Purely unprofessional, my husband and I had a costume party to go to the weekend before holloween, I took a dress in to be altered, I said I needed the neck line squared out and the hemlines to just above my knee, made sure he understood that I did not want my behind to hang out, we picked the dress along with the 2 suits, even the cashier did a double take when she saw the dress it was a shirt now, the guy cut it to short, there was nothing they were willing to do, I had to leave to go out of town right after picking up the stuff from them, they wouldn’t even let us speak to the owner, manager nothing, by the time we got to our destination we found out they never returned a suit vest either. so they stole from me. they have bad customer service, poor business ethics… never trust your clothing with these people. Truly unethical.

Just awful. Ruined my silk sweater and just handed it to me like nothing happened. Jerks.
