Jackson Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine

My St. Jude SCS Rep recommended that I go here for physical therapy — and I am beyond thrilled with the treatment I have received. Having previously been to a PT in town that was «assembly line» style, I was a bit afraid. But this is NOT an assembly line! This is individual attention to the max. And it is professional and caring. The staff makes me feel like we are on the same team, their only goal is to help me get stronger. I can’t express in words how happy I am that I can get my PT here. They adhere to the goals and they make sure that I am never in pain from the exercises. You can’t find a better place in this valley for PT. Brandon is always available if you have any questions. It may sound weird, but I actually like going here — I know that their dedication is sincere and that is very important to maintaining my health.

I have been going here for multiple chronic pain issues. I have found that they really know their stuff!
Machines and treatments were excellent. I feel that the therapists to the gym people who help you with the equipment to the front desk everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable.
If I ever need physical therapy again, I will surely ask to return to Jackson Physical Therapy.

I have to come a few times a week, but I’m not even mad because they make me look forward to my next visit.
Karrine and All the ladies are so helpful when it comes to gym time, but especially Amber because her presence is just so pleasant when she’s around! Amazing vibes. I definitely bonded with Jackson since the first time I came. Thank you everyone for being so wonderful and taking care of me! I almost don’t want to get better ;)

The team at Jackson Therapy goes above and beyond to make you feel at home at every appointment. Tiffany and Niki always greet you with a friendly smile. The techs that assist you, Amber, Cheryl, and Karrine take care of every need. They make sure you are comfortable and always have a positive attitude. The therapists who work on your recovery, Casey, Brandon, and Adam are amazing! They listen to your concerns and assess your progress. They make sure you are getting the best service and are progressing without pain. Mercedes makes sure your activities in the gym are done correctly. I am so glad that I got to come here after my shoulder surgery. The team has made my therapy time fly by and I have always left in a great mood. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you so much for all you have done for my recovery!

Had my 1^st time physical therapy experience here today and it was exceptionally good. The facility is very clean and staff are very friendly. Even with just one session with Brandon, he already pumped up my courage and confidence knowing that I will get better under his care. If you are afraid of the pain from physical therapy like I do, this is the place for you because you will walk out feeling great and totally forget about your pain. Highly recommended to everyone.

Amazing staff, excellent care and effective treatment! I dislocated my coccyx and have been going here for over a month now. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful! They work around my work schedule and got me the best appointment times possible. The physical therapist are gentle yet push you when you need it the most! I will highly recommend Jackson Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine to all my friends and family!

Effective treatment and good people as well. Pushed me when I needed it and helped me get the most out of my time there. I learned a lot as well.

Courteous front office staff! The PTA’s that I’ve had here are actually better than the PT’s. Tammy and Adam are awesome!
As with most places like this that you have to visit regularly, they start out good and then get complacent and inattentive but these PTA’s are consistent.
Jackson Physical Therapy, nonetheless, is still better than any other physical therapy practice that I’ve been to.
I think overall though I just don’t like these places because you don’t get enough individualized attention, period. They just give you a bunch of exercises that you could really do at home. They need massage therapy along with the other services. After all, most of the patients are in pain and we need soothing. That is all!

The staff at JPT is exceptional. Every one of them from the PTs to the PTAs to the Techs are professional and on task. The atmosphere is totally congenial. All the staff make an effort to speak to and acknowledge the presence of the clients and continually encourage us to press through the exercises. However, in no way do they back off from doing the necessary therapy. They follow through with initial PT-​client exercises then supervise the client in activities to strengthen the healing. Before and after my TKR, my PT is Kevin, my PTAs are Tammy and Adam, and my techs are Vince and Nate. You will not find more skillful PTs anywhere.
I highly recommend the Jackson group. They are the best!

I highly recommend Jackson Physical Therapy. Everyone has been excellent, caring and very helpful. I’ve been to other places, but Jackson PT has truly been the only one to give me excellent care. I’ve had 4 years of issues and thus far they are helping me with the pain. :-)

I had a great experience at Jackson physical therapy after recent back injury where I was referred by my physician Dr. Rosler. From the first phone call I made, to when I walked out the door the staff made my visit easy and comfortable.
I was offered paperwork e-​mailed to me ahead of time, I was offered an option an appointment days and times, the receptionist was friendly on the phone and very kind upon my arrival. My future appointments were set up quickly, and even though my appointment time seem to be at ‘rush hour’ you would never have known.
The main physical therapist taking care of me is Kevin Thomason. He takes his time and listens to what I have to say about my recent injury and was careful about what I could do and not do during the appointment and afterward at home. Kevin is personable and explains exactly how he relates to injuries having had injuries himself. So he knows exactly what you’re going through.
He always told me what to expect during the appointment and after I left, he informed me who would be seeing me on one of the days I was scheduled but he was off work.
I guess if I have an off comment to make it would be that the front desk is a bit tall. I know that sounds a little weird, but doing businesslike payments and paperwork across the desk so high made me feel awkward. It was a bit like the places you go to where they have the window that they slide. Just kind of a strange set up for atmosphere upon arrival.

I had my physical therapy at Jackson approximately 3 years ago. My only reason for posting a review this long after the fact is that I wasn’t using Unilocal at that time.
I went to therapy for my knee after an orthoscopic surgery for approximately 10 weeks and they did a fantastic job. Kind, caring and compassionate staff who really helped and sincerely cared about my well being.
I would highly recommed Jackson Physical Therapy to my friends, family and you.
