Las Vegas Pest Control

I’ve been a customer of theirs for quite some time now. I have bi-​monthly service with service every month in the summer (when bugs like to move into your house). My main concern was roaches and spiders. Although any roach I’ve seen in the house, I’ve always seen dead (which I can handle), SPIDERS freak me out!!! Every now and again these little bastards would make their way upstairs, probably through a drain!!! The house next door to me had been vacant for a few years and I believe I gained the honor of their critters!
Robert is my technician and a very nice guy. He’s a big guy, but a nice guy. Lol. He found where the roaches were hiding, in some water hole thing in the front yard, and bombed those suckers out. I’ve also had a random time when there were two little scorpions in my garage that my cousin kicked over, by accident. I called and he came over that day to take care of it! He also keys me know what to watch out for in the community (rodent wise).
If there’s an event that occurs in between visits, I just call the office and they send Robert out as soon as possible. One time they accidentally sent another guy and Robert at the same time. Oh well… Better safe than sorry!

Been with them for over 3 years maybe longer and always great service! The office manager Matt has beyond impeccable Customer service.

We have been using them for about a year and a half. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. In the beginning we had a lot of bugs, even black widows that were finding there way into our house. Now it is very rare to even see a bug outside. A great job everytime!

Most people probably don’t put a lot of thought into choosing a pest control company and the determination as wether they’re good or not generally relies on wether you have pests after their services are rendered. After our experience with Las Vegas Pest Control, I can safely say that there’s more to it than that. We’ve been using this company and our technician Stephen, for about 4 ½ years. We’ve moved twice during that time. Not only have their services been reliable and their technicians courteous and professional, but the owner and entire team have made transferring and ensuring our services during each of our moves trouble-​free and near seamless. They are easy to contact and communicate with, reliable and professional. We are proud to support this local small business.

Las Vegas pest control has helped me out so much!!! I have been having a problem with these roaches for weeks! Luckily when I called them they got someone out there that day and took care of the problem. I have not seen a roach since! Thanks again

Started service in May of 2014. It was okay. No bugs in the house. Price per month was fine. $ 32.
Except after the year was over they stopped coming but still billed us. We moved and they still SUPPOSEDLY serviced the house. They are still charging us 6 months later. I’ve already called to stop them from charging us but there it is on my bank statement. $ 64 charge. I’m going to take a guess that they’re going to tell me the house was serviced when I call them tomorrow.

Don’t do business with this company! They charge you for services that were never done. How can Las Vegas Pest Control spray my house when I’m not home and the gates are locked. Then I call to cancel my service with them they charge me a termination fee. When you don’t pay them send you to collection. Be very careful with this company because they take advantage of local hard working people.

Young man came out and seemed very nice and honorable so I agreed to have them come take care of the problem in the guest bedroom. I was given a guarantee that if I ever have problems they would be right out. Well my guest woke with bites all over so I called and told them it’s now been 3 weeks and they still have not lived up to there agreement! Avoid avoid avoid

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m a fan of what they do, but so far, my house and property is not bug free. They told me it would take a while because the house was just rented and was vacant. Well, I had them come out numerous times. The tech is always very friendly and very professional, but the problem isn’t getting fixed. I woke up this morning and found ants all over my driveway and up and down the trees on my property. This is the day after the rain, but I have ants POURING out of my back yard AND my front yard. I am not happy. They told me last month they couldn’t put anymore product in my yard. Even before today, I still kept having issues with black bugs with orange spots, as well as rolly pollies. I thought that the amount of bug spray they used would kill everything, not just select bugs. It wasn’t that expensive, $ 30 every month but you pay every two months. The first service is free, but only if you keep their service for a year. I like them, but I just wish their service was better.

