SUPER HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE!!! Called this location, and Antoine Hughes answered every question we had and gave us great advice to help with my lower back pain and my issues sleeping next to my bf who I always feel like I’m falling into his space. We went in, and he had a couple choices for us to try out within our price range and within 20 minutes he made us a GREAT DEAL!!! Queen Matress, Box Spring and frame out the door plus tax $ 540!!! And it’s a Memory Foam Plush Matress BETTER THEN ANY STORE WE CALLED. We were able to pick it up right away at the warehouse Woohoo. WE ARE SO HAPPY!

In July 2015, I purchased a new frame and box spring set to replace our badly worn and broken up set. Chris expertly arranged for delivery, got me a good price on both, and gave me a discount on delivery. Fast forward to October 2015, the box spring began to sag and sag very badly. The bed was impossible to sleep on! It was near closing time and Jaron took the time to explain the warranty procedure. Not only would it take 4 – 6 weeks, but it would cost $ 25 for an inspection fee plus $ 59 for delivery. That was almost what we paid for the thing anyway. Jaron and I brain stormed ideas, and he found a box spring that would fit my needs and my budget.
Here is the amazing part, since my house was on his way home and he was about to close shop, he volunteered to deliver it to me. I helped him carry it upstairs and we set it up together. No only that, he carted the old one away! When we are ready to by another bed set next year, we will shop only here.

I walked into this store last Saturday with no real intent of buying a mattress that day. I wanted to check out prices and different kinds of mattresses first. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away by Randall who helped me find out which mattress would work best for me.
Chris, the store manager, came up to help answer some questions I had regarding the features of a particular mattress that I fell in love with. After more back and forth, a few jokes and conversation, he was able to get me a fantastic sale price. It was then that I told them both I loved and hated them at the same time. It was just too good of a deal to pass up and I knew I wasn’t going to getter a better one elsewhere.
I told them to hook it up and left happy with a mattress cover to protect my investment and a scheduled delivery two days later. The customer service at this location is absolutely fantastic. It’s a shame more places don’t do it like this anymore.

Chris is the most helpful sales guy ever! Very knowledgable and not pushy. I’ve bought many mattresses/​pillows and covers through him! This location on eastern and serene is the best one to go to! He’s made me a customer for life! I sleep so much better and can’t thank him enough! He knows his shit!

Went in looking for a mattress for my new place. They had some great deals along the sale walk. I found an Ashlin Temporpedic (sp?) for a great deal. Randall (who was new) said they had the same mattress in the clearance department. I found exactly what he was talking about, but it had the same price tag on it. Randall checked with his manager Chris (Sounded just like Ricky Gervais lol) and he told him discount it even more ! We were in and out with our mattress within 15 minutes. Turns out it was Randall’s first sale, won’t be his last. And lastly they helped take the mattress out to my car and helped tie it to the roof of the vehicle. Will be getting our mattresses from these two again that’s for sure.

The customer service at this store is utterly amazing. I needed a simple twin bed set-​up for a guest room and didn’t want to spend too much. Chris and the other gentleman were terrific. If you think customer service at retail businesses is a thing of the past in America, then you haven’t been to this store. I was in and out quickly, and my bed was delivered and set up the same day. I can’t say enough about the service. I got a very nice and quite comfortable bed for a very nice price too. I won’t hesitate to recommend this store. These guys are exceptional and they sell great products.

Had a really good first time experience shopping for mattresses at this place. The guy who welcomed us at the door was a very nice British gentleman. He was very courteous and showed us his top products for reasonable prices! Not to mention he managed to match the prices that SAMs club had to offer with better quality brands.

This British manger guy is awesome! Helping us save money, sleep happy. Also very fast and made it easy for us to purchase.’ This guys really knocked out socks off with is great deal!

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile by Chris. At the time Chris was helping another customer with a purchase, but he acknowledged my presence. I watched him walk the customer out the door and hold the door open for her. Throughout the interaction Chris was friendly, enthusiastic, and informative. He suggested what would be the best option for me and walked me through the process of purchasing a bed. I have worked in sales before and I know what kind of character and personality it takes to truly make a customer comfortable. I know there are different personality types, but I feel as though Chris is adjustable to all types. He is one of the reasons I purchased the bed that day. Usually I take my time to make a final a decision. I will it think it through for a week, but on that day I purchased the bed and I was very happy. Chris made the store feel like home. I could definitely see him coaching others to provide the best customer service for the company. The day of my delivery Beto and Bryan arrived on time and were very careful while bring the bed up to the second floor. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and with the customer service.

About a year ago i had bought a bed from the one on marks and the bed didn’t fit me so my back started to hurt. I started looking for new bed and i went to the one on Serene and I am so glad they have Chris working there he is amazing! He took his time to find me the bed that would best work for me and since i have had the bed i have no issues! Also the delivery guys were really nice fast and efficient. I would recommend this mattress firm and Chris of course!

Where do I begin with this place first off as soon as you walk thru the door they treat you like family. My mother and I walked in looking for a bed and was greeted instantly by a kind gentleman named Chris. Wow I was amazed we definitely need more people working in the bussiness like him I highly recommend it to Anybody looking for a bed you will leave with a smile on your face and a new bed thank you a lot Chris for treating us like family

I purchased a high end firm mattress today and as someone in the costumer service industry, I would steal these employees in a second! Friendly knowledgeable and at no time did I feel like I was being sold, Chris & Antoine were both very professional and helpful. I ended up, up selling myself LOL I will continue to send friends and neighbors to this store, as well as return myself for any bedding needs in my future. Thank you both and thank you mattress firm, The costumer service received turned a difficult and confusing experience into one of pleasure.

