Greetings! Todd Volf here, head of your local Las Vegas home remodel company, New Freedom Properties and Realtor® with Realty One Group. I started New Freedom Properties in 2009 after 5 years of building new houses with Pulte Homes® in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. I used my experiences as a Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager to create a residential remodel company that completes home renovations throughout the Las Vegas valley.

In 2013 we expanded our services to include Real Estate Representation. We are fully licensed and qualified to take you through the home buying process enabling you with the contractor expertise to make a well informed home purchase and ability for you to create the home you want in the location you choose. Selling your home with a licensed general contractor empowers you to complete value added improvements and execute home inspection repairs quickly. New Freedom Properties is the best Contracting Company. I found this company in the website. I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and I had the opportunity to speak with Todd. He told me he could come out the following week which he did. We did a walk thru and I explained what I wanted to have done. He took all of the measurement and told me to come down and pick out my flooring, Granite and cabinet. After I picked out what I wanted within a few days I was given an itemized proposal. I was very impressed with that. Before the proposal was finalized I made several changes and not once did he make me feel like he was tired of the changes.:)
I asked about French doors with built in blinds, he said sure I need to come out again to measure the doors and he did.
Once I made my final decision and signed the contract things started moving quickly. We had a delay, because I requested a larger tub that required him to special order. Kyle was the Project Manager and he kept me informed on the status of some of the special ordered items. He was also a pleasure to work with. Brittany the coordinator in the office was Awesome also.
The crew that was doing the work was very professional, friendly and enjoyed what they were doing.
I am very pleased with the first phase of the job. I am looking forward to the second and third phase of the project.

I was interested in doing a minor home renovation and did some research on Unilocal to narrow down my contractor options. I wanted to build a wall in order to make an additional master bedroom and a smaller living space and all new flooring throughout. Upon choosing my top 5 possibilities, New Freedom Properties was my top choice. Todd came to our house to see our remodel options. He took some measurements and sent us a bid, we went down to their office and choose out some flooring. Matt took us to the showroom where he and Marvin were very helpful.
I have never done a home renovation before, naturally I had a few questions. Everyone at New Freedom Properties was informed and willing to answer anything I asked.
Once we got our start date, Kyle the project manager, came to the house to discuss all the changes we wanted done. He was very helpful in comparing the bid to what we wanted. He was able to see another possibility with the stairs that was a nice/​easy and affordable fix to an eyesore.
Now for the construction, this was right on pace with their quotes. They said they could have it done within three weeks and it was done before that. We had to pull permits and waiting on the inspections were the only time consuming part of the process. The entire construction crew was friendly and awesome with communicating with me.
I had a wonderful experience with New Freedom Properties and will use them again in the future.
