Love coming here. There’s always something interesting on tv like cops or snapped. Makes the time go by quickly as I am getting pampered. Nails always last long(because I always wait too long for a fill and it’s never a problem). Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I have gone to several nail salons. Depending on the part of town I was in. When I moved to the NW, I went to this one, and Huey was friendly right off the bat. I met Vicky as well, and they have always done a great job for me. My heels are horrible and they always make sure they are completely done. They always make people feel like they are welcome. They remember who you came in the last time and ask about them. I have never had any problems with my nails when I get acrylics. Love this place and now that I live on the other side of town, I will still make it a point to drive up there to get my nails done.

When I moved to this end of town, I started looking for a place nearby for my regular fills and pedis. I ran in to a few ladies who said this is the only place they will ever go. So I figured what the heck, I’ll try it. It’s been a couple years now and I am so glad I made the switch! First, let me say it saddens me to see a few poor reviews here; but to each his own. I can only share my personal experience. Here goes… This is a cute little nail shop on the corner of Ann and Tenaya. It’s clean. As in the stations are clean, the pedi chairs are clean(and recently new ones installed), and the restroom is clean. I will say the owners(the husband and wife team of Vicky and Huey) are super friendly. I remember being there on my first visit and they greeted everyone by name. I was thinking this had to be a sign of good customer service in 2 ways. One, the staff is friendly, and 2, the customers keep coming back. A nail place where they know your name… Kind of like Cheers! for your mani /pedi needs. LOL Huey does my pink and white nails. I love them all the time whether I go long or want to keep them short. He isn’t pushy like some of my previous nail techs who just do what ever they feel like that day. Huey also made a pink powder for me to match my personal preference and style. I do not use one of the traditional pink colors in stock. I finally get the right color for my skin and he was happy to do it! I have had many pedis with Ben. They were AWESOME! I seem to always go with a french pedi and he makes the white tips a little thicker for me and just the way I like. My feet are smooth and soft and I love the foot massage. The best! Recently, I lost my big toe nail due to a circulation problem. It started to grow back but who wants half a toe nail during sandal season? Huey did my pedi last week and was able to construct a new toe nail for me. He was able to keep the french pedi for me too! I am over the moon about this, as it’s summer and I can wear my cute shoes without feeling like my toe is a hot mess. I have had a fill done by Vicky before and it was fast and great. I love her nail art! I’ve seen it on so many of her clients and it looks fantastic! I keep telling myself I need to get some but I always go with my standard french. She is so nice and does lots of other stuff like facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions. I have also had pedis with Don. He’s great, too and is very funny! I have had last minute issues(broken nail, chipped polish on toes, etc) and I have never been turned away. Even if they are about to close, someone has waited for me to come. This a great family owned place that I would recommend for sure. :)

It kills me to do this because I’ve been going here for almost two years and I have become good acquaintances with the people that work here. BUT… little by little I started having a preference on whom wasn’t allowed to do my nails when I went in. This past time — the time that made me just throw in the towel — I wanted short coffin nails with a sort of dark nude color(think OPI San Antonio). Instead, the nails were so short that it looked BAD and I ended up with baby pink color. When the guy realized that he had cut my nails too short he got upset and stormed off so someone else came to finish. Long story short — take a look at the photo I uploaded to this review. Those were my nails the same day I got them done; chip on the ring finger and all. I’m pretty sure anyone who has gotten their nails done knows what it’s like to have someone use a buffering or polishing tool on your actual nail too long that it begins to burn. That happened on three fingers. Two of my fingers were cut. And rather than having space under my finger nails like you normally should, underneath my nails were literally filled with acrylic that connected to my skin. I ended up going somewhere else to get them removed and redone. $ 50 gone. Yes, $ 50!

One star is too good. STAYAWAY !!! The owner offered my wife a ride home on his bike after she told him she had a car. Ridiculous! He cut her finger and tried to stop the bleeding with a used(by himself) tissue. Yikes! This is an affront and these people don’t deserve to be interacting with the public. The nail job was bad and when she complained they cussed her out in English and presumably Chinese. I’ve seen nail jobs on my wife for 2 decades and this one was a rotten one for sure. Best of all, after taking 40 $ the owner said«next time we do a better job». I am speechless !

My huband and I came here to get a pedicure. Needless to say, it was probably one of my worst experiences ever. I usually get pedicures once a month. The guy that was doing my pedi kept digging for a ingrown nail in my toe. After I told him it hurts he insisted to keep digging. A few days later my toe swelled up because it was irrited and infected from him digging for the ingrown nail. Its been about 3 weeks now and my toe still hurts. I dont plan on coming back to this place even if I am in desperate need to have my nails done or toes.

Almost killed me AND I had to pay for the pedicure. Epi-penned myself in the chair! Place smells like chemicals and tech rush the job. Not a good salon. The prices are too high for the quality of the service. It’s amazing it is still open :/

The staff here was so nice! After being turned down at 2 other nail places for 4 walk in pedicures, LV nails were happy to accommodate us right away even though the salon was fairly busy and they were about to close for the night. It was such excellent customer service that we will definitely be back again!

DONOTGOHERE!!! Went in earlier today around 6. She rushed through the whole thing, my nails are all bumpy & the 6 stones I had put on already fell off, just 4 hours later. When she first put on the stones 2 of them didn’t even match & she didn’t understand what I was talking about. They didn’t even super glue the stones on. And now my nails hurt very badly. You’d think that for $ 45 they could atleast put a little effort into it. I’ve routinely got my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 5 yrs. I just moved to this part of town so I thought I’d try this place out & I wish I didn’t.

Zero stars! The shop location is perfect for me because Its near my job but the parking lot is not spacious. It’s shared by other businesses, a gas station and a water mill. The woman who greeted us was of course Asian. She greeted us by yelling extremely loud. I didn’t understand why she was yelling and why her co worker thought it was funny to shout either when we are in a small shop and lots of other people. Anyways, they were short staff so my two other girlfriends and I shared one lady. She rushed to do my friends fills on her manicure then rushed over to trim my nails. She forgot to wash my hands, soak my nails, clean my cuticles, use a sanitize set of equipment and then forgot the timer on my UV gel heater. My hands started to burn up in their. She then rushed to finish my nails and I had to remind her again to clip my cuticles. The air circulation is bad inside. Kpt he smell of all the chemicals was so strong I had to take a deep breath outside and come back in. I don’t appreciate the half fast service so I left only a $ 3 tip. The service cost &25 but felt Like a $ 5 quick service, I will not go there again. Bad customer service especially to someone in a Military uniform :(

Worst Serve EVER. Kept burning me w the nail file changed the price at the end and when I said something he got mad. He did a horrible paint job, got nail polish all over my hand and I had to ask him to clean it up. Didn’t get his name but he sits 3rd chair from the door… negative stars if I could

My daughter got her nails done, they are awesome, the 3– D design is just out of this world. Vicky took her time, the shop has full range of glitter and designs. Went there last month for a mani/Pedi… Love love, for my engagement– that didnt last but the mani/pedi did.
