I’d leave no stars if I could. These people told me they would give me gift certificates instead because the tickets were bogus, and I had to PAY to redeem the certificates! Lost $ 200. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

This is clearly a SCAM! The link to redeem does NOT work!!! Purchased two Vegas packages $ 125 each only to find out this doesn’t exist. I knew it was too good to be true!!!

Will ONLY accept vouchers from NOMORERACK… do NOT do any business with Next Stage Promotions !

Is anyone prepared to file a class action lawsuit against this company vis-​a-​vis KGB Deals?

I agree with everyone else; this is clearly a scam. If you have the patience to actually deal with all of the hoops you have to jump through to get an itinerary, it’ll cost you more than if you just planned it yourself! I also confirmed that the BBB gives them an F rating… I honestly don’t understand how they are still in «business.» I guess they’re not technically breaking the law.
Anyway, while I got zero responses from Next Stage regarding a refund, I did manage to get one through the deal sight that I ordered through. I’d recommend trying that. It may even be possible to get a refund through the credit card company that you used to purchase the deal since it can sort of be considered theft. Good luck!

I had the same experience as others here — had to jump through many hoops and send multiple inquiries just to get a customer service email and try to book the deal, then found out that the cost of this «deal» (quoted as $ 1,350ish out-​of-​pocket) far exceeds what I would pay for it if I just booked it straight online, even with the supposed $ 850 credit. What a rip-​off, and my own fault I guess, for assuming the cost would be reasonable above $ 850. There goes $ 99 I could REALLY have used … anyone considering it, DON’T DO IT!!!

I am so mad… just like everyone else that has posted I bought the stupid vouchers (2 for the Las Vegas or Orlando travel). The story is all the same as everyone else’s…takes forever to get anything. I only recieved the email that states my vouchers were submitted and enter my travel dates. That was 2 months ago and nothing — no response back as to an itenerary — reading the emails getting the itenerary would just be frustrating. I have emailed, live chatted and nothing no response. I am now trying to get KGB involved as I want a refund.
Trying to find a KGB Unilocal site to compain there as well — they should not promote a company with such bad ratings and NO customer service. If KGB does not give me my money back I will never use their site again — Others should do the same. We assume that if KGB is promoting then they have done their homework and the deal is not a scam… so much for thinking.

They are a scam with an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. I just went through the hoops to request my dates for a vacation and it is the worst experience as well as most blatant scam I’ve seen unfold before my very eyes. First off, the fine print instructions on how to redeem the KGB voucher for the deal hyperlinks you to a dead link. After emailing customer service they told me that the link is getting fixed and it should be up and running again shortly and in the meantime people should go to Next Stage Promotions webpage and enter in the information there on the very bottom left. It wasn’t easy to locate on the NSP webpage and I couldn’t find it myself so I lost a day waiting for the KGB representative to reply. Once I ‘redeemed’ my voucher, I got an email informing me that my voucher has been redeemed and that I will be getting a ‘travel kit’ in 2 to 3 weeks via email. Once I get the ‘travel kit’ I can request the dates of when I would like to travel as well as additional passengers. They will not let you continue on to the submittal page unless you fill out at least two passengers. I planned to maximize the value of my voucher by travelling alone but NSP wouldn’t let me continue to the submittal page until I filled out two names. I decided to fill in my name twice. NSP forces you to check two boxes before you submit. The first box asks you to allow the travel agents to search for additional resources so they can find you a cheaper price. And if you check that box (you have to in order to continue submitting the ‘travel kit’), that your terms and conditions change from the original deal. Mind you, you can’t continue on to redeeming your vouchers unless you check these boxes and submit a minimum of two names for travel. After submitting the ‘travel kit’, then a travel representative will get in contact with me with the final costs and fees associated with the dates and origin airport I chose. I get an email that has my tentative schedule and I’m incredulous. On the top of the email it clearly states that I am only allowed to make 2 changes maximum to my proposed itinerary due to high volume of request. Is this what I agreed to when I had to check the two boxes in order to submit my ‘travel kit’? The proposed itinerary price was a 3 night stay at the Stratosphere and flights from Reagan National Airport (DCA) for two at ~$ 1,400. I only have two chances at making changes to make this reservation cheaper otherwise I’m stuck with what I have and not only that for an exorbitant price. This is the most absurd customer unfriendly ‘deal’ I’ve ever bought.

SCAM SCAM SCAM… if anyone files a lawsuit let me in on that!!! what a nightmare company… theifs for sure… luckily i figured this scam out BEFORE i booked… only out 125 $ but that is still ALOT for a one income family of 4!!! They will steal your money! I swear to god, do not deal with this company. They’ll rip you off even more and more for your money and then when you want a refund they will just give you a $ 20 gift car and keep your $ 100! I bought a travel package through Next Stage Promotions. What they don’t tell you is that after you buy the package, you can’t actually book your trip. You have to exchange emails with a Next Stage Promotions representative in order to book the trip. Through this process, the representative was UNRESPONSIVE. This business is basically a SCAM. Stay far away. Don’t be a sucker.

