Their different taxi cab companies are: Ace Cab, Union Cab, ANLV Cab, Vegas-​Western Cab and Virgin Valley Cab. We are the the largest taxi cab provider in the Las Vegas valley. We also have the most wheelchair accessible taxi cabs in town. When you think taxi cabs, think LV Cabs.

History

Established in 1962.

«Heads we go, tails we stay.» So said Charlie Frias to his wife Phyllis in 1958. It was tails, so the Friases stayed in Las Vegas. Phyllis recalls Charlie saying «I can see a great future here.» He was right.

Charlie Frias had a reputation for his straight forward and honest approach to life and to business, and it was this approach that helped him build one of Nevada’s most successful and largest transportation companies. Today, Frias Transportation Management includes five cab companies with a fleet of over 740 cars and a limousine company that service the Las Vegas and surrounding areas in Southern Nevada.

Another bad experince here. We needed to zip over to the Rio, get our bags, then head over to the airport. The trip from the Rio to dinner was 10minutes. After dinner we called these guys. Was told by dispatch when we called 10 – 30 minutes. At 35 minutes we called back, was told another 10 – 30 minutes. We were lucky someone in our party had Über on their phone. We would have missed our flight at the airport if we had waited for these bozos. They never get another chance from me.

I had a bad experience with one of your taxis. I was going to enter the Cesar’s casino through the front entrance on March 5, 2016 around 11:00pm (of course I couldn’t make the right turn because it was a red light and there where pedestrians walking.) so I see a taxi from your company swerves between me and a bus behind me. Then he quickly cuts me off as the car in front of me makes a right turn into the casino. If I didn’t move my car to the right he would’ve hit me. I let him know he was getting to close because I hooked at him a lotttttt… Unfortunately I didn’t see until the next day I had a scratch on my rim.(I’d take a scratch over your taxi hitting my car any day) I don’t want you guys to fix my car because I don’t want to sea with you guys (btw it’s a 2014 camaro ss if your curious) I even know the number and license plate of the taxi who cut me off, I got pictures to prove it. I just want everyone to know what type of drivers this company hires.

I got ripped off by a fat Turkish driver who has been driving for 15 years and works the graveyard shift at LV Cabs. I was his first fare of the night and he made out like a bandit! After an hours-​long delay getting into LV, it was 2:00am in the morning. I was tired and vulnerable and this jerk got that. I found out I was a $ 10-​$ 15 cab ride away and this guy took me for a $ 42 ride! When I got in at the airport he asked me how I wanted to get there, which should have been a real warning sign. I said please take me the fastest route. He ended up taking me on the highway instead of straight to my hotel. When I told my shuttle driver, who took me back to the airport about the taxi experience, he was incredulous and said I got totally ripped off. Worse yet, I gave this piece of you-​know-​what a $ 5 tip! No wonder the taxi business is a dinosaur! I should have known better and will take UBER for now on. I am off ripoff taxis particularly LV CABS!

We told the driver to take us to Harrahs and he took us to Paris, then proceeded to try and charge us the difference to get us to the correct place which was actually closer than the place he took us too. Driver was pissed at us that we only gave him the amount we felt was due. It was not our screw up but his. This was on August 23 at about 12:30am cab number 4828.

I got a ride from Joseph Nowaski. Very nice driver and very friendly. As I went to pay, I left my iPhone 6+ on the seat. Joseph saw it and tried to return it to the Southwest ticket counter for me. Southwest couldn’t receive it so Joseph filed a claim with the taxi company and Kristen in the office was able to Fedex the phone to me the next day.
A+ for everything. I will definitely use this taxi company again.

I’m surprised to read other reviews about this service, because I thought it was a hoax. Called 4 times, got no answer. This kind of service is why Über wins.
Edited to add a star because someone from the company responded. I wouldn’t recommend them, but at least they care after the fact.

Scheduled a pick up a day ahead for a 5:15 a.m. pickup through LV Cabs. Finally at 5:30 am we called and we advised that the driver was here at 4:50 a.m., called up and said we cancelled. Let me see, no calls, no missed calls… I might add that a worker at our apartment complex was at the front since 4:30 a.m. and when I asked him if a cab came to the gate, he said no! Thank you Ace and LV Cabs for making a case for Über. The last thing I want to deal with is a lying company or cab driver. NEVER AGAIN!

