Mail Link

I have been using Mail Link for over two years now, and I am please to say that I am very happy with their service. Whenever I have made a phone call or sent an email I have always received a quick response. My customers are not always kind enough to include my box number when mailing, but this doesn’t seem to be an issue for mail link as all my mail makes it to my box anyway. And after seeing that picture of the lab, I can rest assure my mail is being well guarded.

Signed up for a box in October. After two weeks went in and my lock still had not been changed, they gave me my mail manually. One month to the day of signing up, went in and my lock STILL had not been changed. This time she searched through a LARGE bin of un-​finished applications (mine was at the bottom) and she finally put on my new lock. The whole reason I signed up with this location was for the 24 hour access, so I don’t have to see someone to get my mail. Not a good start.
In addition, the security is very relaxed. They don’t know me personally and I could have told them any box number when they manually gave me my mail.

I give my highest possible rating to Mail Link Plus in Las Vegas.
I have been using Mail Link Plus for more than a year now. I use the address for very important accounting and tax mail that was frankly being mis-​handled at a UPS store.
I trust the MailLink team to receive, scan and post my mail online on their secure web site. They scan inbound tax notifications, legal notifications and especially inbound checks for accounts receivable. They are professional and efficient. They actually deposit my checks for me at Wells Fargo Bank. And to top it all off, they act as my Resident Agent for Nevada corporate filings.

This place is great. It is different than your normal shipping place, like a UPS store. Yes, they do shipping and they have items for sale, but their specialty is being a mail forwarding service. Most customers never go to their location because Mail Link is excellent at what they do. I have had them ship both domestic and abroad, and they have never messed up in the 8 years I have been a customer. The price is awesome, the mail forwarding service is great, and – for people with a NV corporation – they even provide free registered agent service. Two thumbs up and 5 stars earned! :)

Happy to give this place 5 stars. It’s unpretentious, but efficient and cost effective. And they do go out of their way to be helpful, if you simply ask.

If you look at my profile you’ll see I have never posted a low rating. Until today. I’m just so disappointed with their customer care attitude.
As i walk in, a female teenager behind the counter stares at me without greeting or even saying a simple hello. I initiate by saying hi and ask, «may I ship this out?» She replies very bluntly, «yeah (points at the cardboard boxes) do you wanna pick a box?» I asked her a question I was curious about, «if I ship via USPS, will they provide a free usps box?» she looked at me like I was asking a ridiculous question and blunty replied, «no».
I have shipped out many things w/​them and the owner has seen me many times come in. I can deal with conventional sub par service, but what really got to me was the fact that the owner was also behind the counter and didn’t even care to say a simple «Hi» either. I guess my shipments aren’t important enough for him.
I left and did business with another place.
