Las Vegas Poop 911

This company is affordable and do a good job. I would recommend them to everyone.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
This company started off well enough, with the clean up person coming by my house every other week to do clean up. However, the clean up guy started skipping weeks. I first failed to notice, as I attributed the lack of full clean up to just «how the process works» (as there was routinely waste left over after the clean up at the beginning, I assumed he only spent ‘x’ amount of time on location).
I found out recently that the company KNEW the clean up guy was dodging houses, because the replacement clean up guy called me to gain access to my home (Poop 911 failed to give the new guy the basic information such as my gate code). The purpose of the call was not to inform me of the delinquency of the former employee, but it came up in conversation anyone. To that end, NO ONE at this company informed me of the previous problem, offered me free clean up to make up for the weeks I paid for where no one showed up, or so much as apologized for the problem.
Even that error was ok by me (I was annoyed, but not going to pick the fight), because the new guy seemed to have it under control. However, recently, we have been having the same issue. Further, less than a month ago my bank changed my debit card number and I needed to reestablish my auto-​pay. I admittingly forgot to change this account’s information. Instead of notifying me that they were not being paid, they sent me documents labeled «receipts» that otherwise just said that the payment was declined (it was the old card number). In an effort to remedy the situation immediately, I provided up to date charge information. In response, this morning I found a charge for $ 94.50 on my debit card.
To put that in perspective: I pay $ 37.80 /​month for my service. Due to the card issue the only month not accounted for was September (which was a wash because of the non service). There is simply no reason for this charge other than they stole my money.
Further, when I called to get this issue corrected, their phone number (poop-​911) simply gave me a number of their marketing company, and hung up on me. I have now emailed and left messages for the company to no avail.
Simply put, there are a TON of similar companies in Las Vegas you could use and given how rock bottom this companies service and value is, I imagine you can’t do any worse. This company is a scam.

First time they came out they did an awesome job. Every time there after it got a little worse. They have shown up several times in a row and haven’t bothered to re-​schedule.

I was super excited that I could schedule online and not have to talk to anyone (I HATE talking on the phone). They came, rang the bell, said hello and went out back. A bit later my husband came home and I asked if the guy was still out there. He said no so I went and looked… They did NOTHING.
I could see poop still from my door. Clearly they didn’t really clean up. We called them, got an answer and they said they would send someone right back out. No one ever came to clean up and so we called back again and didn’t get an answer.
We disputed the charge to our credit card and found another company.

Made appointment online Thursday they can’t get her until Monday… not really 911 right?
I give him my cc on Friday and stayed home all day Monday.
He finally calls me back at 3pm after I left messages asking where they are…
Oh my truck JUST now broke down.
NOPE, I do not want these people on my property. Unprofessional and rude.

I can’t say enough great things about them! I recommend them all the time! We have rocks and a little dog and they don’t miss anything! They always let me know when they are on the way and always secure the gate when they are done! Automatic billing after every service makes paying so easy! They are very flexible and if I need additional services such as a patio spray they are right on it! I couldn’t manage without these guys! So glad I found them!

Can’t believe the terrible customer service!!! First few months were fine but then all of a sudden we noticed nobody showing up to clean the poop. Our credit card expired, which we called to update the same month, but because they didn’t update it in their system they just stopped showing up! Seriously? Maybe give your customer a call!

We used these guys two years ago and they were awesome so we signed back up when we moved back to town this year and I was really disappointed.
Our kids play in our yard everyday so it didn’t take us to long to figure out that only half the poop in the yard was getting picked up.
I think this time we only used them for like a month before calling it quits which makes me sad cause if they don’t pick up the poop then I do blah :(

Great service! I never have to worry about cleaning up my back yard. No hassle and very affordable!

I have a pitbull and a chihuahua, so needless to say, we have a TON of poop to clean up every week. When I heard of Poop 911, I had hoped that our scooping days were over.
Well, we LOVE Poop 911! They are so easy to get started with, always reliable to show up, and do a fantastic job. They are very fairly priced and worth every penny.

These guys are great! Very reliable & extremely thorough. Would highly recommend them! Our Bloodhound treats them as old friends. They always make sure the gate is secure when they arrive & when they leave.
