We have practiced Nevada personal injury law for more than 40 years, and have won thousands of cases. The cases we regularly handle include: motorcycle accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, motor vehicle accidents and all other serious injuries.

We take these cases on a contingency fee basis– if we don’t win, then we receive no payment.

Koch & Brim, LLP was founded in Nevada over a decade ago by two of Las Vegas’ top attorneys: Richard Koch and William Brim. Together they share multiple 7 figure settlements, thousands of successful cases and over 4 decades of legal experience. William and Richard have both practiced other areas of law, but realized that their passion lies in helping the victims of serious accidents. They set out to create a small, personal law firm that would allow them to give each case individual attention.

Unlike many law firms who will accept every case, our firm keeps the case load manageable so that our attorneys can give each case individual attention. You can be rest assured that we’ll never pass your case on to our staff, each case is handled by an outstanding lawyer who is dedicated to the success of your case.

William Brim is a personal injury lawyer who has practiced in Nevada for over 20 years. Realizing that his passion lied in protecting those who had been injured and not corporate giants, William dedicated his professional career to helping those who have been seriously injured find compensation for their injuries. Along with his partner Richard A. Koch they have helped thousands of Las Vegas residents collect millions of dollars in settlements.
