The lady that took care of me was rude and impatient because I gave her my maiden name instead of my marriage name. The attitude that she gave was so unnecessary. I got my paperwork, left and went to Kay Jewelry where I sent off all of my jewelry to get inspected and clean! I should have followed my 1st mind therefore I wouldn’t had to deal with the rude chick! Smh. Thanks Kay!

I bring my jewelry here for cleaning and repair, and they have done a great job on my items so far. I didn’t purchase my jewelry from them, but they do repairs and cleaning for a fee. Great work!

I thought I was being treat great because of their customer service, I was wrong. I was treated right because I was spending thousands of dollars here. Everything was great until their collections department called me because I forgot ONE payment and would not allow me to pay online and forced me to pay on the phone. After all that I have spent, they were worried about a hundred and something payment. Well I guess I will not continue to shop here anymore. THANKSFORTHEDISRESPECT! I’ll take my business elsewhere. It wasn’t like I didn’t have the money, I just forgot. I was insulted more when I was offered a minimum payment and not the full amount that was now due. I guess the person was«surprised» that I had all of the money. Are you kidding me, if you seen my account and how much I spent there would say otherwise… Loyalty and customer service is a joke. At least I know where to go for my warranty coverage!

I think that it’s been 20 years since I bought myself a watch. I’d still have my old one, if it weren’t stolen the other day. I was going to the mall for some chocolate, but the line was too long. I saw this place and figured, why not check it out. It looked like your everyday, glittery, expensive, jewelry shop. I sincerely thought that I would be in there for 5 hours, before I could choose one. The manager didn’t even wait for me to step onto the premises, before saying, «Hello, can I help you?» I thought, «Oh boy… With my indecisiveness, and this guy’s high-pressure salesmanship, maybe I should take another Xanax, before saying«Hello.» But I was wrong on both counts; He was not high-pressure, and when I described what I used to have, we actually narrowed the 200 watches, down to 3 choices. It took 30 – 40 min, and by that time, the chocolate line was gone. This guy was extremely knowledgeable, polite, cost-conscious, and patient. It’s now 5AM, and I just decided which wrist watch(try saying that 3 times fast) I want. I’ll buy it tomorrow. When it comes to jewelry and stuff of that nature, I think that it really boils down to the service.
