I believe this is an excellent furniture store. Barry, the owner and the staff are super. And they stand behind the quality of their business. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an thing for their home. Great prices, Great product and excellent service. Thank you. Ruth

I had a dining set delivered and the price was really good the only down side was the drivers didn’t remove the plastic so I had to do it myself.

Every time we need to replace a piece of furniture we come to Jubilee. They assisted us in our bed and mattress selection, gave us a great price. Couch shopping right now… Amazing customer service! Why go anywhere else?

After shopping around couple of places in Vegas & Henderson, the best deal we got was from Jubilee. Our furniture arrived on the exact day we asked for and the delivery people had set everything up perfectly. Gary (I think that’s his name?) gave us good advices on which modern type of white sofas to go for that had both the looks and comfort. As ordering furniture through catalogs can be a little risky but Gary helped a lot with his honest opinions. I will definitely be coming here to buy more furnitures in the future!

We had a credit from our previous purchase that i wanted to use, and applying that to our new purchase was easy and no problem. They even helped me out by searching for the original invoice which had the credit amount. I may not have known where the receipt was, but I did provide them a very lengthy, highly detailed hand written, page long description of the item purchased, the item numbers and pages from each catalog, along with transaction date and amount which would match the invoice. I just could not provide the invoice, but I was told I provided plenty of information to get it sorted out. Again, no problem. Invoice found and the credit applied. With all squared away, I PAID THE REMAINING BALANCE WITH A CARD. I left that place with peace of mind.
The 4 dining room chairs were purchased on a Friday, and an OFFERED delivery date of the following Thursday at noon (I got to pick the time) — didn’t happen… On the morning of the delivery «Oh, I apologize, your chairs never came in… Could we schedule it for Tuesday? It all depends on when will your chairs come in but we also do not do deliveries on Sunday and Mondays…»
Tuesday morning comes, the 2^nd OFFERED delivery date, «oh, 2 of the 4 chairs did not arrive… Our sales guys is going crazy looking for it… We could drop the 2 chairs that we do have, but trying to figure out a time in our day of 27 other delivery is the difficult part. Let us know what you want do, but noon again will not be an option. Also, on Thursday when the other 2 chairs arrive, which I overnighted this morning as soon as I found out were missing, could all be delivered together, you tell me the time, and Ill delivery it myself says the salesmen… But please, let us know what you want to do…»
I waited patiently for 2 more days… From the credit card transaction date, it is now 12 days later and 2 failed delivery promises.
Today, Thursday morning, the 3^rd OFFERED delivery date, and again at noon, which I requested… «oh, I wanted to let you know it will be late, because the overnighted chairs will not arrive to the store until after 2 or 3pm today…» FINALLY at 7:20pm the chairs arrive to the house which was delivered by one of the store’s Salesmen, and not the delivery guys. He mentions, the MAIN SALESMAN NAME, would not allow them to come this late… Oh an by the way, you owe me the remaining balance in cash of X amount.“
After i had one of those movie moments in my head… Becoming an uncontrollable untamable unstopable green giant, falling to my knees in the rain, screaming «what do you want from?», a frying pan jetting through the air with its target locked, screaming at the top of my lungs in the middle of central park as the all the pigeons fly off in fear, dressed in a yellow onsie about to draw my sword and mouthing words that do not sync up with the audio, or simply a perfectly torn front kick in slow motion «THIS IS SPARTA!»
We sorted it all out calmly.
Patience is definitely a virtue when working with this store if you have deadlines. Funny part was I didn’t have one, but I made sure to be home during their suggested delivery dates that THEY SAID THEY WOULD HONOR. Oh, plus all the while my Grandma is in the Rehab/​hospital, and it was birthday. I rearranged my life to just be let down time & time again from an very unprofessional and unorganized business.

If I could give this place a negative review I honestly would!!! I walked in and automatically I herd a man insulting a lady who was asking a question I couldn’t believe he even talked to her like that!!!

Wish I could say this was a good experience but it wasn’t! Don’t think I could have been lied to more by the manager Mary! She lies so much about when something is going to be in, when it’s going to be delivered, or how much it’s going to cost she can’t keep her lies straight. Barry tried fixing everything and was much easier to work with but still didn’t have good communication as to when my couch would actually be done. I did get a loaner couch which was nice but the amount of time it took to get the couch I paid for was ridiculous! And then when they finally delivered it told me I owed more money! Wanted to get more furniture like a coffee table and bedroom set from them. But with all the hassle and frustration I will be done with this business forever! I highly suggest even if u can save a little money to go with a different company! It’s not worth all the stress! Oh and I still have a piece that was a floor model as my couch because they didn’t bring all the pieces, cause I supposedly didn’t pay enough to get all new pieces Mary stated!

Mary the owner completely rude waited for a couch for nine months Once the coach finally showed up on her trying to say owed more money even though I paid cash in full had to threaten with my attorney in order to get anything resolved

I love this Furniture store! They have in-​creditable bed room sets and awesome sofas. The build your own sectional is AMAZING. It’s extremely comfortable. The beauty of Jubilee furniture is the sales. Bary and Talon are really patient. They help me to pick everything I want for my house. And their price is really low. I have been to Macy’s or the other stores. Jubilee furniture has the lowest price

Best furniture shop in Vegas! Really good services fastest delivery also good prices. Sales are really nice. Very recommended to visit!

The women manager is so rude! She didn’t respect you very much! Particularly high price! Don’t choose this furniture store, if you want to get high quality attitude and the furniture.

If you don’t accept this store price, the manager will say you are very cheap, say many dirty words to you, she will call you get out of her store！

The worst furniture center I have been！Very high price and bad service！They thought they are the boss and set the different price whatever they want… Rude and bad attitude woman.

I went to this store to check out a sofa that can be made to size. I noticed that they offered a design service so I brought my room measurement. The lady was not very helpful in aiding me to figure out how many pieces I could fit in the room. I just had to wing it. But, I think I did ok. I wouldn’t really know yet. I ordered the sectional that is now weeks late. I can’t get anyone over there to call me back. They have said they would call with a delivery time but never do. Experience has been poor. Avoid

Bought three different times from Barry and was very satisfied with service, value and quality. I recommended the store to several friends and they thanked me for it. EM
