These clubs suck! If you want to cancel your membership, there is only one day in the entire year when you can cancel. Otherwise they auto renew your membership. And, they closed early on the one day that we needed to cancel. Do not do business with these unethical people

Always a ton of people there at almost every time, on top of that it’s a contract you have to sign.
But for 22 dollars a month you get a lot of features like a pool, spa, tons of workout equipment and a lot of classes for free. For a few more bucks a month (or 5 dollars a day) you can drop your kid off in the daycare while you workout. They don’t change diapers though.

I was a member a number of years ago and signed my wife up for a membership. The same week she got hurt and never even went to the club to get a card. Now, almost 4 years later i find out that i am in Collections with them for $ 700.
Their attitude is too bad, we don’t care that the membership was never started and we were not obligated to notify you before putting you in collections.
This one I am more than willing to go to court for!

what a joke of a company! how dare they go into someones account and take out money thats not theres. and not have the nerve to return phone calls when confronted.
