Mark is the Founder, Owner and Senior Telephony Engineer of Nev-​Comm and is actively involved in the day to day business operations of Nev-​Comm and is often found in the field working with his staff and customers on Phone and Data installs and service.

Mark has earned a distinguished reputation for his patience, knowledge and ability to identify and resolve issues on hardware and software.

As equipment has become more and more specialized, I have chosen a select few of the most ubiquitous systems around, Avaya and Nortel to specialize within. I’ve never had a day in which I didn’t have any work. In this business, it changes by the second. A power outage, a failed hard drive, etc.
