Thank you Robert for fixing my Armada. NISSAN was going to charge me more than double the amount I paid. You guys rock.

DON’T LET MY AUTO SERVICE SCREW YOU TOO! My vehicle has spent over 5 days of the last three weeks in the shop. It first went in for a oil gage problem and a fuel gage that was not working as it should. The diagnosis was that the guage cluster was bad. 4 clustered later it was now the sending unit and fuel pump. They had to put it on the lift to drop the fuel tank. My auto called to say it was fixed. My wife and son went to pick up the vehicle. When they got in to drive it they noticed it would not turn and was making noise. They were told that the axle was bad but it was safe to drive but the axle would need to be replaced in 6 months. They got the vehicle home but it would not turn so I called My Auto and they sent a tow truck to pick it up.
So, Donny the new manager calls me the next day and tells me that because my shocks were bad that when they put my vehicle on the lift the axle over extended an pulled out. So now I’ll need a new axle (which he will pay for), and two new shocks that will cost an additional $ 200.00. It’s been 72 hours now and I have not heard from Donny regarding the vehicle. I have now spent $ 700 for the guages $ 700 for the fuel pump and another $ 200 for shocks and this is with my military discount. Samantha the old manager would have fix this issue at minimal cost without my vehicle being in the shop for a week.
Short story is I’m done with My Auto an will do my best to keep anyone from getting screwed by them again. DON’T TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO My Auto Service on Craig and Lamb in North Las Vegas.
So I went in yesterday to check on my vehicle. I found it up on the lift with the wheel off and the work that was supposed to be done had even been started. Donny did however find a couple of new oil leaks to fix. It’s now afternoon of the next day and no word as yet when it wii be done.

Paid well over $ 400 to fix a broken axle seal and have my brakes worked on last year, took it to a different shop this week for a separate issue only to find that not only was the seal not fixed, the mechanic found no evidence of any of the other work ever having been done. Real swell place to go if you have lots of money and you don’t need anything fixed.

Can’t vouch for any of their other work, but I went in for a smog (no appointment required) waited for roughly 10 minutes, and was on the road again. Would definitely recommend!

The ladies up front, particularly Sam, are wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The service technicians are knowledgeable and the entire experience is pleasant which is saying a lot knowing you are walking in the door having to spend mulah. Thank you My Auto.

Initially I called and asked for a «Labor Only» quote for replacing the Timing Belt and Water pump (a $ 60.00 kit) and all other belts since I would order the parts from the net. Sam (manager) at My Auto told me I may want to get a quote from Meyers Auto Parts (where they get their parts — at Nellis and Lake Meade). So I called Meyers and all the parts were about 40.00 dollars higher than the Net — so I thought lets just get them now. The Timing Belt and Water pump Kit were $ 65.00 + tax available for $ 55.00 on the net. I was told by Trent (on duty manager next day — since Sam was sick) at My Auto that if they ordered the parts then everything would be warranted. So after I had the car towed there and they diagnosed the vehicle additional (legitimate) problems were found like the Brakes and Motor Mount. When reviewing my bill later I see that I was charged $ 250.00 dollars for the $ 60.00 dollar kit. A 400% Markup. I would NEVER allow this company to furnish ANY parts, the Mechanics seem competent however this is why Repair Shops generally get bad opinions — they are looking to Pad the Bill any way possible.

Drove by and I thought Why Not. I failed a smog and talked to My Auto to see what my options are. Leroy is awesome! He knew what he was asking about and gave us options on what we can do. Then he directed us to Sam who was super cool and gave us pricing. I really like how we can bring in our own parts and they would just charge for labor. Already told my friends and they go there.

I walked in on a Wednesday morning to get a full synthetic oil change. My boyfriend recommended this place to me, and this is where he gets his oil changed. $ 50 for full syn, $ 5 extra for a canister filter, $ 3 disposal fee, and a few bucks for the extra oil my Lexus needed. My total was around $ 60, which beats the $ 110 I paid over at Goodyear (which I wouldn’t recommend).
They weren’t at all pushy about recommending extra services, which can be rather annoying. I hate when the guy doing my oil change tells me how badly I need brakes/​tires/​fluid flushes/​etc. They seemed genuine, especially for an auto shop.
The staff was extremely friendly. I got up to see if they had a snack machine (they didn’t), so the gentleman at the desk offered me some of his sunflower seeds and spicy beef jerky. I declined, but it was a really nice gesture. I watched as he made friendly chit chat with the other customers.

Not every location does alignments, so you need to call ahead to make sure they offer your particular service.

First smog check since moving to NV last year. Was recommended by a friend and was greeted by Sam at the register. She is very approachable and helpful. She has a great attitude and patient with my questions. $ 15 for smog, and they offer 10% for other services with military ID. Took about 30 minutes with 3 other customers ahead. Happy with their service!

Horrible experiences! First, we got our BRAND NEW car serviced a few months ago and they didn’t put our oil cap back on! We noticed when there was oil dripping down the car onto the driveway and called to explain what happened. The employee tried to say that they don’t take the oil cap off to change the oil. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So we went down there, they fixed their mistake after they conveniently found our oil cap on their floor, and gave us a free oil change to use later. Well we went back a few days ago and they did the same thing! Who knows how much damage has been done to our new car. Apparently the employees are not smart enough to put an oil cap back on. Twice. To the same customers. It’s safe to say we will never go there again.

Smog, $ 15 bucks out the door in about 30min! Nice!

I’ve been going here for the past year for oil & fluid changes. DJ always makes you feel welcome & knows how to treat their customers. They always have great deals! I have not had any problems with them at all.
