If I could give negative stars, that’s what this place would get! Campbell is nothing short of a crook and should have his license revoked! Overtreating is the name of his game. Don’t even walk through the door — he’ll probably charge you for the air that you breathe! I now go to Align Chiro where their aim is to treat you and make you better — not harangue you to come in 3 times a week when you don’t need to. And, even though he sent me for an MRI which showed that every disc in in neck is bulging, he continued to do rotational treatment on my neck! Be warned — this guy is DANGEROUS!

My family has been coming to James Campbell for weekly adjustments for several years, now. He is not just any ordinary doctor! He ACTUALLY cares so much about his patients. He listens to his patients, is in tune with his patients, and really has a knack for what is patient is feeling. When I was having an issue, that my medical Dr’s wouldn’t listen about, he kept insisting that something was wrong, and encouraged me to keep going back to them to figure out the issue. He supported me, and wouldn’t let me stop, until the issue was figured out and handled! I can honestly say, that I wouldn’t be here today, had Dr. Campbell not been persistent and aggressive with my health care! When modern Dr’s have let me down, Dr. Campbell has been there to help my family navigate the hardest ways of the medical waters. If you want a medical professional that is going to make your health a first priority… Dr. James Campbell is THE BEST!

Dr. Campbell always takes the necessary time to see what issues I may be having. He always discusses a treatment plan and more importantly a maintenance plan. Every visit is a positive visit.

Dr Campbell is not just your one of kind chiropractor. He has helped me in more ways than one. If you’re looking for a holistic approach to medicine, Dr Campbell’s your guy! He cares about his patients and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bottom Line: please stay away unless you want to be chastised for not coming in.
I went in for cash pay spinal decompression for a cervical herniated disc. Off the bat, the front desk’s tone came off as unprofessional, abrupt, and condescending in a very subtle manner. I expect more friendliness and finesse, especially if I have to pay $ 250 for a session.
The visit felt like Dr. Campbell was lecturing the whole time, all while tacking on supplements and pillows to buy. After the decompression, my neck didn’t agree with the movements and I was in pain all day. Opting to not continue the treatment (potentially 20 sessions), scheduled for 5 days a week at $ 150 a pop cash pay only, I left a message on the weekends to cancel ahead of time.
The Chiropractor called back «advising» or talking straight for 3 minutes, convincing me to stay on the treatment. His logic for continuing treatment made sense, but his tone turned me off. Perhaps, I’m off the mark at reading this office’s intentions; however, their concern for your care (starting from the check in desk to every movement through the office), is motivated by the punching in of your PIN number at the front desk (they are oh so friendly when you do that action).
During the phone conversation, the topper was when I politely refused to come in again (exercising my entitlement to not experience any more pain when I’m taking a chance on a unsubstantiated/​unresearched form of machine therapy in the medical community), Dr. Campbell chastised my decision by focusing and deferring to himself, his feelings, and his knowledge, by saying he was «disappointed». Wow. Please don’t scold your patients. I know many M.D.s, and that is a «No, No» despite the feeling to do so. Yes, you may think you know better than me, but you are not the utmost authority on my condition. Even a more highly accredited Harvard neurosurgeon is not the utmost authority. You must respect the will of the patient. Instead, his persuasion came off as very «I missing out on potentially thousands of dollars of income from this patient, so I will bully her into coming in.»
Again, you might get a different experience, but bedside manner is paramount for patient faith in anyone’s skills. Perhaps I would have stayed on, if the they would have approached in a less aggressive and desperate manner.

Dr. Campbell is truly amazing! I am thankful for his knowledge of the spinal system and his incredible ability to diagnose and prescribe treatment for my back related pain. The staff is courteous and accommodating. Six weeks ago I walked into his office unable to stand up straight with severe pain in my leg. After a few treatments using state of the art Decompression Therapy combined with chiropractic adjustments I am able to stand up straight and I’m pain free. The continuous treatments are correcting my spinal issues through holistic therapies — preventing the need for more invasive medical procedures. It is without reservation that I recommend Campbell Wellness Center for your health care needs.

The Campbell Wellness Center is just that… a wellness center with a holistic approach. Equipped with the most up-​to-​date technology to assess patients, Dr. Campbell uses his specialty in neurology to go far beyond your normal visit to get a chiropractic adjustment. He has not only helped me personally, but he has worked with my fitness and weight loss clients helping them optimize their best efforts. He offers testing that enables the patient to take the right supplements that address actual deficiencies and restore balance to the body. This saves money by avoiding unnecessary spending on vitamins one doesn’t need and prevents conditions that develop from nutritional imbalance. Like I said, this is a holistic approach and an advance in chiropractic treatment.

Dr. Campbell is a unique and talented chiropractor. He has offered me a lot more than just a good back cracking. His knowledge of nutrition using muscle testing at first seems odd, but it is quite amazing. It allows him to find your unique nutritional needs, where most doctors use generic research or trends that they apply to everyone. This office is not afraid to invest in technology to help you either. I look forward to my next visit.
