the nanny service was requested the day of our event and the service reassured me that they would have the perfect person for our as I had explained what type of temperament of people who make our son smile. I was very impressed with our nanny. The only draw back is the price of the service. I think it would be cheaper to bring a nanny from home next time and have them stay with us to enjoy VEGAS. the reason for the lack of the 5^th star due to high pricing! Other them that great company and great nanny

We have been using this service for almost 9 months now, from nannies to party servers and even a chef or two — Nannies and Housekeepers is on top of it. Their army of dedicated people show up ready to rock, the Nannies have been the sweetest, always show up on time (actually a few minutes early always) and our daughter is always cared for at home, in her surroundings. I don’t need a village, just access to this dedicated team.

We had never used a sitter that we didn’t know so were really nervous, but our experience with Kelly was great. She was very professional and the kids had a good time. She didn’t mind me checking in a few times and responded promptly to my texts. We would do this again.

Absolutely worth it to enjoy the night life in Vegas! I booked over the phone with Katherine who was very friendly and told me their process. The concierge at Caesars recommended this company and our sitter arrived right on time with a suitcase full of crafts and books and was in uniform and happy to meet our daughter. She stayed with her for 5.5 hours and the charge was $ 257 plus $ 15 booking fee. Additional cash tip is optional but we did. The paperwork was straightforward and professional. It’s pricey but this buys confidence that your child is in safe hands. Our nanny was friendly caring and kind. She did art projects and fed her and put her to bed including brushing teeth! You can tell she loves kids! They had a ball and she even left a lovely note of thanks and a daily report of what they did what she ate her runny nose and potty trips etc. All of these small touches go a long way to reassure us that the night went well. Best part was she texted me throughout the evening to let me know they were doing great. We come to Vegas next year for a conference and I can’t wait to request her the next time!

Catherine is the agent that she spoke with us for the rate. She told us that it was $ 24 an hour and $ 15 booking fee. After I compared with others I booked. Guess what, when my wife and I checked the nanny out. She charged us $ 45 an hour. We called Catherine back and she picked up the phone. I asked her, why are you charging us $ 45 instead of $ 24? She told me it was wrong, it should be $ 35 an hour. Then I asked her, nanny told me was $ 45, so she then told me yes it is $ 45. I am really confused, from $ 24 to $ 35 and then to $ 45? I was really pissed off that why an agency would give wrong information for getting our business. This agency is very sketchy and feel like a fraud that will cheat your money for business. Better stay away. This is will be problems for many. The Nanny also told us that the agency had histories. This is not acceptable of cheating your customer like this.

Extremely upset with this company. The process was explained to me over the phone last week. The way it was explained was IF I wanted access to all of their services I could pay the yearly fee (which was $ 99 last week, is now back to $ 169). If I did not need these other services then I could just register online and pay my housekeeper $ 20 an hour for a 5 hour minimum when she comes. Perfect, that’s exactly what I’m looking for. I went to register today, and NOPE. You have to pay the $ 169 whether you use their extra services or not. When you do the math, they are expensive. You can hire a regular cleaning company for much less and they do a great job. Avanti cleaners is one of them. The girl last week AND Sarah who I spoke to today failed to mention the registration fee. Hmmmm, wonder why? Because it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend.

We used the firm for 3 nights in Las Vegas and have to say they were fantastic. Totally accommodating of changing times and plans and the lady we had, Carol, was awesome. I would happily recommend them.

Pricey but totally worth it!!!
We have been using this service for several months now when we have to go out for my husband’s work or to just make sure we are getting regular date nights. The nanny comes to our home to watch our 14 month old.
The nannies they send are top notch and have been totally checked out via background checks, reference checks, and drug testing. They have to have minimum experience and be CPR certified. We LOVE our regular nanny and we always request her. She brings paints and does art time with our 14 month old.
The service is incredibly professional and a couple times there was a hang up with a reservation. One time my reservation was lost and the other time I swore I sent one in but they didn’t have it (could have totally been my error). Both times, the people in the office responded promptly to arrange a nanny and they even waived the last minute booking charge. Everyone in this office is so nice to work with.
We pay $ 30 booking fee each time and then you have to pay the nanny $ 12/​hour. It’s definitely on the higher end but it’s worth it to feel comfortable when leaving our daughter at home. Also, the fact that we can always get a sitter whether it’s a holiday, last minute, etc makes the service invaluable to us.