I have an UBER account and had used Über before but when traveling to Las Vegas June 10, 2015, I ended up using Las Vegas taxi and I ended up being long hauled and ended up paying more than I should on a normal destination fare. It happen this way because Über doesn’t work in Las Vegas. When and if it will work I don’t know but Las Vegas taxis are really noted for «long hauling» and when ever you take a taxi in Las Vegas, Nevada be aware that it is a normal practice of taxicab drivers in Las Vegas to drive you a longer route to get more fare from you. Mine ended up twice what I should normally pay.

If I could rate lower, I would. Terrible customer service, didn’t even get a cab. I called twice today the first time I called I got hung up on, the lady was apparently too busy talking to someone else, said «hello.“and then hung up on me. The second time around I was able to actually reach someone, he sounded very displeased at my calling and said that he could not help me because he, quote, «did not have any internet.» I said ok and thanked him, and then he hung up.

So I get a cab from Las Vegas Airport to Holiday Inn Thursday at 3PM 5÷28÷2015. Very nice Ethiopian gentleman the driver. I then pull my card to pay and get out go to work in our meeting room. An hour later I realize OH SHITT I DON’T have my laptop. FYI that is the most important tool that I have in my life. I love that machine, an Apple MacBook 13′ customized to the max upgrade and have had it for two years. All my work is on there…
I’m depressed and sad, the next day I decide to call the 15 cab companies leaving message at the lost and found voicemail desperately mentioning my name, number and situation. I thought that was a long shot. 3:30 PM the next day I get a call back from LV Cabs by Frias Company and she says we have your laptop for you!!!
I was amazed, I don’t know a lot of people that could across a machine like that and actually turn it in.
Mr. Sidmon Taykay is truly a gem, that represents one of the people with the highest integrity I have met in a while. Connie called me from the office was very nice and very accommodating. I went over to their office and met her and got my laptop and left a tip for Mr. Taykay. I was very happy and pleased by this professional and honest organization.

Dang. I thought getting a ride from the airport wouldn’t be very complicated, but I should have waved this guy away and waited for someone else. Complained that can ride was too short and then couldn’t do enough math to realize I’d given a fair tip. LV should stand for LeaVe it.

This company is a joke. Their website claims they provide 20,000 rides a day and they have 5 cab companies. I call them for a cab from right behind the Lv convention center where I was and they tell, me at least an hour. At 335 in the afternoon on a Tuesday younhave no cabs? Call somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called a cab for me. and my 3 kids at 5pm just before we ate at applebees. Was told 45 minutes for a cab. Got done waited outside, now it was 615, hostess called cab company, they said 10 to 15 more minutes. Now it’s 645, hostess called again and was told cab would be there soon. So now it’s 730 and we have been waiting for almost 2 hours for our cab beyond the estimated pick up time. Was again told 10 to 15.minutes. I have 3 young kids with me and we are stuck outside applebees. Are you kidding me what a joke. Cab finally came at 830 pm. The driver stated that dispatch had just told him about the pick up 15 minutes ago. REALLY??? THIS PLACE IS AN EPIC JOKE. DO NOT USE THEM

Cab said ANLV on the side, driver asked me for a good tip, tipped him 20% and he went off on me and got out dollar bills and tried to give them to me saying my tip was not goid enough. I wish I hadn’t tipped him at all. Unbelievable what a person expects from a 5 minute cab ride down the strip. Avoid at all costs if possible.

I can’t check in as I waited 40 minutes for a cab in Henderson that never showed. I called after 30 minutes to find out where it was and at first the operator said it was on its way but would call to find out where it was. The operator proceeded to tell me that they were having trouble dispatching a cab to my location. So I had to drive and park at the airport, having only 5 minutes to spare before my flight closed. With the thousands of cabs on the strip I find it ridiculous that one was unable to come to Henderson.
I’ve had many timing issues with this company. A person should not have to wait over 30 minutes for a cab

The f****ing worst. Called them at 8am to schedule a pickup. They were nice on the phone and told me to call back in 10 min when I was ready to roll bc a driver might be there in 10 min, 30min the latest. I called back 10 min later (8:10) and ordered the cab. Sounded easy peasy. Was told to wait in the lobby and to wait for a call from the driver… as you can imagine, both the call and the cab NEVER CAME. So, I was forced to roam the streets looking for a cab at 9:10, an hour after booking a cab through this shite company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL
to book a cab, unless you really, really enjoy aimlessly hanging out in your lobby.
Über… HURRY UP and get to Vegas already!

Coming for 5 but were having us wait as long as they could to try and get a ride. Honesty goes a long ways d bags. I know you don’t need my business but ill spread the word.
