Given one of three referrals to breast cancer doctors, I chose Dr. Spotts after reading some of the Unilocal reviews. On my initial visit I took my own film and made an appointment there at the office (they will not see you unless you bring your film or they have your film in advance). The front desk person Gabby was nice, the other office staff that I interacted with was Krease (the bright spot on both my visits, her smile and spirit will put you at ease) the other was with the billing rep Kelani– she had a sour personality when I questioned what my charges would be for the visit and ultrasound (they stated I would need a second one) she then went on to be very rude and state that I did not need to use there services if I continued to question their billing policies (by the way you have to pay for your office visit first before you are seen) not sure if this was her speaking or the doctor, seeing as she left the room twice to answer my questions. Dr. Spotts was on time, very professional and to the point, she seemed to show more of her personality as the visit went on. Would have been four stars but gave three due to the rude billing rep.

My experience with Dr. Spotts is through my mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year.
Dr. Spotts has been very professional through our whole process. She explained what /​where my mom’s cancer was, what the course or treatment should be, and what to expect over the next year or so.
Before and after our mom’s surgery, Dr. Spotts was was very informative, and seemed to truly care about our mom, and what she was going through.
My mom describes her as caring, kind and professional.

I have been coming here for a few years now.
I really like Dr Spotts. She does her best to put me at ease and ensure me that I am doing just fine. A few years back I got a lump in my chest due to falling really hard. I thought I had cancer possibly. But I later found out from Dr Spotts that it was trauma.
I go I get my yearly check up and I trust her professional opinion, she has been doing this longer than I have been alive and I respect her and am grateful to her for being such a wonderful doctor. I can’t say i trust every doctor I meet but I do this woman.
She is very knowledgeable and I am glad she is my doctor! Thank you!
