History
Established in 2007.
Island Sushi initially began with sushi and Japanese cuisine when it opened in 2007. However, in 2008, the company added a grill component, adjacent to the sushi restaurant, which serves «plate lunches» and pupus (appetizers). This unique restaurant encompasses two cuisines, two concepts, with two separate dining facilities. Both offer dine-in, take-out, and catering services.

Terence F.
Business Owner
As managing partner of Island Sushi and Grill, Terence Fong has quickly become a fan favorite. With over twenty years of experience as an Executive Chef and Culinary Director at various Las Vegas restaurants, he played major roles in the development of award winning restaurants both on and off the Las Vegas Strip. His culinary mentors include world famous chefs and throughout his tenure, Terence had the opportunity to cook for many celebrities. Terence brings his passion, along with managerial and culinary expertise to ISG.
Being born and raised on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, Terence has been able to fuse different restaurant concepts, including an Island-style bakery, Hawaiian-style plate lunch, and All you can eat sushi. Using Hawaiian and Japanese influenced cuisines, they create the «ono» food that customers crave and love.
