History

Established in 2012.

Chefs Yves & Catherine Crivello from St. Tropez create classic French Pastry and Artisan Bread. Their Partner trained at San Francisco Baking Institute & makes Artisan bread previously not available in Las Vegas. We have Peet’s Coffee & Tea from San Francisco which compliments the baked goods and sandwiches magnificently. Finally, amazing bread is available in Las Vegas. The aroma and the WiFi are always complimentary. Doing our part to create jobs in this rough economy.

Business Owner

What started as humble beginnings as a hobby baking San Francisco Sourdough Bread in a dutch oven at home on the weekends has grown into an upscale, full on serious French Bakery Café and Premium Coffeehouse. Discovered by Locals in the know and Trump International Hotel, we supply thousands of items to customers who appreciate fine French Pastry, Artisan Bread, and satisfying cuisine without the snooty prices you’ll find on the Strip.

This is French Fare for the People. We brew Peet’s Coffee & Tea, a brand well known to San Franciscans & being discovered here at La Belle Terre Bread. The Bakery-Café is inspired by & Dedicated to Fallen SFFD FireFighter Paramedic Tony Valerio, Sourdough Bread Baker, Francophile, World Traveler, and the Most Interesting Man in the World.
