We offer a visual, non-​invasive inspection of the property and its various systems. Our property inspections do not pass or fail– they are structured to educate our clients about the current condition of the property. We take the time to explain the conditions found, and give suggestions for repairs and/​or maintenance. Our home inspectors are licensed, insured, and nationally certified.

We provide an easy-​to-​read and understand, top quality electronic inspection report, complete with digital photos, and we send a clear concise report summary along with the inspection report on the same day that the home inspection is completed.

Additionally, because real estate transactions are often time-​sensitive, we can help by conducting termite inspections.

Business Owner

I am a dedicated Husband, Father, and Inspector/​business owner who is truly blessed.

My family and I have lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over twenty years. Our family owned a construction business for many years and has been a major contributor to building Southern Nevada’s residential homes and master communities since the late eighties. I have been fortunate to have become very familiar first hand with the many various builders throughout the valley who’s construction has also helped shape Las Vegas residential construction landscape.

My first hand work experience in building homes from the ground up with each trade has proven to be invaluable to me in the home inspection services field. My construction knowledge is used on every home inspection to help identify deficiencies and determine the severity of conditions found and to suggest the proper repair or contractor recommendations.