Stay away from this company. Once you have a contract with them — and you complete your «terms» they wont let you go! It’s like a bad break up! It’s not enough to cancel with the tech or over the phone, they will keep coming and keep calling. Find any other company. I usually only write positive reviews on Unilocal… but this company is simply infuriating–

I wish there was a way to give this place negative stars.
This is without a doubt the worst business experience I have ever had and the biggest waste of money
I originally went to them this summer due to having German roaches. I’ve already had to deal with them before so I know the standard treatment. After shopping around extensively I chose this place because the technician in the phone explained that they have a 3 step system for German roaches which seemed more comprehensive than the companies I’ve used at my previous houses. And then that’s where things immediately went south. I was told the technician would come spray, do a home visit where we’d have to leave and they’d release some gas and then the tech would come do a follow up spray. I made sure to clarify this because all the other times I’ve had to deal with German roaches all the companies did was just the gas and it seemed I’d be getting more for my money. Nothing of the sort ever happened. A tech came out for an assessment, had me clear out my kitchen cabinets then came a second time and dropped some traps then came back once more. This entire time the roaches were still there. I decided to call and schedule for a tech to come do the gas and was told that wasn’t something they did much to my surprise. I ended up speaking with the supervisor who made the entire situation worse. He kept trying to tell me I misunderstood what the tech told means was incredibly condescending talking to me like I was some sort of idiot. He said that they didn’t gas and when I told him that it’s been over a month and no roaches died, his response was that the service was not guaranteed to kill the roaches. He then said that to get a technician out there I’d need to sign up and pay for their subscription. What a money grab by a greedy company who DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ORIGINAL ISSUE. if they had fixed my issues, I would have likely bought the subscription, but after this there is no way I would ever subject myself to this level of torture ever again
End of the day, I went to a different pest company that fixed my issue. I paid $ 175 to this company to learn that they are shameless money grabbers who lie and have no regard for their customers or have any inkling of how customer service works

Las Vegas Pest Control is not a company that cares about the customer, only the money!!! We have had to move out of our house & into a hotel because our new house is not ready, when I called to suspend/​cancel service for a short time I was told that they would charge me $ 100.00 for cancelling service early, this was not explained to me when I signed up for the service or signed the agreement… funny that somehow got missed!?!
My preference was to just suspend service for a short time, but they are unwilling to consider what we are currently going thru with this move & are going to charge me anyway, so now they have lost a customer & have another bad review!!! Las Vegas Pest Control does not care about their customers or keeping them, just the money!!! Very sad & bad business practice!!!

I moved into a property that we discovered was infested with roaches. I was horrified to say the least! I called these guys after reading decent reviews in various places. I told them what was going on and the next morning they came over to evaluate the situation. While there they bated the house and sprayed. They explained everything that needed to happen, set a schedule, and were super friendly about it all. I ended ip signing up for a 1 year package, but at any time I can call them for additional treatments at no charge! Everyone has been wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I have had zero bugs since their 3 step evacuation process, so I am a very happy customer. I hate bugs more than anything. I would say it is an excellent value for all they do!

We have been using Las Vegas Pest Control for a few years now and I think they are great! They always come when they say they are going to and we have never had a bug problem. About a year ago we had ants in the tree in our back yard and they were able to completely get rid of them! Every time they come out they always tell me that if I ever have a problem I can call them anytime I need to and they will come back out to the house and spray and/​or set traps.
I have to say the guy that comes to our house, I think his name is Matt? Is GREAT! He is super patient with us! We have the schedule of when he is going to come every month, but we ALWAYS forget that he is coming! The way our house is set up makes it so he can’t just spray our yard, so Matt will call my cell and if I am in the area, he will wait for me to get home! If I am not he will reschedule a time to come back! He is super accommodating for something that is my fault! He was also great when we first moved into our house, because he explained how he couldn’t just come in and spray all over because we had hardwood floors and he explained that overtime the spray would ruin the floors. Somehow, I don’t think I would have gotten that honesty from other people, I was more than great that he didn’t come in and wreck my new floors! He also replaces the sticky traps in the corners of our garage every month and we don’t even see bugs in our garage. We are very happy with Matt and Las Vegas Pest Control! The price is really fair too!

I’m a Property Manager. I use Las Vegas Pest Control on my rent properties and on my own residence.
I like how they are honest and upfront with me. For instance, each time they spray is a targeted event and they tell me what to expect. On Thursday’s treatment they told me it is spider season and expect to see more them even AFTER the spray. I like to know what to expect.

I thought with a nice competitive price I’d be getting competitive work. I was wrong. The guy was in and out in 10 minutes. I was just sprayed 2 months ago and everything is back. Not to mention the little pellets they put under your bushes… yea those began killing them. I never had a problem with bugs coming INSIDE my house, but now I do. Last year I used a different company and it lasted the entire YEAR. I would have used them again, but I can’t remember who they were. Very disappointed.
