I love this place for late night sushi! The staff is always attentive, and the variety of foods you can get at half the price is wonderful.

Feel bad for this place actually. The food has been consistently good, and my better half has enjoyed the Salmon entrée many times. That being said, came here on an evening with a friend who enjoys AYCE. My wife and I rarely ever eat more than a roll or two, and we’ve never been big on the all you can eat thing. Now, due to this restaurant having a party of 11 «kids» show up at some point the previous week, and four ordering AYCE and sharing with the table, I am not sure how this translates to every other customers problem, or why someone didn’t cut that party off sooner. Kobe has implemented some new policies, and management have decided that either everyone at the table orders all you can eat, or every one orders a la’ carte, regardless of wanting sushi or entrée dishes. Even worse, they don’t tell you this until you sit down and get comfy. I felt for our server, who was trying his best, but when you have a place that is this careless in the first place, what can really be said about the rest of the operation? Again, it’s too bad really. We’ve been here several times before this, and have spent an average of $ 70-$ 80 w/tip for two people, including drinks(and NOTAYCE). Because of one BAD service experience, we won’t be going back, ever. A lot of things are forgivable when going to a restaurant, poor service is not one of them though. And, yes, we did go to another Sushi establishment this evening(Sushi Koma), ordered what we wanted, and spent some good coin in doing so, and it was still a fun and great evening, thanks in no part to this restaurant however. 2 stars for the server trying the best to make a sticky situation work out.

Super yummy! Was looking for an AYCE sushi spot close to where I was staying for my Vegas Christmas trip, and this came up. Looks nice inside PLUS awesome food. Sat at the bar and ordered mostly nigiri and a couple of rolls. I think I got the Honey Roll! Everything was super delicious. Fish was cut thick and tasted fresh. The yellow tail was SODANGGOOD. Service was AWESOME! The waitresses did their job, but the chef made our night. His name is Hideki. My friend and I speak a tiny bit of Japanese, and Hideki was more than happy to converse with us, although we couldn’t always keep up since he’s a native speaker. Super rad guy, and he was very kind to us. He kept checking to see if I needed more sushi, so I didn’t run into that problem with sushi chefs constantly ignoring me that I’ve had at other places. He also taught me a little bit about Japanese slang that I’ll always remember! Haha! Wonderful experience for a reasonable price. I’ll try to stop by when I visit Vegas again! Thanks for the awesome sushi, Hideki!

Kobe Sushi is my GOTO sushi spot in Vegas! BESTHAPPYHOURINTOWN! Sushi is amazing and is served right away If you are starving and want quick service, this is the place to go! Service is spectacular! As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted and feel welcomed! I always recommend Kobe Sushi whenever anyone asks for sushi recommendations!

After seven visits, Kobe kills me. Service is always a hit or miss. Food is standard, not great, not bad. Portions are usually fair. Very unusual policies, no AYCE if anyone in your party does normal menu or happy hour, and vice, some other weird things. Manager always ready to apologize for issues, an indication apologizes are routine. My recommendation would be drive a mile or two in either direction and try your luck elsewhere if branching out or looking for a new go to spot.

Used to come here a lot for their great friday/Saturday happy hour for 50% off. They changed it for a little bit and it wasn’t as great of a deal, but they’ve got it back now! The whole menu is 50% off on Fridays and saturdays. I was impressed with the selection and the new rolls they offered. Staff was very attentive and food was great. Can’t wait to try again!

First time here and definitely not coming back. Worst AYCE experience by far. Both food and customer service lacked quality. 1. Not all rolls are part of AYCE(.99 extra for all rolls on laminated menu) 2. Rolls fell apart 3. Avocados were BLACK! 4. Some pieces of the nigiri didn’t taste completely fresh 5. Greens in our Ahi Poki salad were also somewhat spoiled

Local sushi spot with a great deals for your pocket book. Sushi is good. Nice cuts and a two for three deal on the drinks. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I had the rainbow roll and to spice it up I recommend the red dragon roll. Make sure to have a cold beer handy. They have a few tv’s to watch sports but the atmosphere can go either way. Friendly date? Drinks and food with a group of friends as well. I recommend this place.

If you like great sushi, this is NOT the place for you. If you like real fish or real crab, this is NOT the place for you. If you like going to nice good sushi restaurants you are going to very sorry. Find another place to go.

Too much rice. I dont understand all of chef’s sushi technic. Even they dont serve basic sushi such as octopus, salmon roe nigiri. Service was good but i dont want to go there never because of sushi quality. If you wanna try ayce sushi, look around the other restaurant.

Merp. Kobe, you conflict me. I have a Soft spot for you, being the first sushi restaurant I frequented in my early days of sushi discovery… I still like you, though, if not sometimes disappointed by you. In truth, I come in for the Happy Hour sushi. Have not tried AYCE. As for HH, they have plenty of appetizers on the menu, to go along with basic rolls & sake specials. Yay! Nothing too creative on the rolls, but solid basics. With the rolls, you can end up with the same flavors over and over — so order with care. One surprising dish is their chicken fingers with fries, which is almost always REALLY good. Which is weird… I know, but true. On a good night, the chicken is light, crisp and flavorful in Panko crust; that’s a go to. Another pleasant surprise is their fresh and huge house salad. Overall, the ambiance is a comfortable vibe & the food and service is a combo of friendly & run-of-the-mill.

