This place is a hidden gem. I called yesterday and spoke with Eric regarding getting a re-​key for a 2009 Nissan Sentra key with a chip. Eric quoted $ 85 immediately, while other places quoted $ 100+ (Btw, the dealership of Planet Nissan had the nerve to quote $ 55 for the key and $ 135 for programming the key). I told Eric that we will come by the next, which we did. As soon as I came in, Eric remembered his quote and seem very professional about his job. He got the keys duplicated and programmed in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone that it is looking for a good locksmith.

I called them and made an appointment for Monday 9 am.
I skipped work. Now they are saying that I did not call them, there is no appointment and nothing written down under my name.
I clearly gave them my name, my address and I even e mailed them picture of the locks on Thursday.
I am very disappointed.
Too many cooks spoiled food.

Fantastic service & great prices! One stop shopping! I got a new car remote, duplicate car key & the battery replaced in my garage remote all for very reasonable price & quick service. In & out within 10 minutes! I love these guys!

Like this place, they are honest with their price. They also take their time to show you how to fix it yourself.

Was referred to this company by a professional in the automotive industry. The key to my truck was lost, along with the master key. I believed I needed a key/​fob replacement & reprogramming by the dealership. At the time, I was under the assumption that the dealership was the only option — I was wrong! Many years ago, I was a partner in a locksmith business in Phoenix. I wouldn’t say that our technicians were crooks, but they definitely followed the «take what the market will bear» credo.
My house was recently burgled, and if I had had working deadbolt locks, it probably would have deterred or stopped the incident from happening.
I was leery of all locksmiths for the reason stated above, but I couldn’t fix the locks myself (not for lack of trying), so I called this company.
The man who answered the phone (I was later told that he was the owner) was professional and attentive. He quoted what I considered a VERY reasonable price (it was half the price of what I expected, and probably ¹⁄₃ the price of what our technicians would have charged), and when the tech got here, he confirmed that the quote that I got would be the final price.
The tech that came out, Josh, could not have been better.
Punctual, friendly, attentive, professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
Not only did he do the job that was originally required, but he did small things (adjusting and lubricating) other locks that I had been having some trouble with… for no additional cost.
Since he was here already, I had him replace another lock component, and the cost was very reasonable.
There’s not a doubt in my mind that I would use them again.

We use this company for all of our rekeying needs so I didn’t check their Unilocal review until I checked in. I found the service to be great. We had called in the keys since they are ones he had rekeyed before and they were ready when I arrived. Also while I s there I notice they can make transponder keys, since I have recently paid a dealer to make me a new key at an exorbitant price I figured it could just to have a back up. He gave me a very fair price (around $ 160) and it was finished in about 15 min. Easy peasy. I’m not sure what happened with those other reviews, but my experience was very good. I am very happy to consider this place my locksmith.

I called this shop because I work in the same complex as them and have used them over the years. I went to work at a second job and needed keys to a limo. They
$ 195 to rekey and program a 2 keys. The price was to include making and rechipping two keys and the service call. By the time the tech Joshua arrived, the keys were already found but we had him copy the key and make a valet key. He still charged the full price.
I went down to the shop and five techs stood around dumb founded as I went off as to how furious I was that he didn’t even have to rekey the ignition since we found the key and only copied and provided us with one chipped key and a slug key for $ 195. They had the nerve to tell me that was a discount and the second key was a courtesy only. I told them Liberty is far less than them and was dissapointed they did only part of the job and still charged full price as qouted. They told me they would make me a key as long as I brought the limo to them as they needed the car there to reprogram the key. I called them out on a service call and would expect they come back out to finish the job they didn’t finish since they won’t refund anything. But of course they wont.
They were not apologetic and customer service really sucked. Like the previous reviewer said. This place reeks of cigarettes. Who smokes inside a place of business nowdays? I will NOT use them again. Save your money and go with a higher reviewed locksmith.

This is an unfortunate review to make. I believe that Unilocal has to tell the good and the bad equally. I manage multiple apartments and am always having keys made. I use multiple locksmiths but this one is the closest to a cluster of my apartments.
Today I went in to have keys made and there was an honest mistake made by an employee. He had cut the keys on the wrong blank. Never before had such a thing been a big deal but the owner wanted me to pay for the mistake.
He seemed to understand that there was an innocent mistake made by his employee, but he still wanted me to pay for it.
I will taking my business to a more reasonable company from now on.
Its important to say that the shop absolutely REEKS of cigarettes, it’s so bad I try to wait outside.

Kinda scary how they were able to cut and program me a new key that bypassed the built in ‘immobilizer’ security system in my car but for 40 bucks it was a better deal then taking it to the Acura dealer and paying an assload.
Also had them program me a remote that cost 40 bucks. This is seriously overpriced. would have been reasonable at 15 – 25 but 40? and all he did was take an instruction sheet from a binder to do it…40 bucks… come on I BROUGHT IN THE REMOTE. other then that service was quick. was in and out in under half an hour
