SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They use BBB as a front to get customers. I had paid $ 40 membership fee to get listings to rent a house and never got a call from not one owner. I had to call my banks fraud department and they contacted them on 3 way and got my money back! Don’t fall for this company! They may say it’s not them but it’s them.

This company is a SCAM! Only gave 1 star because I was force to by Unilocal in order to write this review. NHH quickly convinced me that for $ 40 they would allow me access to a massive database of available homes that I would be able to find properties to rent/​rent-​to-​own. I was told that there was a property available immediately in an area that I was searching for a place to live. He even told me that I should hurry because someone else had already viewed the property that day. I was told that the property was still occupied by the owner that was trying to find a renter so that the bank wouldn’t foreclose on the property, and thereby ruin their credit. I payed for, and signed into their service only to find out that the promises made were not valid. I tracked down the address of the property, and went directly to the property. The property was empty, had a lock box on the door, and was already foreclosed on. The person blatantly lied to me for a measly $ 40.00
I called and requested a refund. They said that they could only give me $ 35 of the $ 40 dollars. I told them I wanted the whole $ 40 dollars. They said that I could get the entire $ 40 if I submitted a request in writing to their accounting department. I did so in November 2013. I have been promised a refund, yet have not yet seen it as of today Feb 18, 2014. Gil has personally promised me that he would have a check cut and sent out to me by the end of the week (which was 3 weeks ago). I continue to leave messages, with no return phone calls. I was told today that Gil has been really busy, and this is why my check has not been sent out. I asked to talk to the owner of the company «Alex Martinez». Nobody ever seems to be available to talk to when it comes to making this situation right. This company should be shut down by the goverment, and a class action suit must be filed against this company immediately!!!

BE CAREFUL!!! These people are a SCAM! Sadly, we were naïve enough to sign up for the monthly «service», and now I cannot get ahold of them to refund us or stop service. I wish I did just a little research before calling them. When I initially called, they were very reassuring that their listings were a hit-​and homeowners who are going through pre-​foreclosure hire their company to find rent-​to-​own clients. They assured me that their listings were legit and that if at any time I was dissatisfied I could call to cancel. The lady on the phone even went as far as telling me her sister just found her dream home through their company, and went through a seamless and stress-​free process. I feel so dumb for falling into their trap.
It’s weird that they were so easy to get in touch with the day I signed up, and now all I get is a recording that has you waiting for about 10 minutes and then a sudden beep to leave a message (which nobody responds to, ever).
