DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Terrible service! dropped my laptop off due to an issue with my fan. It needed to be quick due to school. They told me it would be a day to clean it out with just a fee of 65 $ and if it was more they would call me to give me an estimate if I wanted to order a new fan. A week later I still never heard from them so I went in to the store to find out they already ordered the part and after labor it was almost 200 $. Two weeks later my laptop is finished and the keyboard wasn’t put together all the way and my screen was ruined so again I was told to bring it back in when the owner gets back in a few days. When I bring it back he blamed it on the same technician that told me the owner did it. I told him he was lying because the technician specifically told me that I had to wait because the owner is the one that worked on it. So now my keyboard and screen are ruined and he refuses to honor my 30 day warranty and kicked me out of his store for calling him a liar. No communication, slow & sloppy work. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL GET YOUR BELONGINGS BACK WORSE THEN WHEN BROUGHT IT IN.

The owner at the store was very helpful! His technician was already gone for the day when we arrived, but he decided to give him a call, to help us get our phones fixed that day! He gave us a very good price on an apple phone screen and even offered to give a discount next time we came in the store. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

I took my computer in and showed the owner the error message I was receiving. He said no problem, for 65.00 he will scrub and reload windows and it will be fixed. I said great. He then called me and said he needed to do more work on it and it would be 93.00. He has a very think accent and I asked him twice 93.00 all in? He said yes with the coupon it comes to 93.00. I said fine. I then went to pick up computer and he said it was an extra 93.00! 158 total! The computer isn’t even worth 100! I explained to him I said all in twice! And what coupon then? He said he was saying you «put down» 65.00 not a «coupon» for 65! Ok, I thought it does sound like that in his broken english and candidly it was very uncomfortable for me. So I just signed the cc receipt and left with my computer. He said not to worry, you are under full warranty! I had asked if he was sure it would not bounce me off again. Sure enough as soon as I got home it went on line but then bounced me off. The same error message came up as when I brought it to him! Imagine! I then brought it back and asked him how he couldn’t fix it? He said his tech didn’t need to do a scrub but found all the corrupted files and just removed them but would now do the scrub! I then got upset due to him telling me they were going to scrub the first time and didn’t! How do I know they wouldn’t again? So he said it works take it back! Imagine that’s how he operates? I showed him the pic and he said it was the router! I explained my two pc lap tops worked fine and an iPad! He then said quote if someone even a Ph.D. Couldn’t fix the computer it works fine I’ll leave the biz if so. I then took the computer straight to Microsoft at fashion show and Brandon in less then fifteen minutes fixed it. Said it was common, the new DL of MS 10 disrupts network card drives and a simple FREE Dell upgrade fixed it! I wonder will The owner now leave the biz like he said? Like everyone else that has left a experience I recommend staying far, far away…

Had our laptop in for repair for 7 months. Repeated unfulfilled promises that the computer was ready. Each time we went (appr 4 – 5 times) in to pick it up we discovered we had been lied to and computer was not ready. Today we were told to pick it up and received another story it was not ready. Very unhappy with this business not at all recommended.

Abi, the owner, does not follow through by doing promised work or by returning phone calls. I referred a friend who returned her computer at least 5 – 6 x’s. The last time he had it, he told her something happened to it and it no longer worked. When she went in, he tried to sell her another computer. She took hers after all these visits and 100’s of dollars and left. She had a friend open it to look and see if he could salvage anything, and everything was gone… including the harddrive. When he first opened this business, he was dependable… then the business grew, and I feel he just couldn’t keep up. My opinion… find another place!!!

This place is awesome. My laptop was slow due to unknown reasons. This place not only got rid of any viruses in my computer but also installed a clean non-​corrupt version of windows that works great! If your computer isn’t working properly, definitely take it here. They work fast too.

I took a Samsung tab to fix the screen and check the battery. Well like others said, don’t go in there!!! They did replace the screen and told me that they changed the battery. The same day, it won’t hold the charge and the tab shut off by itself without warning… I spent money to have a complete useless tab!!!
Don’t go in there, they are LIARS!!!

Took my phone here to get it fixed for a cracked screen paid 135 and less that 30 days my phone cracked. The warranty said all jobs have a warranty for 30 days… Clearly not because he won’t fix the phone! Never going there again

I will never trust this company with anything EVER! Took my Surface Tablet to have the screen replaced and after a month of excuses from Abi I decided to pick it up or what was left of it. The screen is shattered in pieces and the laptop no longer functions at all… I should’ve known right when I walked into the business and saw nothing but older versions of PCS and Macs for sale that this was not the place… I supposedly got the $ 65 charge credited to my account but still has yet to show as a credit… The guy is a LIAR AND WILL RIP YOU OFF… DON’T GO HERE!

