My Pedi Nails & Spa

Recently went back and was not pleased with my visit. I was not familiar with the lady they assigned to me. I’ve never seen her before, so I’m not sure if she’s new or not. Regardless, it took me several times to tell her to cut my nails before she did it. She was also constantly messing up (I honestly don’t mind if you mess up, but I expect you to want to fix it) she was so overtly frustrated about something that the polish came out uneven throughout my nails. I ended up taking it off the next day. I won’t be returning without asking for Amy or Ann, if at all.

I always come to this place & it’s perfect everytime! It’s very clean, also very pretty inside I’d highly recommend my pedi spa!

After coming from Hawaii to Vegas, I held out going to the nail salon because I really wanted to see if I could find someplace awesome here, and guess what? I did. Me and my sisters were Unilocaling and researching like hell to find a good place to good place to go to. This was nearby and the reviews were not lying when they said it was one of their best experience.
From my perspective, considering the places I went to in Hawaii and to find this quality I got here at My Pedi Spa, it’s a dramatic change. I mean they are good at home, but for the same prices I pay there is the same here, and they do much more.
Going on to the service; I came in for a pedi and a gel mani, both French tip. My first gel and frenchie, and I am über happy. I was serviced by Linda and Cindy, they were very great and professional. They made the experience very comfortable for me.
Salon: clean, and the ambiance was replacing. I enjoy d the sound of the waterfall they have in the front.
When I come back to Vegas, I’ll be back here for sure.

Walked in without appointment and was taken care of almost immediately. Great service with professional and very nice nail technicians! Extremely clean and well-​maintained facility.

So today my friend and I walked into this nail salon for the first time, granted we came near closing, we would have been fine if they said no but they said yes so we sat down. I was getting just a hard gel manicure and my friend a pedicure and eye brow wax. So from my point for the both of our experience, it was hot, like it was uncomfortable, he said he didn’t want to turn the air on because it was closing, fine, but then my lady started doing my nails, she said I remind her of Halloween and that I looked scary and questioned me for why I dress the way I do. Sorry but that’s really mean. Then I warned her my nails are beyond paper thin and she files them down that it hurt and I told her and she didn’t listen. And she broke 3 of my nails and didn’t want to fix them, like um great now I have all my nails different lengths and different shapes. And then she went to put the gel on, she didn’t cure the base coat then she put gel on and everything was so messy and on my skin/​cuticle! So then she goes to shape them and she kept hurting me trying to get some of the gel off but um it’s stuck to my skin. And I told her it hurt, so what ever we finished. The owner walked by and asked me and I was like they are okay but they are going to peel after a week, he said no they are fine. And okay well my paper thin nails hurt so bad and they have never before :/​I mean I’m grateful I paid the 50 $ and tipped her 20 $. But it sucks for what I got. And then my friend was told a price for her pedicure and they ended up charging her for more. They didn’t didn’t even warn her and she told her what she wanted prior to the service being done. Then she was told one price to remove the callus and the owner walked by and tripled the price!!! Like are you serious? And then I went with her to get her eye brows waxed. Lord geebuz! She was so messy and she didn’t listen to what she wanted. The lady (the one that did my nails waxed her eyebrows) just wanted to do an easy clean up but my friend wanted an arch and then she was like okay what ever and then she was like just being messy. My friend’s hair is covered in wax :/​we are hoping oil gets it out. And lord knows how, but there was wax on her pants too. Anyways. My point is. Don’t ever go near closing time, ever. I paid the price :(
Update: okay so as I predicted, they started lifting and nails cracked. And weirdly enough. She filed my nails so thin, that on some of the nails free edge they came off from under the gel. I just wish they were nicer and apologized, or offered to fix it, not just assume they are right no matter what and I’m the customer and don’t know anything.

What a great place. A little more pricey than your average nail salon but so worth it. The waterfall sound is such a nice touch when you close your eyes to enjoy your pedi

Absolutely loved it! Clean, professional, friendly, beautifully decorated and a job WELL done.
Sometimes nail salons will slack on ya if all you’re getting is a «basic mani.» So when they see you don’t want any parts of the up sell they REALLY go half a**. Well, that’s all I can get and chances are I’m only gonna wear this polish for two/​three days or so. Besides, I work with my hands and not everyone wants dragon nails so, take me as I am lol
Anywho, I WILL be back! Next time, it’ll be the full service. I thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Came here to get our nails done before my friend wedding. It was nice, the message chairs were the best! It’s a little dark inside so it was hard to see the true nail polish colors but I loved mine anyway! I got a delux pedi (I think) it was all individual packets with sugar scrub, lotions Ina chamomile scent and it came with a heel treatment lotion to take home. It’s pretty pricy but everything was very good! I had a young gentleman do my pedi and the message felt amazing. I had an older gentlemen help me take off my breaking set and put a fresh on on and they came out awesome– it was clearly a perfectionist and fixed things I didn’t even notice or care about. My nails were also pretty sensitive from removing the set and he did it gently

I got the organic pedicure scrub and it was heavenly! They were all so friendly and professional. I talked with my technician the whole time and had a really enjoyable experience! Their design for my toenails was absolutely awesome!