We have used Nannies and Housekeepers on call services for the last 5 months or so. We started by using them while I was still on maternity leave for an odd night off. They always sent a highly qualified nanny to care for our baby. We met a nanny that our baby loved so much, Shelae, so we had her work with us for the summer before she went back to school.
We have just completed the search for a full time nanny. Nannies & Housekeepers sent us several resumes of highly qualified candidates. My husband and I were probably overly picky as our daughter is our first baby. Nannies & Housekeepers were very patient with us. I tried a couple of different routes (friends, co-​workers, various online services) to solicit nanny candidates but the Nannies & Housekeepers candidates always had the greatest credentials.
I won’t kid you — it is costly. Expect to pay the nanny herself (which for full time services is 2−3x what a day care would cost). In my opinion it is worth it, because I want the baby to have one on one individual attention. Also, expect to pay the agency their finder’s fee (which can be more than a couple thousand). I tried to solicit resumes myself and found that the agencies candidates were head and shoulders above the rest. My other resources turned up people without reliable transportation, without a real interest in babies, or people looking for a way to watch their own kids while watching mine. With the agency, we found candidates who would be dedicated to our baby alone — which is what we desired.
We have found our permanent placement nanny & are looking forward to having her for at least a year. I would recommend this service, first, if you have the money and second, if you are very picky and want someone to give your child one on one attention.

We were recently in Vegas for a one day conference at the Venetian. We needed to take our very active 6 year old son with us, and we had planned more family types of activities on the days prior to the conference. However, we needed to find a quality nanny to watch him on the day of the conference. Luckily, I did some research, and I discovered that Nannies & Housekeepers USA came highly recommended everywhere we looked. Yes, it is not cheap, but I did not want to look at saving dimes and pennies when it came to the welfare of our son.
We were matched with the most wonderful nanny, Selinda. She came with tons of activities, and immediately made my son the center of attention. She brought him down to the food court for lunch, and helped find us seats, chairs, and whisked him off for some fun when his attention span came to an end. He loved her, and she took a picture of him in front of the living statue down in the shops area for us. Everytime, I needed to text her, she replied within a few minutes. He wanted to have her as his nanny here in Denver when we returned home.
The attention to detail with this agency was at a very high level. We have the same conference next summer and plan on using this agency and hopefully Selinda again when we return. I highly recommend both our nanny and the agency!

I was in Vegas from out of town for a vow renewal and the couple who invited us wanted to have children at the ceremony as well as the dinner but still wanted adults only time later in the evening to hit a lounge or two… I booked Nannies & Housekeepers USA thru the Aria hotel where I was staying and could not have been happier.
Shelae H. was our sitter and she really went the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter does not like missing out on the fun and being with sitters and we have not even found a sitter in our home area that we liked as much as Shelae! She arrived early and waited on the landing area near the elevators then knocked on our hotel room door exactly on time, went over the important details (bedtime, allergies, my rules, etc.) She brought several games and toys for my daughter to play with and did not seem rushed to put my daughter to bed since I said she could stay up late while on vacation.
When I arrived at the end of the evening Shelae told me briefly that things went well but also included a detailed thank you note with all the details of what they did that evening. The service was a bit expensive for an evening out but honestly well worth it so that both my daughter & I could enjoy the best of Vegas!

I was in town for vacation and rented a house in Summerlin. I hired a temp housekeeper for the month and was very happy! The staff was VERY helpful and booked me a great housekeeper. She was sweet, punctual and did a great job cleaning with the minimal supplies we were given at the rental house:) I would highly recommend them for any domestic needs.

So we are in Las Vegas for a spring break vacation and a ½ marathon. My 6 year old son wanted to go see a show when we booked this trip back in October. We were blessed to adopt our new son Xavier in January. So we all packed up and came into town. We had pretty much everything planned out except the night that we were going to take my oldest son out to dinner and a show (Panda show is really good).
So I thought, this is Vegas, there has to be a boat load of baby sitting services for all the adults who want some fun time away from the kiddies. I checked with the front desk of the time share, and the recommend another company, but the reviews were mixed. Signed up through the internet and was getting a call with in the hour from Amy Hall. She was very nice and helpful and found us a prefect sitter for our 3 month old. Christina Palchetti, was early and very nice. She had a really good resume and a fun personality. We left feeling no worries. Almost every 30 – 45 minutes, she texted us with an update which comforted my wife.
When we got home our little one was fast asleep in her arms. It was well worth the money for the sitter and to have confidence in the person watching our child. Thank you to Amy and to Christina for your awesome service and professionalism!

