This is the best pawnshop in Las Vegas. I have been to the others (Super Pawn, EZ Pawn), and they are SO rude compared to the extremely helpful folks at Metropawn. Metropawn works with me to make sure I’m happy with the arrangements (and I always am). When I call to ask about the status of my loans or for any other random kind of information (the kind of requests that used to frustrate the clerks at other pawn shops even though it’s important stuff) the clerks are so knowledgeable, and if they don’t know off the top of their heads, they really do what they have to in order to give me an answer. I never, ever go to other pawnshops anymore. Metro Pawn is also conveniently located and easily accessible. Going to the pawn shop used to be stressful for me but since I discovered Metro Pawn it has become so much easier.

I took a few gold chains and rings to sell. The lady took 15 minutes to look through everything, and she didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing. I went down the street to another pawn shop, it took them 3 minutes, and they offered $ 200 more than this place without knowing I was shopping around. I would recommend getting a second opinion before selling any jewelry here.

Nice shop close to home, didn’t even know it was there! Got a good loan on my ring. Store looked nice but I was in a hurry so I didn’t get a good look at everything. Everyone was very nice.
