Tried this place for the first time today. Service was ok but overall, pretty disappointed. First, they do not offer law enforcement discounts, not even on the uniforms. I was very shocked. Also, confirmed they ship out all their orders. This led to a problem with our last cleaner, more of a chance to get your order lost or delayed. Will keep searching for a cleaner but this will be the last time we use Mom & Pops.

Personally I prefer my dry cleaning to stay in one location. This particular location ships out dry cleaning. They are the middle man in housing customer articles. Perhaps that’s the reason they charge over $ 4 to dry clean jeans. I’m not a fan of how they conduct business.

Had two pairs of slacks that needed alterations. The got the waist size right but screwed up the hems on both pairs. I got two different lengths than what I asked for. Instead of 32″, I got 43″ and 45″ on them. Really disappointed that they screwed it up. Now I have to take them back so they can correct it. Not only that, they got the cuffs on the one pair uneven and crooked.

I dig that this place is close to my house as well as the fact that they are polite, clean and always have quick service.
I generally stop by once a week or so to drop off a handful of items… mostly work attire. I’ve never had to wait for longer than a couple minutes for my items and to pay.
The business is small and isn’t overcrowded by hundreds of clothes and people. This tells me they take their time with my clothes and I appreciate that.
The prices are very competitive, I actually think they are cheaper than other places I have tried.
I’ll keep going as long as my clothes keep looking great from them!

Prompt and Accomodating… I was in a rush to have a huge load of sheets and clothing laundered and dry cleaned after my washing machine decided to quit. They opened their doors early and even went as far as to call me when my items returned — same day. It’s nothing too special, but they do a good job and have taken good care of me. This is my new place…

The ladies here are calm and honest. Prices are decent, definitely worth the dirty expensive clothes I’ve thrown at them almost twice a week! I’ve recommended them to everyone who asks about dry cleaners!

Decided to give this place a try, and deviate from my normal 2 star location across the street from Mom and Pops Cleaners. The clothes and uniform I picked up were cleaned and pressed properly and on time. The price was pretty good, and less then across the street. The cashier didn’t have a personality, which I actually found funny. In the end, it doesn’t matter much because its a quick stop. I may have found a new dry cleaners.

Good and convenient place to take your dry cleaning. No issues after 3 uses. Prices and turnaround are average. Staff could be friendlier, but as long as my clothing comes out okay, I don’t mind them being grumpy.

They have a fast turn around and can get spots out as long as you tell them about them on drop-​off. Staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable.