Let me start by saying… I LOVEKOBE! They are our go to place for sushi and have been for years! The staff here is always amazing and very attentive. Last week my boyfriend and I decided to elope. Of course once I told my mom she wanted to have a dinner somewhere that night and my husband and I chose KOBE! They were so gracious, blocked off the back of the restaurant and even plated the cupcakes for us all with less than 2 hours notice. Dinner was awesome and we even cut our cake with a chopstick! It was perfect! Thank you KOBE!!!

I have heard good and bad things about this place. My coworkers seemed to rave about this place and so we went as a big group to see what it was about. They let us set a reservation for the party of 20 that we had, which was really nice. They sat us in our own area and I’m glad they did because we got a little loud at times. Ordering wasn’t exactly the smoothest because we had so many people, I’m sure a few orders got messed up in the process. As the food was coming out, that is where it became very unorganized. They didn’t know where to send the food and we didn’t know what everyone ordered so some people got extra food and some were missing food. The food was ok compared to other sushi places I have had in Vegas. Their uni did not taste very fresh at all and I did not particularly enjoy that. Some of their other raw fish tasted average, and nothing incredibly fresh, but they did have good combinations of ingredients on their rolls. They had more hot food choices than other sushi places like burgers and Korean BBQ, which saved them in my opinion. Overall I would recommend Kobe to anyone that would love to try something different during a typical day at sushi!

Even though this place is half price almost all day… The rolls are much smaller than other restaurants and it’s not that good. You get 6 pieces of sushi but most rolls consist of fake crab meat, cucumber, eel sauce, cream cheese or spicy tuna. There are hardly any selections with fresh fish. Even when I order rolls with actual fish, you can tell that it is of a poorer quality. The rolls were ok. Some of it was too saucy. Some of it lacked flavor. Could not taste fish at all. They only offer selected items on sale so most of the rolls that consisted of fresh fish are full price. The place is huge and is good for groups. They have a lot of servers but I wouldn’t say that service was exceptional. They were friendly and kind but we had to flag someone down to get out order. Ambiance is casual. The place is dark and it was pretty packed on a Wednesday night. They also offer all you can eat for 26 bucks but I was full eating 13 dollars worth of food. I would come back again for their good deals but am not in love with this place.

I used to work really close by to Kobe, so I came here a couple times to meet friends on my lunch break. Sometimes you just get that sushi craving and you just have to fulfill it so Kobe was my closest option. But if it wasn’t for the fact that it was within walking distance to my job I probably would not have returned. The food is okay, but in a city that has a million sushi spots on every corner, you have to make your spot stand out. The inside of the restaurant is really big compared to most sushi spots. Have you ever noticed Sometimes it seems that the smaller the restaurant is the better the food is. I wonder if there is a direct correlation there, seems like the quality is always lost when trying to increase the quantity. The service is spotty, it can take a while to get someone’s attention sometimes. The prices are a little high but so are most sushi restaurants, but at other places I would say you get a better quality meal for the price, I’d definitely recommend trying it during there happy hour.

This is one of the best local sushi places in Vegas or SW Vegas and not only is it close to where I live but it is my go to. It is located in a small clean shopping center with a few other resturant’s surrounding with lots of seating inside. The space is cool with TV’s for sports watching at the bar. They not only have Japanese food but the actually have really good Burgers as well. The happy hour and all you can eat is price fairly and the food is amazing. Although it does seems as if they have shrunk their rolls a bit. I remember when I 1st came here about 2 or more years ago and was thrilled that just because it was half price sushi the didn’t skimp on the amount of food. Now I think it’s half price and half the size but with that said the flavor is still there. So if you haven’t been here try it the place is cool, the food is great and the service is good. Oh and don’t forget to ask for Sake and beer specials… they are always running a beer and sake special. BTW there have been a few celebs that thought this place is good enough as well to frequent this local spot such as Pink and Carrot top to name a few.

«All you can eat sushi» how can you go wrong? Unless they have bad food… And I am not gonna lie I was skeptical At first, But this place has really really really good sushi. My favorite here was the unagi it was so delicious. The best I have had so far! Their all you can eat sushi also includes salads, different tempura, yakitori and dessert. If you wanted to order anything off the other menu like say a different roll, then all you have to pay is an extra $.99. If you wanted to order anything like chicken teriyaki, short ribs, crab legs etc. then all those dishes were half off. Good deal I might say. They also have happy hour but I think all you can eat is better; it is all day and there is no time limit. The service was great and My waitress was very nice! The restaurant is big and spacious, they have a sushi bar that you can eat at of course and also a bar area. I would definitely go back but I will eat a lot more. Before I forget… kids three and under eat free all-you-can-eat sushi!!! The lemonade is bomb, the HOT sake is bomb and the ice cream is creamy and delicious. I can not wait until I go back because next time someone is going to have to roll me out the door! Lol All in all it is a must try for sushi lovers and first time sushi experiences! It’s also perfect for children who haven’t tried sushi because they have a lot of different rolls that kids would enjoy.

Enjoyed dinner here the other night for a coworkers birthday. They weren’t super busy when we arrived so we got seated right away. I’ve been to many AYCE sushi restaurants and so I suppose the service seems to separate the good from the bad since the sushi pretty much tastes the same at all of them. Service here was not horrible, but definitely not great. Even by the end of the night we still weren’t sure who our server actually was, half way through we just started asking whoever walked by if we needed something. None of the sushi actually stood out but the mussels were pretty good. They do have a lot of little side plates on the AYCE so that’s a plus for those who want to eat more than just sushi. Was a little bugged because we found out we showed up during happy hour but we were not offered the happy hour menu and by the time we found out about it, it was over. Just saying fulling informing your customers about what’s going on should be a norm.
