I went in to have a belt tensioner replaced on a Scion TC to solve a noise coming from the drive belt area. They inspected the vehicle and informed me that it was a loose motor mount and not the belt tensioner. They tightened up the motor mount and the vehicle hasn’t made a noise since! Very knowledgeable and honest.

Updated review. 2÷3÷2016 It’s long over due. Since my last review I was told there was a new owner. Harvey still works there and we spoke with Matt.
My boyfriend Jeff wanted a carbon fiber hood for his 96 GSR. We instantly thought of Jet Autowerks being the best idea. We like giving them our business and we won’t visit any other shops because of the level of customer service we get here is always the best. They didn’t have one in stock (understandable it’s a hood). Matt helped us out, he needed a deposit first. Once it shipped we came back and paid the remaining balance. The hood made it JUST in time for a car show my boyfriend and friends were going to. I was grinning from ear to ear, they keep us coming back.

This place is a gem. It’s the go to place if you’re looking for an oil change, jdm parts, mechanical problems, customizations, etc. It may be a small shop, but the service is grand. Ask for Harvey, the salesman. Ive come to find him a very honest man and he prices the labor and parts at a reasonable price. Him and Romey are both trustworthy and knowledgable mechanics. I’ve been bringing my Toyota and Honda here for a number yrs.
Ps they also sell awesome smelling air fresheners!

I called in asking about a part, said they could get it in. They took my information and said they would get back to me with pricing. It’s about a week later still have not received a call. I have tried giving them a few calls and they never answer their phones. This is definitely not how a business should be run. Highly disappointed seeing as how I was referred to here by friends saying it was a good shop. But now I will take my business elsewhere, and will not recommend anyone else to here.

Great place for many jdm parts and service. the sales guy, Harvey I believe was very helpful and knowledgeable in cars and prices were great as well. Their head mechanic Rome did excellent work and not miss a beat on fixing all my car troubles in a very quick and timely matter and even provided me with assistance on things that he recommended. by far one of the best shops I have been too. Would recommend this place for all your car parts and service needs !

Originally had a bad experience with this shop but shortly after the owner of the shop took time and contacted me and reassured me that it was a mere miss understanding I was very appreciative that the shop took there time to branch out to me about the issue and has since been resolved

I went in for HID headlights and was a horrible experience. They told me to come in the next day but never mentioned they closed early, so once I arrived they told me to come back next week because they were closed. They didn’t care about any of the customers that came in. Made it awkward for the guest inside, on top of the price for the lights which was way cheaper in other places plus better service. Overall I highly recommend you don’t waste your time or money on this place it’s not worth the price and especially not the service.

What a great group of guys working here. They have this shop to make a small honest living– not to over price strangers and try to up sale everything. This place over stocks everything and if they don’t have it, they will probably order it because you want it and over stock on it. I recommend going here for your small parts and accessories.

Great group of guys @ Jet Autoworks. They always have everything I want in stock, if not the get it very quick. I highly recommend this shop to any import enthusiasts in Las Vegas. Good selection, great prices, great inventory, and to top it off they awesome knowledge of the cars they have parts for and service every day easily 5 stars all day. Keep up the great work!
