The Leja Group and has been providing appraisal services for commercial, rental properties and home appraisals in Chicago area for over 10 years. Now we have increased our appraisal services into Henderson and Las Vegas Nevada area.

Business Owner

The company’s President has 10+ years of residential valuation experience and his associates possess 10+ years of experience. My Real Estate Experience began in 2002 as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the great state of Illinois. I later became a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2004, and then worked my way up to the Certified level as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in 2005. I am currently Certified in both Illinois and Nevada.

Wojciech Leja is an appraiser with a focus on complex appraisals that include luxury and resort properties, and appraisals for new construction.

He is a well-​credentialed, experienced and impartial professional. His objective and unbiased opinions of value provide assistance to those who own, manage, sell, invest or lend money on the security of real estate. His diverse Real Estate Background provides first-​hand knowledge and understanding of client needs and time tables.
