp. I’d say stay away from this group.

They continued to try and invoice after I repeatedly told them (more than 5 times) that I would not be using their services any further.
After I refused to pay their invoice, they charged my personal credit card without my consent trying to collect on an invoice for an LLC.
I would NOT USE this company. There are several other legitimate ones that operate ethically and according to the law.

This place is great! they are prompt professional always responsive and know what they’re doing. Not to mention they are affordable. I use Incorpfor all three of my businesses, and I have never had a problem. I read a few of the reviews and I’m not sure what the problem has been for some people. There’s no hidden fees or surprises, they don’t try to rip you off. I recommend them to everyone.

Brandon and Christina have done a wonderful job in assisting me with carrying out many different task. Especially when I had no idea what a registered agent was! Brandon has countlessly assisted me with small and large task throughout the time I have started in my current position. Our account was very small, and has grown to many different entities in almost all 50 states. I just wanted to express my appreciation for your dedicated staff. The customer service I receive day in and day out from Christina and Brandon undoubtedly made the decision clear that InCorp is the Company to choose.

Is there a 0 star? If there was I would have chosen that for this company. As registered agents, they are supposed to look out for your interest, after all you as a client pay them to be your agent. Registered agent (real ones) have a fiduciary duty towards their clients. These people are the complete opposite they try all the ways to scam the clients out of their money. For years I have been telling them that I am no longer interested in any of their services, but they still keep billing me $ 1,800 for one year of service and consultation. Finally I called the Nevada Secretary of State office, told them the story and they said Incorp should have resigned as my registered agent the 1^st time I told them I am no longer interested in their services.
Save yourself lots of headache and find another Nevada registered agent, or even better try to find an attorney in Nevada that will do the same service for a similar price.
