Some units have great views of Las Vegas. They offer open bedroom floor plans to take advantage of these views.
They can enclose bedrooms with walls too. They have an outdoor running track that wraps around the building… very cool. Some layouts are more spacious than others and the higher up, the more HOA dues are. There are also storage units available.
Great location to enjoy First Fridays… you can walk out and not have to worry about parking.