I chose this spa because my granddaughter wanted a mani and pedi and they have chairs for children. It has been a great experience ever since. My niece, my granddaughter and I now have standing 2 week appts.
The atmosphere is so upbeat and fun.
Everyone is so friendly and have turned into family! I am always getting compliments on my nails. You will not be disappointed.

My 1^st time here and I LOVE IT! They take their time on you… no rushing even if its busy

Nice staff. But im extremely disappointed with the services that I received, the first time I went in I got IDB gel with the gel polish and I’m not sure if was their gel but it is absolutely terrible. Went back and got my nails fixed and they’re still mediocre. Not to mention that there gel polish colors aren’t even accurate totally different color on Gel nails.

Always come here cause they are professional and do a great job. Big bonus is they have the mini pedi chair for my baby girl. Nice toes now.

I love this place and Amy works wonders on my feet and hands… perfect every time! The spa has a nice atmosphere and I’m always treated great on the phone and on person… so accommodating! I love chatting with Amy :) I her attention to detail and recommendations are supberb. I can’t wait to get my next pedicure soon.

I am really sad that I have to downgrade my previous review of (what I thought used to be) a really great salon. I have been going to this spa for pedicures for 6 months and last time I looked, I actually had the most check-​ins here.
I must preface this review by stating that I did NOT have an appointment when I went in approximately 2 weeks ago. HOWEVER, I did call ahead and asked if they had availability for a pedicure in approximately twenty minutes from the time I called. While the gentleman that answered the phone was not necesarilly friendly, he did state that they had availability and I should come in. Upon walking in there were several people waiting. I stood there… and stood there… and stood there… until a technician finally looked up from their station and addressed my presence. They told me that I would be up next. There was no seating left in the waiting area so I continued to stand around. Finally a technician started the pedicure tub so I could soak my feet as I waited. I wished he would have done that for me in the first 10 minutes that I was standing there.
The pedicure was great, but as expected at close to $ 60.00 a pop. I noticed that the technician (who was very sweet) kept looking at the clock and somewhat rushed through the stone massage and other treatments that they typically take their time with. This was confusing to me because it was around 6:30 p.m. and I thought the salon was open until late in the evening. After the pedicure, they put me at the drying station. They asked for payment while I was sitting there drying (which is efficient and I don’t mind), but I KID YOU NOT, they shut off the lights to the salon as I was sitting there!
I asked a lady with long hair what time they closed because I thought they were open until 11:00 p.m. Her response, «no not anymore, we want to go home.» I asked her what time they closed and she said «7:30 p.m.» which is what time it was that they shut off the lights. However, the door said that they are open until 8:00 p.m. Basically, they closed early because I was the last customer there and rushed me out.
I pay a lot of money to relax and enjoy spa treatments. They rushed me, acted as if I was a burden, and they must not want my money. I am very bummed because I thought I found «my» spot for pedicures. In fact, whenever friends or family visit I took them there. But apparently they must be doing very well for themselves since they did not provide the customer service that warrants a return visit.

Definitely a surprise inside. It is very large and fancy. There are no less than 10 types of light fixtures including glass blown sculpture pendants and disco balls. There’s multiple water features, tvs and current music. The ambiance is lovely. They have cucumber infused water for guests.
I came in on a Tuesday afternoon for a mani/​pedi. There was no problem getting an appointment when I called the day before.
Everyone was friendly and called me by name. My nail tech gave a good massage.
They have a variety of services and offered me upgrades multiple times. I politely declined and stuck with the standard. A regular mani/​pedi is $ 40 which is normal or maybe slightly higher than some. My girlfriend got a gel mani and notes it was pricier than other places she has frequented.
This would be a good place to come with a group as the salon is huge and has about 15 pedi chairs! They also have 2 little girl chairs that look like pink butterflies. So cute!
My nails look nice and I would return. They did offer discounts for Unilocalers.
