So impressed! These guys were amazing from start to finish. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about was the wait which they informed me off from the beginning. But seeing the quality and level of the install I understand why I had to wait and totally worth it. My neighbor had gone with the other company Rolladen and was very unhappy. Crappy install and multiple warranty issues due to low end product. That company does lie! They lied to my neighbor multiple times about their product and guarantees. Beware just stick with Nevada Rolling Shutter. They’ve done my 2^nd home in Vegas and it’s the best feeling of security when I’m away. They’ve also done 4 other homes on my street. Scott the salesman was very down to earth and really cares about his customers and the company. The install crew consisted of father and sons. A true family company to the T. Thanks again guys customers for life!

This company stands by their work. They respond to you in a very timely manner. They never left us hanging and always listens. I really love their approach and their honesty. The shutters are beutiful and add flare to my home. Most of all I feel very safe.

As I am a business owner I appreciate honesty and integrity. Also being a long time Las Vegas local I’ve seen many fly by night companies. This was a truly amazing company to do business with!
Now to be honest I was a previous customer of their competitor. I had them do my previous address not even knowing about Nevada Rolling Shutter. And it was horrible. Multiple lies, over charges, changes at my install you name it. They even uses subs for the install. And warranty!!! Ha! Forget it! That’s how I came across Nevada Rolling Shutter. I had service needs and was so fed up with Rolladen that after searching I found Nevada Rolling Shutter.
From the start of the initial phone call I knew these guys were so different. They came out the same day for my service needs. Not 9 days later like Rolladen. To top it off they didn’t even charge me!!! I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t even bought from them. When I insisted on paying they would not allow it. They simply asked to earn my business and referrals.
So I recently bought new homes for myself and my mother. I kept my word and had Nevada Rolling Shutter do both homes. They came out spectacular. So much of a better product! True German product and the family installs them and builds them!!! Perfect 100%. This is a father and sons operation. You can tell from the beginning to the end. I was so impressed with their salesman Scott. I was also very impressed with owner Bruce & General Manager and one of the sons Logan. You can truly tell these guys love what they do and bend over backwards to make their customers happy. It’s almost like things were in the old days with them. You can tell all these kids were raised right and care about their company very much. My installs went perfect. I received follow up calls after to insure I was totally satisfied. I have referred this company to many. This is truly the best security you can get hands down. There’s no reason to even bother with anyone else. These guys are truly the best at what they do and their reputation, reviews, and customer service show it. Thanks for years of great service guys! We love you!

WOW!!! All I can say is there’s no reason to shop anywhere else for security shutters!
From the very beginning to the very end all I can say is how impressed we were with Nevada Rolling Shutter and their team. We found like most there’s only 2 companies in the Las Vegas area that offer this product. Naturally like most consumers we shopped both companies. We found out real fast that although these companies both do rolling security shutters there’s some huge differences. First off Nevada Rolling Shutter gave us a detailed tour of their facility and production process. The competition would not allow us anywhere near the production area to see what goes on. Scott with Nevada Rolling Shutter who was amazing by the way showed us that they only use one motor which is Somfy. He also showed us in their warehouse how everything comes imported from Germany. The competitor does in fact offer two lines of motors although originally they denied that and then came clean when we were at their warehouse. The 2^nd brand is a China made off brand cheaper then Somfy just as Nevada Rolling Shutter informed us. So red flags there with lies from Rolladen. Also originally Rolladen had the nerve to tell us their product comes from Germany. This was a complete lie. We did our homework and found they buy their product in Texas. The company in Texas manufactures the product as well. So again lies and red flags.
Then when it came time for the bids Nevada Rolling Shutter gave us our bid on the spot. The competitor actually made us wait 3 days. Then when we asked about certain things that we were educated on by Nevada Rolling Shutter they had to re-​evaluate the bid and the prices changed! Again just as Scott had told us it would happen and again red flags! We then examined the contracts between both companies. Rolladen states on their contract that they do not guarantee against light bleeding through the slates of the shutters? Meaning if they fail or bend there’s no warranty! Nevada Rolling Shutter not only offers a lifetime warranty but also guarantees against light bleeding. Nevada Rollings product and design is much better as well. We saw multiple examples between both companies and it’s very clear that this companies product is the best around. Their design and quality is easy to see. Scott their salesperson represents this company perfectly. You can tell he’s very passionate and caring to their customers. Rolladens salesperson was pushy and argonaut in my opinion because we wanted to do our homework. Obviously after doing so they knew we wouldn’t go with them.
The install went perfect. We couldn’t be happier with Nevada Rolling Shutter! Oh and it is a 100% family owned and operated. Amazing customer service and product!!!

