Meet the Business Owner
Terence F.
Business Owner
As managing partner of Island Sushi and Grill Express, Terence Fong has quickly become a fan favorite. With over twenty years of experience as an Executive Chef and Culinary Director at various Las Vegas restaurants, he played major roles in the development of award winning restaurants both on and off the Las Vegas Strip. His culinary mentors include world famous chefs and throughout his tenure, Terence had the opportunity to cook for many celebrities. Terence brings his passion, along with managerial and culinary expertise to ISGX.
With the assistance of Corporate Chef Brandon Konishi and Executive Chef Yoji Shimonishi, Terence has fused different restaurant concepts, including an Island-style bakery, sushi, and Hawaiian-style cuisine. Using Hawaiian and Japanese influenced cuisines, they create the «ono» food that customers crave and love.
