The services here at State Farm are phenomenal. The staff are all very friendly and getting set up with car and life insurance was super fast and easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing car or life insurance. They also offer a «good student» discount which is very beneficial for college students like me. In addition, my family and I saved money switching to State Farm from another insurance company!

typical scummy insurance agents!!! lied about policy and only want to sell the product just so they can get commission. wanted to cancel policy and was told i would pay penalty. duhhhhh… you pay premium and you get insurance policy. you don’t pay premium and they cut it off right away!!! i never heard of, if you don’t finish out the term of the policy, you have to pay a penalty and fees!!! do not use nancy kim and jeff!!! horrible individuals selling insurance!!! commission whores!!! do not trust what they say!!!

omg. this agency is the best agency I dealt with. Nancy is absolutely fabulous. she is honest and very customer oriented. she won’t try to sell anything that you don’t need. very friendly staff. best agency in las vegas by far.

Spoke to Nancy on the phone and she insisted I come in to meet her, even though I preferred to just set everything up over the phone (typical high-​pressure salesman tactic — this should have been warning #1). But OK, fine — I set up an appointment. I get to her office at the appointment time and she’s not even there!
So let me get this right: You insist on me coming in to meet you and then don’t even show up? This is the most disrespectful thing you can ever do to a customer. I have been a long time State Farm customer, but the agents in Las Vegas so far are really letting me down.

Worst agent ever. Lied to me about rates and her office has the worst customer service ever. I would go to another company because State Farm has higher rates then most other places and if you insist on State Farm I would use anybody but this poor excuse for an office and horrible agent. When we left State Farm they tried to sell my progressive insurance since her husband sells for progressive which seems fishy to me. I would avoid this place like the plague. Try liberty or farmers for better rates and service.

The thing I like about this state farm at Nancy Kim’s office is that they know how to take care of the clients. They’ll do whatever they can to help you out whatever the situation is. I recommend you guys to go check out her office and see what they can do for you.

After researching a lot of information online about insurance, I found that State Farm had the best rates with the best coverage, and I figured if I logged onto their website I would just be assigned some random agent, and I was looking for a little more personalized service. I was eating at one of my favorite restaurants, and saw Nancy’s location was right there! This location is extremely convenient, close to my work, Starbucks, great restaurants, the 15, all the necessities for living in Las Vegas. I stopped in and everyone was who I encountered was extremely friendly. Nancy took the time to meet with me and answered a ton of questions that I had for her. She was able to find deductions and save me a lot of money per month, a big savings compared to what I had been paying with my old insurance company. «Discount Double Check!» Haha! I feel like everyone there welcomed me into their little insurance family, and I could give them a call anytime I had a question or needed anything. Thanks Nancy!