Best place and contractors we’ve done business with in Vegas Valley hands down! We are locals and have been for 30+ years. From start to finish we had known we selected the right company for the job! Like most consumers now a days we did our research before making our decision. Although we had friends that were completely satisfied who had used Nevada Rolling Shutter we still like anyone wanted to shop. After seeing that there was really only one other company in town that does security shutters we began doing our homework. After checking with Angie’s List, Google, Unilocal,and contractors board it was time to visit both companies. We went to both locations and spoke with staff. First off from the minute we walked in the door of Nevada Rolling Shutter we knew that was who we were going to go with. These guys have been doing this type of work since the late 70’s. The young man working stopped what he was doing to assit us with questions and show us displays with different operations for the shutters. We had heard that this was a family owned and operated company and it 100% is. You just get that welcome and part of the family feeling with these guys. We did not get that at all from the competitor.
Next we had their sales rep Scott come to our home. As soon as he got there (10 mins early) he talked with us for a while, played with our dogs and even had dog treats in his bag for the dogs. By the end of his presentation we weren’t only customers but we were also friends as far as we were concerned. We saw no other reason to call the competitor and signed on the spot. Their product is hands down true German imported and they are the only ones that import it. They only use one brand of premium motors (Somfy) unlike competition. Their warranty is twice that of the competition. After your 5 year warranty is up they give you a lifetime on some of the mechanical parts. No one offers that good of a warranty that we saw!
The install went perfectly. The father and sons with a crew came to do the install. They did have a licensed electrician from Able Electric preform the electrical part of install. They had someone cleaning up as the entire job as it was installed. After the job was installed one of the sons Logan walked us through everything and made sure we were 100% satisfied before collecting the balance due. The house was perfect not any trash or debris anywhere. Trust us no need to use anyone else in town!

Hands down one the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with. The product was absolutely the best on the market. I am German and lived in Germany up till about 7 years ago. I’m familiar with Nevada Rolling Shutters supplier. It’s 100% direct from Germany unlike that of the only competitor in town.
I did get bids from both companies. That of the competition was actually more money and much less quality and not even half the warranty lol! The sales person that came to our home from the competition was pushy and rather rude. Also had little to no knowledge of custom installs or product background. Seemed very shady to us. And they even tried to bind us to a contract after 30 mins for close to 30 grand! Couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were! By the way come to find out the sales person happened to be the owner of the company! And Then I noticed she even left a review on her own companies Unilocal page due to all the negative feedback acting as if she was a regular customer! Unreal!
Now Nevada Rolling Shutter came after the first company. Right from the start it was polar opposites. Their salesman Scott was awesome! Not only showed us 100’s of install pics but explained how they could custom fit parts of the shutters to keep our home very factory looking. He had basically every component of the shutter with him to show. He built incredible value in both their product and they’re company. It’s a father and sons company. They have 35 years experience in their field and it shows. We signed and ordered them right away on the sales call. Scott even invited us to their showroom if we wanted to see how their production went and worked during their hand built construction of our shutters which are built by the family right here in Vegas. It’s the same family that installs them. Not sub contractors and nonsense like the other company.
When our install time came around we were blown away. The level of craftsmanship to the level of dedication to their customers was exactly what our salesman Scott said it would be. The family came (father & sons) with a few of their installers and busted their buts to get it all done. It was a large home and a lot of work. The General Manager Logan (one of the sons) was amazing. Took over an hour at end of day walking us through everything and showing us all the details. They cleaned up our home more then it was when they arrived as if it was their own home. Our sales guy even called us at the end of the install day to make sure we were 100% happy. We are referring everyone we know to them now.
They also pointed out for us something a lot of people don’t know. It’s actually illegal for HOA’s to turn these down. Nevada Rolling Shutter assisted with changing laws pertaining to HOA’s and security shutter in 2004. This can all be researched online as Scott showed us. We can’t thank you guys enough!!!

