Love love love the doctors and staff! They start seeing patients as young as 3! I look forward to my eye exam every year!

They really need a better system of getting their appointments seen. I had an appointment and waited an hour, watching people who came after me pass me by, before finally walking up to the counter and asking about the hold-​up. They apologized but my file was hidden underneath their stacks and files of less-​than-​sufficient front desk pile of folders. I WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT FOR AN HOUR. An hour of MY time. They expect me to be on time to my appointment (which I was) and I expect them to respect my time too. They were nice enough about it… but still. NOT a good experience, OR use of MY valuable time. The staff is nice, just flustered and obviously overwhelmed. This is also on top of the fact that I had to interrupt their conversation to begin with just to be seen when I first arrived. I stood there a while as they ignored me. I hated interrupting but they should have helped me first. I usually like going to this place. But there needs to be a reevaluation of their process at this point. It’s NOT GOOD. I drive across town even though my insurance is better utilized on Nellis AFB. I will definitely rethink this for next year.

AVOID this place at all cost. Save your money and insurance for somewhere else. Try clear vision eye centers. This place will charged you a certain amount at time of visit but, then weeks later they will send you an additional bill. The optometrist is sweet but the staff have no sense of customer service. I have had to contact the billing a few times with no response.

Wow! What a professional staff & organization! Everything — from billing to the procedure/​tests – was thoroughly explained to me, and in a very ‘non-​condescending’ way… as well as using layman’s terms! It was an awesome and positive experience. I will DEFINITELY be back! (‘Ive been in customer service for over 30 years, & I also had a talk show interviewing different doctors. I know when my service is outstanding!

I was very, very impressed with staff and Dr. Capulong. They have online paperwork, so when I arrived for my appointment I only had to sign a couple of pieces of paper. I waited about 10 minutes and after that my appointment moved along at a good pace. I was in and out within an hour. Staff was very pleasant and I was so, so impressed with the doctor. I’ve had an issue with wearing contact lenses recently and had seen an ophthalmologist, because the last two optometrists I went to just shrugged off my discomfort. Well, the ophthalmologist I saw in March has changed offices, my eye seemed to be better, so I thought it would take a chance on seeing a new optometrist. Unlike the other optometrists I had seen, Dr. Capulong was extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She was also very thorough with the exam, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. Very friendly, and a very easy-​going manner. I so appreciate not seeing somebody who just grunts at me and goes about their business. I would recommend this doctor and this location to anyone.

Excellent, fast service. They were very busy due to people, like myself, using their insurance coverage before their benefits expired for the year. My doctor was excellent, although I failed to remember her name. This was Lenscrafters at the Boulevard Mall. I will definitely be back.

Dishonest people. I called my insurance and was told that my my total co-​pay would be 10 dollars. Kopolow and Girishen employees made me sign all this info including phone social security number etc and in the small print you are authorizing them to go for an optomap with or without macuscope (both totally unnecessary) for the price of 64 dollars on top of the copay.
I called my insurance and they told me to get out of there asap, that i was being taken for a ride. I can get that optomap for FREE elsewhere, so i canceled straightaway. After i cancelled, the woman, rude and with an attitude, was going to copy my personal data and signatures authorizing the expense of something that never took place. I had to intervene and get my forms out of the machine at the last minute. It was awful! Stay away, this people will take your money and details. I am writing his so that other people will not spend their hard earned cash with these unscrupulous people

I am thrilled with the care I have received!!! I have a challenging situation with my contacts due to my type of perscription and each step of the way my doctor and the team have worked to make the process work for me. They take the time to explain and find solutions.
