This loft had really cute blouses that were marked down, and I had selected a few that I wanted to purchase which is why I gave them one star.
Let me tell you about my visit, when I walked into the store no one greeted me and during my visit no associate offered any assistance. I don’t remember seeing any workers except for the person behind the register. I selected items to try and decided which to purchase. I went to the register, I was the only person in line. The person behind the register was assisting someone on the phone. I stood in line 5 minutes, no eye contact and no words were spoken to me during that time. I got tired of waiting, so I walked out the store and placed my items on the closest rack by the exit.

Loft is one of the stores at the Premium north outlet. I went in looking for sweaters and they had them for 50% off for $ 25. They had different prints and styles and I got a festive snowflake one to try on. They had pants good for work at half price at $ 30 or $ 35 but I didn’t like the styles to try on. At the back right was the clearance section where I found with coloured pants, tops, and boleros. The clothing would be for business casual attire to wear to work.
I had a few items and couldn’t tell who the staff were as no one offered to take my items to the change room. As I made my way there, one staff person asked if I wanted to try them on. I went to pay for the sweater but the pants didn’t have a price tag on them. The cashier asked an associate to check the price and I decided not to get them. I was happy with my sweater though!