I just want to echo everyone else’s comments. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL! The guy you complain about the inevitably horrible deal they will give you, Steve Howell, even asked «why the aggression?» I replied «psychoanalysis is not in your job description, and it is frustration because you people are scam artists!
Here are the options they gave me after some less than helpful replies from Steve Howell (I assume the owner of this scamming company) and my repeated demand for a reasonable deal.
On to the options they gave me:
1. A 3 Day/​2 Night Stay in one of 37 locations (Air not included). This certificate gets 2 adults and 2 children accommodations A $ 20 booking fee and taxes are the only requirements and the stay is valued at up to $ 260.00.
2. You can have $ 100 in a digital

3. 4 Nights In a Vegas Hotel (A $ 450 Value) or 4 Nights In an Orlando ($ 450 retail) These are Hotel only. $ 35 processing applies-​plus all taxes.
4. Membership in our Movie Club where you receive unlimited Movie tickets as low as $ 6.70 ea for 2 years, and a $ 50
certificate.
What a joke! No thanks!

horrible … i was supposed to get $ 250.00 per person for air and $ 350.00 for hotel and i am getting the run around. This deal was purchased from KGB, because its more than 7 days i cant get my money back from them. In dealing with Next Stage i am getting no where. i can book my deal cheaper on my own.
i guess if its too good to be true it is, should have listened to my gut instinct and not bought this!!!

If you have already purchased a travel voucher from them– you might want to begin the refund process. YOU WILL BE OUT MORE MONEY THAN BOOKING ON YOUR OWN. That is, if you can even manage to get them to book you on your trip.
Their customer service is useless. They will not respond most of the time, and when they do respond, they don’t provide help, merely a promise to look into things. Also– every time you call or «live chat» with customer service they swear a manager will get back to you in 48 hours. THIS NEVER HAPPENS. I was told on 5 separate occasions someone would «get back» to me but nothing every came of it.
Keep an eye on the price of a ticket they quote you. I was quoted for a $ 448 per person flight, then I checked the flight via the airline’s website and found the actual cost was $ 251 per person (this all happened within an hour). Bam! DOUBLE CHARGED! I emailed them back right away and asked that their price not be inflated (not counting the $ 150 booking fee) and they never responded. This was a month ago. I have emailed and called many times since then and they have never responded since pointing out their false pricing system.
Also note that «Hotel And Air Promotion» is the same company. You will see this name if you are working on redeeming a voucher with them. Like Next Stage, they also have an «F» with the Better Business Bureau.
Get a refund before it’s too late. Someone needs to class action these guys.

YIKES! What a nightmare! This company should come with a warning. «WARNING: YOU ARE ABOUT TO GO CRAZY WITH OUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.» If you think buying the travel voucher is a great deal, it is until you try to redeem it. I started the redemption process in June and it is now September (I have gotten a full refund from the originating deal company after complaining). First, when you redeem the voucher, make sure to check your SPAM folder. I should have known that this was a RED FLAG.

Do you see something wrong here? Don’t bother calling because the number is for an answering service only. The customer service is handled only through email. I first declined the arrangements and asked for new ones but they sent the same exact arrangements. I was told that there may not be any other booking available. Hmm… I don’t think so. When I finally got a response from Next Stage, they don’t even know how to spell to or use correct grammer. What a joke!

I’m annoyed that I have to give this scam operation a star at all in order to write a review. We purchased the Las Vegas deal on June 26, and it’s just like everyone else has said… you get the runaround, then you get a crap vacation package that will cost you more than you’d pay if you booked it on your own. I wrote to the website that sold us the deal. This was my letter:
«I purchased a deal for a Las Vegas trip from Next Stage Promotions on June 26, and I’m convinced that the company is a scam. We’ve had nothing but repeated delays and long wait times for responses (or no responses at all). We’ve had a series of vouchers to redeem, all taking longer to get to us than we were told to expect from Next Stage. The last voucher I submitted with the requested travel dates was on August 31. I’m still waiting to hear back from Next Stage. I emailed Veronica Morris on Sept. 11 to check on the status, and there’s been no response.
A friend also purchased the deal, and we’ve gone through all of this together. He’s experienced the same runaround as I have. The only difference being that he actually did get something back after he submitted his requested travel dates. What he got was unacceptable. It was an itinerary for a trip to Vegas that cost more than what we could purchase online! It was as if the $ 850 credit we were supposed to get through the deal didn’t exist.
After all of the hassle, I did a Google search and found a Unilocal page for Next Stage Promotions with reviews that were written after our purchase on June 26. It looks like we aren’t the only people who’ve found that Next Stage is taking the $ 99 they got and giving people the runaround and outlandishly priced vacation packages in hopes of just getting to pocket the money from the initial purchase while not providing the promised vacation. It’s a scam.
I don’t expect to get my money back at this point, but I do expect that you’ll not do business with Next Stage Promotions again. More people shouldn’t be ripped off.»

On their actual BBB page, they have an ‘F’ rating. If you’ve purchased a deal through Next Stage, I would suggest you file a complaint with the BBB on both of the pages. Zero stars! Same issues as the other reviewers here. Bought this deal off SFGate and have contacted Next Stage and DealPigg numerous times. DealPigg hasn’t even responded. It’s been over 3 weeks since I redeemed my voucher (they were suppose to have sent me more paperwork 1 – 3 weeks later). Hard to reach company and terrible followthrough. Total SCAM. I have sent complaints to both SFGate and DealPigg and trying to find a way to get my money back.
SFGate or DealPigg should follow through in refunding their customers since they are responsible for advertising this scam of a company.