Chris, the manager, was AWESOME! We took our time looking at the mattresses while our son played with the toys there. Chris was entertaining our son as well and gave him snacks. He was friendly, he gave us all the information we needed and he was patient. And on top of that, WE GOT THE BEST DEAL ON A KING SIZE MATTRESS! I recommend this location because the employees were all friendly!!!

I stopped by here on a whim today, before heading to Big Lots for a mattress. Chris («The Brit»), Richard, and Antoine greeted me as soon as I walked in. Right away, I received help with finding an affordable, full size, plush mattress. They pulled out several different samples before my roommate spotted a pillow top on display. With the help of all three employees, I got a GREAT deal. (They called it a steal. Same difference haha) The original ticket was double what my budget called for, but with their help, I paid in a much more comfortable price range. So glad I came here instead of Big Lots!

Chris the Brit is amazing. Super knowledgeable, very friendly. We tested every bed twice and he patiently waited while our small child ran around in circles. Great deal best prices in town.

This is an update from my first review.
I bought a mattress and bed from this store. The bed is one that adjusts up and down at the head and feet. The people delivered as promised and set it up. However, they set up the bed so close to the plug in the wall that when I raised the bed it broke the plug. One of the three prongs broke completely off and the other two are now really bent. This occurred the first and only time I raised the bed. I immediately called the store and spoke to Chris the manager whom also sold me the bed. He said he would call me back shortly. Four hours later I called him back. He said that he was working on it and would call me tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning came and went and I called the store a third time at 3 pm. A gentleman told me that Chris was unable to come to the phone. My bed/​mattress that cost over 5K is now stuck in an upright position and this is how I was forced to sleep on it last night. Looks like tonight will be the same way… I will update this review accordingly. I am not impressed so far and I am not done letting people know.
Shortly after posting my first Unilocal review I received a call back from Chris at the store with an apology as well as an online response from Tiffany at corporate Mattress Firm. I assume that the Tiffany response was automatic due to the unsatisfactory rating because an Adam from corporate then contacted me by phone. He did call and leave two messages before I called him back. Chris from the store said he had two options for me which were as follows:
1. They send me the piece by mail and I fix it myself.
2. I wait until «First thing Thursday» and they can have someone come out. Thursday was seven days after my first complaint.
I chose option 2 even though I was not happy with either. I spoke to Adam from corporate on Monday and he seemed to already know that the store had set me up for Thursday. He claimed that he could get someone out earlier and said he would call me back. He called back around 6 pm that night and said that he could not make that happen after all and that again I would have to wait until Thursday.
Thursday came and went. I called Adam at noon when the guys who were supposed to arrive «First thing…» did not. I left him a message then and another around 330pm. Adam did call me back on Thursday around 4pm. I give him credit — he took all responsibility that the fix for my bed had not arrived. He said that he mistakenly cancelled it on Monday when he was trying to move it up. He then made another promise. «You will be the first delivery tomorrow.» He also promised a call back to verify the fix was complete and to let me know of the «Substantial amount,» which he claimed I would be getting off of my bed because of all the issues.
Friday morning at 8am my phone rings. The guys from Mattress Firm said they would be there in 1 hour. I appreciate the call ahead because I don’t get off work until 4am. However, the call said 9 am and the gentlemen did not arrive until 1030. I clearly was not their first delivery They even admitted as much during our conversation.
So today is Wednesday almost a week later and still no call from Adam from corporate. I did not ask for any money off my bed but he offered it as an attempt at a remedy. I have not heard from Adam or Chris or Tiffany or anyone else from Mattress Firm since my issue was finally corrected.
I slept with my bed which cost over $ 5000 in an upright position for over a week. Mattress Firm dropped the ball continuously and I will never use them again. I will make sure everyone else knows the service I received as well. Please check out my other Unilocal ratings. I hate negativity but I feel like I would be doing others an injustice if I did not write this review.

Went in to look at a cloud breeze. Encountered a extra rude sales lady who could not take no for an answer. The husband and I are just looking at this time not looking to buy a thing. Now a great sales person knows how to handle this. They would have given my husband a business card. And got lost.
But the sale lady see she was so desperate she continued to ask personal information. So what bedroom are you looking to put the bed in? Im like nosey much? Does it matter? I wanted to say so badly. Then she ask are you two on a budget? At this point I just am itching to ask her can u get the hell out of my face? But I said nothing. She ask would u like a king or queen? One more time the husband and I are not looking to buy anything and if I was id choose another sales person at this point. Learn how and when to back off. I was going to buy but because you could not give me time alone with my husband your 7,000 dollar sale just walked out the door. I knew what bed to look at because I been looking at it online. Had u just given a business card and walked away we would have called u back over and indeed bought a bed upon today. But I got to tell ya I will never be bullied into buying anything ever. Every good sales person knows the wife will assist you in getting the product sold. Should you make the wife angry the husband wont buy anything. Most husband’s dont want to buy anything anyway. And most sales men understand the walk away is just time for the wife to tell her husband. Look dear this is the item I desire. Please get this one. I never want to return to this location. I had a great time at the henderson location last year when we got a king size bed for the master bedroom. I will return to henderson for the breeze bed that my heart desires. Sad to say as we exit the store she was still asking questions. So where can I have your new breeze bed delivered to? This child was worse than a used car sales men. My husband was all excited shes a great sales person he said. Im like really honey if shes so great tell me how many beds did she sale us?

It’s a mattress place, guys. Get ready for salespeople.
All in all, not a terrible experience. The salesperson who helped us was actually much more helpful than I anticipated, and got us a great deal on our new Tempurpedic Cloud king mattress by finding one that someone had ordered brand-​new but I guess decided they didn’t want when the delivery person came. (???) I didn’t really care because I got a discount and it hadn’t even been used.
Back feels better, though, so that’s a nice plus to the Tempurpedics. I’d probably recommend someone to this location.