This is a review from way before Unilocal was around. I had purchased shutters about 13 years ago from this company. Back then there was a few companies that offered this product. I didn’t have any real problems with any of them during the sales call. It was when I checked with the local contractors board and did my homework about complaints and issues with the companies that made up my mind. Nevada Rolling Shutter was perfect. It’s truly stood the test of time and still maintains that perfect record. They just did my new house and are literally a true family owned and operated local company to the day. I can’t stress enough how hard it is to do business in the Vegas community because of all the fly by night contractors. Nevada Rolling Shutters customer service, support, and product is literally unlike anything else around. The sons have been trained well by the father who started the company. The salesman Scott who was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people I’ve encountered took very good care of me. I want to add I didn’t even contact their competitor in town as yet once again they seem to have had multiple complaints with contractors board in Clark County, bad reviews, and 2 of my neighbors were very dis satisfied with not only their product but poor customer service. After shopping and doing my homework I found there’s only 2 companies that offer rolling security shutters in Las Vegas. I contacted both and allowed both sales representatives to come to my home. The first company was Rolladen. From the start the salesperson who came to my home was very pushy and was putting a lot of pressure on me to buy on the spot without even answering my questions. Also was very unprofessional. She had no examples of their work, or any real technical knowledge. I then had Nevada Rolling Shutter come out. From the very start their salesman Scott was very professional and polite. He even brought his own medical covers for his shoes. Very respectful and explained how these are designed, built and showed me everything I needed to know. He spent almost another hour over the other company. It was an easy decision. Their price was actually a little less then Rolladen to! I couldn’t believe it. When they came to install them they were here for 11 hours and hardly took a break. They spent an hour cleaning up and making sure we were totally happy and comfortable before they left. It’s a true father and sons company. The family including one of the sons General Manager Logan and Father Owner Bruce with other son and installers were amazing. I can’t thank them enough and will refer them to anyone! Nevada Rolling Shutter is company you need to call. To top it off their salesman actually called us few days later to make sure we were happy and satisfied! Let me just say, I’ve been a Vegas local for 20 plus years. I was in the market for rolling shutters and found there’s two companies in town that offer them. Like most consumers I did my homework. I had both companies come out to basically see I wasted my time by not just having Nevada Rolling Shutters come. The other company who has the household name was a total joke. The sales person was clueless as far as product knowledge. they basically left me a bid and that was it. Nevada Rolling Shutters salesman Scott came out and actually took the time to explain things, show me the quality in their true German made product. Also did I mention these guys are a father and son family owned and operated company. The father and sons run the install process and did an amazing job. Trust me when I tell you there’s no reason to look anywhere else. Superior product, customer service, and overall attention to detail. I can’t thank them enough and big thanks to Scott & Logan for everything.

It is great to see a family run business that puts out such a good product and excellent service. the salesperson Scott promised me several things as far as quality, and getting my money’s worth out of the shutters. they not only delivered everything that was promised, but treated my house and the installation of the shutters as if it were their own home. these guys never even took as much as a lunch break, and worked the entire day putting in the shutters. going back over their work checking each other several times to make sure that the quality was well above and beyond what they had promised and what my expectations were. Logan, who is one of the sons and who appeared to be one of the project managers, is one of the most professional but down-​to-​earth individuals I have met. from the father all the way down to the son’s. You can tell they put the family name on their work with the amount of pride and focus in the job. I highly highly recommend these guys and their company over all the others, I shopped around and did my homework as far as rolling shutters go. These guys are priced just below what the other company charges, but provide a far superior product than what the other companies use. You honestly feel like you got your money’s worth for a change. From day one, there was no high pressure sales pitch, and they produced everything they promised. It was money well spent

Excellent company, customer service, and real German product. A few people in my area used Nevada Rolling Shutters, so I decided to give them a call. My sales guy Chris was fantastic. They had a 3 year interest free promotion going on, so we went ahead and did it. We’ve been very happy with the product and I’ve referred them to anyone who asks.
