Established in 2013.

Newkiss Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage opened by Peter «Pete» Duignan to provide reliable, professional real estate services to clients.

Pete has worked in the Nevada real estate industry since 2002 as a real estate agent at 2 local Century 21 franchises as well as 2 smaller independent real estate offices.

A born entrepreneur, Pete wanted to open his own boutique real estate office a few years earlier, but with the downturn in the economy, he decided to wait and prepare for better times. His goal was achieved in 2013 when he become the Broker/​Owner of Newkiss Realty.

Newkiss Realty works with a small but growing base of clients — local, regional and international — ranging from owner-​occupiers to investors, many of whom are repeat clients or new clients referred by existing clients.

Pete D.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Ireland, Pete lived and worked in England and Australia before moving to the United States of America.

He worked in various roles the technology industry, including programmer, analyst, network administrator, computer manager and consultant/​owner of technology companies.

In 2002, Pete decided to join the exciting world of real estate sales here in Las Vegas.

Although the business takes up a lot of his time, Pete tries to allocate quality time to spend with family and friends, plus time to have fun with his animals and improve his motorcycle riding skills.