Abi took care of both my boyfriend’s and my laptops which had major issues. The next day he called before adding charges for a big issue I knew I had and the price was so fair. He had both our laptops returned within 24 hours and was able to save requested items. Our laptops now work amazingly and if we ever have an issue again we will be coming here. Thank you abi! Well be back with our desktop next!

The owner has always been very helpful and flexible finding solutions to my problems. He is honest and takes care of his customers.
Specifically, instead of selling me an external enclosure that I need for 5 munutes he offered to back up the data from the drive to a flash drive for me.
Also, when one of the work computers went down, we needed a new power supply, but he offered us a perfectly good OEM unit from another machine.
Top notch service.

Just brought my iPhone 6 in to have the charging port replaced. They replaced it in a hour and for only $ 67. I searched around and nobody in town would do it for under $ 100. Plus Abi and his team are very friendly and also knowledgeable about iPhones and the other products they give estimates on. When I dropped off the phone Abi was giving an estimate on a Toshiba laptop and it sounded inexpensive as well. I will definitely bring any future computers and my iProducts here. Very clean environment and convenient location in Eastern. Can’t say how happy I am about this.
Edit: I’m only editing to let everyone know that I am not affiliated in anyway with Laptop Experts, and that I do have full insurance through AT&T and they told me they would take days to repair the issue.

They have fixed multiple screens of mine Andy Mac laptop. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR IPHONE REPAIRS! just took mine and my husbands iPhone in to get the screen replaced and I got two different prices from two different guys, and the owner tried to rip me off. When I came in to pick up my phone he tried telling me that my camera was broken and my speaker was broken, but he could fix it for 40 dollars. When I told him i was going to call my husband, the problem was miraculously fixed. Not to mention, my husbands screen was returned to me half way on and the owner said «well, try not to break it» and sent me on my way. Didn’t even properly do the job that I absolutely over paid for. So disappointing that places like this are allowed to operate a business.

They told me my laptop was fixed, went home and the laptop continues with the same issue.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I took my iPhone here because it had a cracked screen. After they they repaired the screen the phone stopped working. So I went to the Apple Store to see what was wrong and when they said they opens the phone there were screws missing and the repairs store did such a bad job putting it back together. Apple wasn’t able to help because it was already tampered with. I went back to the store and the owner basically took no fault in why the phone wasn’t working and said «Apple employees don’t know what they are talking about.» Basically avoid all cost to come here. Your phone will come back more damaged and they’ll charge you another fee to repair another problem which they probably caused.

Abi was taking care of me and did an incredible job to make sure I left happy and satisfied. I highly suggest you go to laptop Xpert for any broken electronic these guys know how to fix anything.

I got my phone repaired here and I had problems took it back and then charged me again and it took them two days to fix it and now my phones microphone doesn’t work and they want to charge me again I don’t not recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. I do have an old laptop & I’ve had to change my laptop wired a few times. The wire either stopped working because it gave out or most recently my dog ate the wire. I was here 4 weeks ago & I spoke with Abi, & showed him the type of computer wire that I needed. Abi told me that it was going to cost me $ 40.00. I saw this computer wire on amazon for $ 7.00 & I was a bit blown away even tho $ 40.00 is not a lot of money if you compare the amazon price you would want to pay the $ 7.00 plus shipping & handling. I would have ordered the computer wire online but I needed to use my laptop asap, so I said screw it & payed $ 40.00 bucks. I went home & tried the new computer wire on my laptop. My laptop powered on & it shut off. I turned it ON 2 more times & it turned OFF 2 more times. I called Abi told him what was going on & he told me to come into the store with my laptop & the new computer wire. I payed Abi a visit but he was not there one of his computer guys was there & Abi told him to take care of me. The computer tech checked out the computer wire & he said that the wire was not good. Abi advised him to lend me a temporary computer wire until he ordered me a new wire & wait for it to arrive. 3 weeks passed & I was still waiting 4 the computer wire, finally last week I called Abi & he told me to come to his shop & pick up my new computer wire. Now I have a new computer wire & my laptop has been working wonderfully. Thank you Laptop Experts you guys are very helpful & convenient. Thanx for your help.