Nannies & Housekeepers sent our family a top-​notch sitter when they sent Nanny Angie to care for our two young children. She was punctual, professional, and prepared for activities to engage and interact our children. Very impressed!

We used Nannies and Housekeepers twice when we were in Vegas on two separate occasions when our son was 10 and 12 month old. First time they were able to accommodate us on a very short notice, a day before our arrival. It seemed expensive, but I felt that I would rather pay extra and worry less. Everything turned out very well. Nanny came in on time and even a little early, which we appreciated as we were leaving for a show. We felt comfortable with the person and enjoyed our night out. Second time, we booked in advance around Christmas time and our son’s birthday. Nanny, Rachel, was very nice. Came in on time, brought lots of toys and even gave our son a little book as a birthday present. Very cute! Again we felt comfortable and had a great time out knowing our son is in good hands. I would highly recommend using these guys. The price is a small price to pay for the safety of your child and a piece of mind for you.

Used the service twice over new years weekend. Great service! Got two babysitters on short notice. They’re prepared with games, books that are age appropriate. They even leave you a thank you note at the end of the night. While it’s a nice treat to have some babysitting in Vegas it isn’t cheap. $ 45/​hr with a 4 hr min plus a small booking fee. If it were more reasonable, I’d bring the kids to Vegas more often and use it more frequently.

I have a 7 year old son and I have been using the nannies from this service since he was 7 months old. My son has always received quality care and attention from all of the nannies. They all come with resumes and references directly emailed to you with a picture at booking so you know whom to expect. They even contact me with updates on my child while I am out! I would highly recommend this service for parents who want to enjoy the day with their child and at the same time the night life of Las Vegas with knowing that their child is safe.

What a great operation. Rita and Terra in the office were great and spent time answering all my questions.
While no one wants to leave their kiddos with strangers I felt so comforted by the fact that N&H runs such thorough checks on all the care providers and provides you a resume of your sitter beforehand. Carol Cencer was incredible and I reccomend folks request her, she was genuine, kind, fun, experienced and my girls loved their time with her. The ladies are also CPR and first aid trained/​certified in the off-​chance something occurs.

We rolled into Vegas Saturday evening (before new years) and needed someone to watch my 4 year old last minute. I literally had an hour to find someone, and after speaking to Tara for a few minutes, she called me back and secured Sandy to assist us.
$ 45/​hr — 4 hour minimum commitment and a fee for the last minute request. They prefer a 4 hour notice for setting up service.
Sandy was SOOOOOOOOO NICE!!! she came in and told us not to worry and to have a good time, and to come back whenever. We took her suggestion and had an awesome evening and came back in the wee hours. The next day we asked him how everything went and he said he had a good time and they watched a movie and she fed him.
They run background checks on their staff — criminal/​sexual offenders, etc etc etc. The hotel suggested we call the agency, which gives me some faith — I’d think if they had one or 2 customer complaints — or if children were injured on premises they probably would not be recommending them. There is an option for them to take your kids off property if you want to, they bring activities for the kids (I opted Sandy to not bring anything, since this was SUPER last minute and my son was content with what he had). Overall — great service, great last minute option, i felt safe to leave my son in care of a stranger, and for that stranger in be in my hotel room.

We spent one night in Las Vegas during a long road trip from Toronto to California. After 3 days in the car, we needed some time sans bebe.
I was given a referral to Nannies & Housekeepers by the Aria Resort where we were staying. They were able to make very last-​minute arrangements for us and we had a great babysitter that night. Our son was only going to be sleeping while we were gone, which always lessens my concern when considering a sitter, but Fe Cooper arrived, bright eyed and bushytailed (considering it was like 10 p.m.) with a bag full of age appropriate activities for our 16 month old, which was awesome.
It’s not a cheap service, but given the amount of money you’re sure to spend in Vegas anyway, why not enjoy a night out? You can pay the Visa bill later.
I believe there is a one-​time admin fee for booking and then it’s $ 45 per hour, with a minimum 4 hour commitment. Well worth it, I think, after spending 40 hours driving, making up songs about the desert, enduring shitty motels in Omaha and eating every meal sitting in a car seat.
